The space
2 story, 900 square foot apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator so you must be able to use stairs. Full kitchen, with a cozy living room and dining area and half-bath are downstairs. Upstairs opens up to a large bedroom with a laundry room off the closet and a full bath. Both the living room and bedroom are furnished with smart TV's and free wifi throughout the unit.
Guest access
Guests will be given the code to the building's exterior doors and a personalized code for entrance to the loft door during their stay. There are approximately 25 stair steps to reach the 2nd floor where the unit is located. Security cameras are located at the exterior entrances for guest safety.
Other things to note
Rules are simple. No pets, no parties and no smoking inside the building.

LOCATION!!! Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful location. Our home is situated on 1.5 acres, backing up to beautiful pastures of farm land. Very private location. Perfect to get away from reality. Located just 2 minutes from the I-64 interstate, 20 minutes from Keeneland, 55 minutes from Churchill Downs and just mere minutes from the most famous bourbon Kentucky has to offer including Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Jim Beam, Old Crow, J. Mattingly 1845, Four Roses, Ancient Age, Whiskey Thief & Castle & Key Bourbon distilleries just to name a few. Lots of restaurants near by, just 2 minutes from town. We offer mini blinds and curtains in every bedroom for a great night's sleep. Why rent a hotel room when you can get an entire house for better rate. Hope to see you soon! - "LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. We were in town for a little Bourbon Trail Adventure. We were so close to places to eat and all our of tours. It was amazing. I do think one of the best things about this location was KEVIN BACON!!! " - "The house was beautiful and the farm land it’s on was just as beautiful. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. We were very comfortable there and would definetly stay there again when we go back to Kentucky. The little extras were a nice surprise (shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom). Beds were comfortable also. There were 2 horses next door that came over to greet us and a cute pig out back. We couldn’t get over how beautiful everything was. We’re going to bring our grown children and grandson next time so they can enjoy the place as well."

We each got our own bed and the 11yr old learned to climb a ladder...bunk bed...and build a fire in the pit. There were only a couple things we missed (dish cloths and large skillet). And one thing we could do without (ticks outside). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The quiet...the quiet!"
