Located in Anchorage, this welcoming apartment brings it all within your reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 4-minute walk to Jewel Lake Park or the 6-minute walk to Jewel Lake.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a fireplace, and a ceiling fan. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as an ice maker, a microwave, and cookware. And there's a washing machine, so you can even pack a bit lighter. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

This is a nice quiet private room in the house. It’s roomy with a large closet, desk, lamp, large dresser, and some other things. It has a double bed and can accommodate two people.

The space
This room is perfect for Pharmacy and medical and Students on rotations, and people visiting. Easy walk down the trail by the streams and University Lakes, as the
Neighborhood is next to the university of Alaska, ANMC, and providence. Trails start right down the street and easy walk to any of those places. There are two very friendly labs in the house that may bark when someone new comes in, but extremely friendly.

Mostly students on rotations are here from various colleges but plenty of people in town on temporary stays from Alaska. Very friendly relaxed informal environment. Camp fires in the fall and spring outside. Super convenient location for the hospitals and universities, right next to them.

Located near Boniface and Tudor in East Anchorage, this spacious home is located less than 10 minutes away from the University campus/ Medical district. Primely located for those with activities in this area, it's within comfortable walking distance. The Alaska Club East is located close by and can be visited with a day pass. It's a quiet five bedroom house dedicated to hosting at this time. The kitchen and two bathrooms are shared amongst guests and all basics are supplied. Parking available.

The Mount is a welcoming house where people of different walks of life have been meeting for years.

It 4 units Apartment It heating systems only No AC , but I provided a fan in the room .I recently listed unit # 1 have 3 bedrooms one full bathroom On unit # 1 have 2 rooms on Airbnb. The space shares a bathroom, kitchen,and living room. there is queen bed ,TV,WiFi, couch and fridge .coffee is available, and you can cook if you’d like. There not much to do here , so it’s great spot to relax for the night before continuing your journey and exploring Alaska natural beauty outside of town.

The Apiary is a wellness hostel / retreat center located between Palmer and Hatcher Pass Recreational Area on the traditional lands of the Ahtna Athabascan People.

This is beautiful home is in a quiet residential setting. We have a gourmet kitchen, various gathering spaces, a dedicated meditation room, a sauna and comfortable accommodations.

Sleeping options are two 6 bed bunk-rooms with full on-suite bathrooms on the 2nd floor. A private queen bed room and a private 3 twin bed room with a shared bathroom with shower on the 1st floor. Private retreat rental includes addition of 2 daybeds in gathering room for accommodation of up to 18 people.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 20 mins to airport with traffic. We also have 2 jet skies for rent along with a camper. 10-15 mins to downtown. 10 mins to highways. This is our home. We would like laid back folks to share our space with us. It’s a queen bed in the room. We’ve got fur family. Even with the air purifiers on 24 hours and vacuum each day- there will be fur! We may have guests over, we live here :) sounds good to you? Well we welcome you and safe travels!

The room fits a queen bed. That’s the size of the room. Nothing huge. It’s a queen. There’s a tv here and internet. If you want other entertainment go explore Alaska! If any of these things sound like an issue please book with another unit that fits you better :) we want laid back folks sharing our home. If that’s not you, please find a place that fits your needs better!
The laundry is located at the bottom left of entering the garage. Feel free to use the detergent as needed.

Our huge suburban Anchorage home has two large living rooms. The one downstairs is next to a very quiet bedroom with one king and one queen bed.
There is room for two-four but at extra charge. I can also provide an air bed or camping cot for more than two.
