A cottage overlooking our garden and on the other side the 'Dorpsweide'.
The house was renovated in 2011 and is 300 meters from the sea, beach and dunes. In December 2017 the bathroom is renewed and made bigger.

You have your own entrance. If you go out of the house, you will see the traditional Dorpsweide where the inhabitants lived around already in earlier times, as well as Today.
Seven times per year, is a kofferbakmarkt organized on the Dorpsweide. where people offer goods out of a suitcase.
Data Kofferbakmarkt 2019: 8 April, 12 May, 9 June, 14 July, 11 August, 8 September and 13 October.
In the summer of July and August there is a tasting market every Saturday from 17.00 on the place where you can taste different small tastes, what to do for the kids, and then there is live music.
There are also several good restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.
Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar with the famous Kasemarkt are easy to reach by car.
With us you can park for free and use free Internet.
In Beverwijk, 5 km away, there is the Bazaar with a large covered oriental market and flea market.
There you can enjoy oriental atmosphere to the fullest.
There are different every week Musikauffuhrungen and music festivals.
We also have a large, well-stocked Spar supermarket where you can tatigen your purchases.

They were friendly, accomodating, informative, and always ready to give you a tip to find the *best* places to eat. The accomodation was cozy, with plenty of space for myself to stretch out after long days exploring the beaches and the cities. Rent a bike at the local shop, and you're not only in walking distance of the beach, you're only a 15 minute bike ride from Beverwijk train station where you can ride the train to Amsterdam for just $16 round trip. Bring your bike, because almost everything you want to see is just a short bike away from all the stations. Beaches are some of the nicest I've ever seen. Not a peice of litter ANYWHERE! Please help to keep it like that! There are amazing opportunities to talk with the locals, and learn about the area, because everyone speaks English, and everyone is so friendly! We’ve thought of the little ones too! The house is equipped with plenty of toys, two sizes of travel cots, a Stokke high chair, and safety gates at the stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bath overlooking the meadow, and a separate toilet. The first bedroom features a spacious double bed (180x200), while the second has two single beds (80x200).

The fully equipped kitchen includes two combi-ovens and a large stove with a wok burner, ideal for preparing meals.

The entire house is yours to enjoy. In the garden, there is a separate summer house where our lovely host, Chantal, and her son Kay stay. You’ll share the garden entrance, but the back terrace is completely yours, as Chantal has her own terrace for the summer house. The house is located a few hundred meters from the beach and on the edge of the dune. Amsterdam is only 24 km away and is easily accessible by public and private transport.

The house offers a lot of privacy and offers a fantastic view of the village and the dunes behind which the beach is located.

Het tiny house is volledig ingericht en nieuw gebouwd. Het huisje is volledig geïsoleerd. Alles is nieuw. Het huisje heeft een airco die kan verkoelen en verwarmen. Ideaal voor de koude en warme dagen.
Voor iedereen de ideale, rustige uitvalsbasis om de mooie natuur in de directe omgeving te verkennen. Lopend, fietsend of welke andere buitenactiviteiten dan ook.

Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Haarlem op 25 min. afstand.

Ons mooie duurzame huisje is ingericht met een keuken, douche, airco en wc. Het huisje heeft een vast bed van 120 x 220 cm. Ook is er een opklapbed van 150 x 220 cm aanwezig.

Om bij te dragen aan het milieu, hebben wij gekozen voor een elektrische kookplaat en een boiler voor warm water. Doordat er een boiler inzit kan er maximaal 10 minuten per keer gedoucht worden. Daarna duurt het 15 minuten voordat de boiler opgewarmd is.

Het is geen accommodatie voor feesten en/of harde muziek te draaien. De accommodatie is gevestigd in een woonwijk waar het na 2300 uur stil moet zijn. Het is verboden om harddrugs en/of softdrugs te gebruiken.

In de schuur naast het huisje is een droogrek, knijpers, strijkplank, strijkijzer, parasol, 4 buitenstoelen en een buitentafel aanwezig.

Het is mogelijk om een campingbedje en/of kinderstoel te laten plaatsen.

Bij het huisje is de steeg overkapt waar de fietsen veilig en droog onder kunnen staan.

- "Very happy traveler. It rained the entire time, but it set the perfect mood for a dark seaside escape. I arrived early and was exhausted, Bas was able to give me an early check-in time which I used to promptly fall into the bed and sleep for 12 hours straight. When I eventuality awoke, I found a sweet printed welcome card with my name, which made me grin. I didn't get to enjoy the kitchen like I thought I would, because of a little cafe only two minutes away with the best sweet potato soup I've ever had. I was addicted right away and ate all my meals there. I did still take a walk to the beach, and got some great photos of the stormy waves. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk depending on the weather. From spring 2012 we rent out a Beachhouse on the beach in Wijk aan Zee.

The Beachhouse is fully furnished and equipped with a masterbed, a room with bunk beds, a compact kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The holiday home is fully equipped and of course there is no lack of Wifi (WLAN).

Staying in a beach house means enjoying a beautiful sunset and great panoramic views. From your terrace you have a panoramic view of the sea. The center of Wijk aan Zee is just behind the dune entrance and is known for its artists. There are many restaurants nearby and you als can reach the supermarket by foot.
