The space
A unique, interest grabbing dwelling designed by a local architect to work with the geography of the lot. Three units spread over three floors. The first floor offers two 1/1 units with the owners unit occupying the second and third floors. There is a winding natural spring fed creek running along the north side of property that flows year round.

Forest Park/Huntington Park is a desirable neighborhood in the Turnagain area of Anchorage. Staying in this area is a completely different experience than choosing to stay in midtown, downtown or other areas close to the airport. Interesting well cared for homes and increased safety of an established residential area. It is where locals would stay if they didn’t live here.

The first level features two lovely guest apartments which are oriented in opposite directions and designed for privacy. Inside the main entrance are the entrances to the two apartments. This is helpful in the cold/snowy winter months, sort of an arctic entry area.

Guest have full private use of their unit and their respective deck/patio areas. In the summer months there is a common area between these decks where we offer a shared fire-pit.

El Bosque Tres has use of the laundry in the entry hall. On occasion, between 11-3 the hosts might utilize these machines as well.
