Luxury Villa Alla Marginetta has been refurbished to the highest standards with spacious comfortable living & dining rooms. 12 years of successful renting and every year we strive to get better and add more services. The large kitchen has an island bar for casual eating and relaxing. The lower level has a Tavern bar which leads onto the grounds, washing machine & laundry area. The villa has a beautiful 12x6 large Metre pool with Gazebo & is completely fenced. There is a play area for Children. 3 minutes drive are the lovely villages of San Rocco and Focchia. A further 5 mins on from San Rocco is the picturesque town of Pescaglia. Continuing from Focchia is the quaint town of Fabbriche di Vallico.. There are lovely local restaurants in close proximity of the Villa. During Summer the villa is great with a large spacious area, private pool which is great for rest and play. The surrounding area is great for fishing and mountain/hill walking or just chilling. The garden is landscaped very tastefully and gives guests total privacy. We take pride in the personal services we offer, our management company is there to help you, which offers some nice extra services if you wish. Whatever you want please ask and they will do everything we can to help you. We strive to ensure you enjoy this little slice of paradise. Please note, this year due to pandemic we have not replanted exotic flowers but the rest remains the same unless mentioned.

It was very well equipped (e.g. the kitchen had all appliances you could possibly need, there were pool floaties and badminton sets, pool towels were provided in addition to regular towels etc.). The one down side is that some things are a bit worn out - the fence is damaged in a few places, the pool lining needs patching up, a mattress or two could use replacing, a duvet in one of the rooms was a bit moldy... However, none of those things really affected our stay a lot, since the area around and the property itself are so beautiful and peaceful, you have total privacy and have so many opportunities for all sorts of activities in and around the villa. The communication with the owner and the management company was super easy, all of our questions and issues were resolved in no time, so big props to Tamara for that! All in all, I would highly recommend staying at the villa, and we would gladly come back :)"

Alla Marginetta is a luxury Villa set on over 6 acres of land and forest, refurbished to the highest standards. Very private large grounds with a superb 12 metre fresh spring water, looking up to the mountains.

The pool is an oasis, with a good kids play area nearby and by the pool is a lovely Gazebo where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. It has a BBQ, large table, chairs, electricity and water. Outside the kitchen grounds is another gazebo which is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner or lust lounging about. But the best part of the upper kitchen grounds is the large stone fire where you sit with friends and family late into the night, its really special & unique. There is a chainsaw and axe to cut down (dead) trees on the ground, everyone seems to love this.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with a spacious comfortable living and dining rooms. The large totally fitted kitchen has an island bar for casual eating and relaxing. The lower level has a Tavern bar which leads onto the Villa grounds, plus washing machine & laundry area. The Tavern bar boasts a brand new billiard (pool) table, plus other games. It also has good seating and a well stocked bar.

Outside near the pool there is also a nice play area for Children, including bikes and games. We now have 5 bikes (children & adults) plus games like swing ball and many others. There is an extensive movie collect at the villa, plus new satellite TV and very good wireless (even to pool).

3 minutes drive from Alla Marginetta are the lovely villages of San Rocco in Turrite and Focchia. A further 5 mins on from San Rocco is the picturesque town of Pescaglia. Continuing from Focchia is the quaint town of Fabbriche di Vallico. There are many lovely local restaurants in close proximity of the Villa. The area is great for fishing and mountain/hill walking or just chilling. The garden is landscaped very tastefully and gives you total privacy.

This Villa is absolutely unique in the area, sitting on such large grounds give total privacy. Still within driving distance you can find so much to explore or do.

La Sella is a holiday home set in the hills of the Apuan Alps, a scenic area known for chestnut forests, olive groves and breathtaking mountain views. Guests enjoy a truly idyllic location with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. It is the perfect choice for those seeking peace and nature, while hikers will appreciate the many walking trails nearby. La Sella is especially well suited for a small family with children.

The nearest village is Pescaglia, where you will find cafés and a couple of restaurants, including La Sosta Pizzeria, which the owners particularly recommend. A wider range of amenities including supermarkets can be found in Borgo a Mozzano, a 25-minute drive away. The beautiful town of Lucca can be reached in around 40 minutes, as can Bagni di Lucca, an area famous since Etruscan and Roman times for its thermal springs. The area offers many picturesque sights, such as the stunning Ponte della Maddalena, also known as the Devil’s Bridge.

The villa’s façade features soft cream tones complemented by areas of exposed stone.At the front there is a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. Well-kept lawns and a beautiful pool complete the outdoor space.

Nestled amongst the trees in an elevated position on a slope, at a height of 650 meters above sea level, is the charming country house called "La Quercia." Situated just 3 kilometers above Casoli and 9 kilometers from the center of Camaiore, this vacation rental offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location of the house is also conveniently close to other popular destinations, such as Viareggio (19 km away) and Pisa (44 km away).

As you enter the property, you will be greeted by a sprawling and lush 5,000 square meter garden, complete with natural gardens, meadows, and trees. The garden also features a slide and swing, making it perfect for families with children. While the motor access to the property is bumpy, narrow, and steep, it is 1.5 kilometers long and offers ample parking space.

The house is located in the countryside and is approximately 17 kilometers away from the sandy beach of Lido di Camaiore. Other nearby attractions include the quaint town of Pietrasanta (12 km away), the fashionable resort town of Forte dei Marmi (18 km away), and the historic city of Lucca (34 km away). For those interested in nature and hiking, the Antro del Corchia trail is just 31 kilometers away. Additionally, Torre del Lago and Lago di Massaciuccoli, two well-known lakes, can easily be reached from the property. Please note that while a car is recommended for traveling to and from the property, the road leading to the house is not recommended for lowered cars.

Guests will also be able to enjoy modern amenities such as internet wifi during their stay at "La Quercia." The nearest grocery store is located 3 kilometers away, while a supermarket can be found 10 kilometers away. There is also a restaurant and bar located within a 1.6 kilometer radius of the property. This charming 4-room house spans 100 m2 across 2 levels and is beautifully furnished in a rustic style. The living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV, and has an exit to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer and electric coffee machine, and also has an exit to the garden. There is a shower/WC on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, there are 2 rooms, each with 1 French bed (160 cm), and 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm). There is also a shower/WC. The house is heated with oil (extra charge). The roofed terrace offers beautiful views of the mountains and forest, and is equipped with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 4 deck chairs. The house also has a box-room.

Guests have access to a range of facilities, including a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, and baby cot suitable for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi) is available free of charge, and there is reserved parking for 2 cars at the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Towels are not provided.

Overall, this is a comfortable and well-equipped villa/farmhouse/home with plenty of space for a family or group of friends. The furnishings are charming and rustic, and the location offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and forest.
