Our bright forest suite is located on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by walking trails and beautiful forest scenery in central Ucluelet, BC. It is centrally located so walking virtually anywhere in town is possible. Within walking distance you will find a grocery store, liquor store, attractions, shopping, beaches and walking trail along the beautiful Wild Pacific Trail.

Our suite offers a separate bedroom with queen bed and in suite laundry in the closet. There is a queen pull out couch in the living room, full bathroom and partial kitchen making the suite fully self contained. We also offer free parking in front of the suite. TV and wifi are also included. The suite is attached to the side of our main residence. Although we offer self-check in, we are onsite and available if needed during your stay.

Ucluelet is home of many great attractions like the Ucluelet Aquarium, Wild Pacific Trail, Amphitrite Point Lighthouse, beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and amazing people! You will be glad you chose Ucluelet as your vacation destination!

It was very clean, with a great BBQ area (which was also covered so the weather wasn't an issue). The decoration was lovely including artwork by the owner and the views were great. We saw bald eagles, deer and whale spouts from the windows and patio and when we got soaked in the rain we were able to dry out stuff under the covered area too. The kitchen is outfitted to make cooking during your stay a breeze. All cookware and supplies are well kept and ready for your creations.

The Salal cabin is tech friendly - it is within cell service and has Telus wifi so you can stay connected.... but we won't tell anyone if you claim to be out of range;) There is a smartTV mounted above the fireplace offering direct access to Netflix and various apps.

The cabin was built for a couple’s retreat, with the ability to accommodate 4 guests in a pinch. The futon (which shares the same space as the king) folds into a double bed which works for many families. We do not recommend our cabin for 4 adults staying more than a couple nights. It is truly perfect for two.

Post and beam timbers shelter the cabin's exterior living space from the elements for year-round enjoyment. The private and carefully maintained hot tub welcomes an evening soak. A couple chairs and propane barbeque round out the deck.

The Salal cabin sits approximately 120' from the main home and is buffered by various trees and foliage. It is your own private retreat to enjoy.

Our neighbourhood is made up of large residential properties mostly tucked away in the trees. The Millstream area is unique due to its private rural setting while being only five minutes from town. Proximity to the Pacific Rim National Park (walking distance), and the Wild Pacific Trial trailhead is a fantastic bonus for those who love to explore.

The Pacific Rim is by nature very car dependant. There is no public transit and only one taxi available. We highly recommend you arrive with your own vehicle so you can take advantage of everything the area has to offer.
The trail linking Tofino and Ucluelet is now complete and paved. We are a couple hundred yards from the trail, which now allows for a much more enjoyable experience for those that like to explore by bicycle.

The hot tub is operational year-round and continues to receive proper attention after each departure. We follow provincial guidelines for sanitation and operation of the hot tub.

We do welcome one (1) well mannered pup pre reservation. It is the responsibility of the dog’s owner to keep their four-legged friend’s hair and fur off the linen and out of the hot tub. ** Please message us with the breed(s) and number of dogs prior to booking if you would like to bring more than one pup** Guests are responsible for any damage to the cabins, furnishings (including linens), and property caused by their pets. Please include in your booking note: your pups name, and breed. We do not welcome any other pets at this time.

The cabin can be setup to accommodate families of four. We have done away with the futon, added a nice couch, and a double self inflating mattress that is easy to stow during the day. We provide the extra linen, and the fir dinner table seats four.

Post and beam timbers shelter the cabin's exterior living space from the elements for year round enjoyment. The private and carefully maintained hot tub welcomes an evening soak. A couple chairs and propane barbeque round out the deck.

The bracken cabin is at the end of the trail at the back corner of our property. The two adjacent properties are undeveloped so the only neighbourly noise will likely be the wind through the trees. You have exclusive guest access to your cabin and the area surrounding.

We're a call away if you need anything during your stay. From local advice to solving any hiccups that possibly arise, I'll be there.

Our neighbourhood is made up of large residential properties and mostly tucked away in the trees. Our area is unique due to its private rural setting while being only five minutes from town. Proximity to the Pacific Rim National Park (walking distance), and the Wild Pacific Trial trailhead is a fantastic bonus for those who love to explore.

The hot tub is operational year round and continues to receive proper attention after each departure. We follow provincial guidelines for sanitation and operation of the hot tub. Bromine is used in our hot tubs.

We do still welcome 1 well mannered pup who's owners can keep their four legged friends hair and fur off the linen and out of the hot tub. ** Please message us with breed and number of dogs prior to booking if you'd like to bring more than one pup** Guests are responsible for any damage to the cabins, furnishings (including linens), and property caused by their pets. Please include in your booking note: your pups name, and breed. We do not welcome any other type of pets.

FLORENCIA BAY COTTAGE at Florencia Bay Retreat is a fully-equipped converted house-boat turned into a cottage with surrounding forest views and was newly renovated in 2022. The cabin is one of 4 that are located on 2.4 acres of old-growth spruce, hemlock and western cedar. This cabin showcases the natural beauty of the area. It is located just off the highway which allows for easy access to both Tofino and Ucluelet.

This unique cottage experience is perfect for explorers who want easy access to the Pacific Rim National Park and are within walking distance of Florencia Bay and a short 5 minute drive to the town of Ucluelet. This cottage is the perfect place to spend a Vancouver Island getaway, featuring a private deck nestled in the forest with a new hot tub located at the back of the cottage amongst the old growth trees. We’re in the exciting process of preparing for the addition of a fifth cabin on the property (completion, spring 2026). You may notice some light construction activity during the day as work progresses. We’ll do our best to keep any disruption minimal, and no work will take place in the evenings or on weekends.
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.
Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.(no 1 night gaps allowed). If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

- "Lovely accommodation with privacy, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, well located and maintained. When 6 people are staying it would be nice to have an extra comfy seat in the main room and 6 seats at the table (we were able to use the chairs from by the hot tub). There is a lot of light in the main room as curtains don’t cover the windows (not great for those sleeping on the sofa bed). Nice trail two doors down, very convenient for town. Would definitely visit again!"

EAGLE CABIN in UCLUELET is the perfect wilderness getaway offering beautiful forest views and is only a short walk to the water where you can view the inlet and harbor from over an acre of private waterfront the main property sits on. The 400sq ft. two-level log cabin was custom designed and positioned to capture a limited ocean and mountain view as best as possible. Eagle Cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed, a loft room with 2 single beds and a living room couch that pulls out to a double size bed and is perfect for those that do not want to climb stairs to the loft or for those that have mobility issues. The cabin has everything you need during your stay including a kitchen area stocked with all your cooking essentials, heated floors, and a covered private deck with full size gas BBQ.

Eagle Cabin features heated tile flooring throughout the main living area, a small cozy living room space with a TV that offers cable TV, Wi-Fi for those that need to work while vacationing and a full bathroom with luxurious local Salt spring Island shampoo, conditioner and body wash is also provided. Lose yourself in a veritable oasis of west coast nature. The entire property is over an acre of private, forest surroundings, spectacular waterfront at the entrance of the harbour, yet still just a short walk to the town center. Eagle cabin sits behind the main waterfront home and is surrounded by 3 other cabins which is perfect for large groups bookings or retreats. We are the last property before 30 acres of island forest that gives way to the open ocean towards Barkley Sound. Regular daily visits from eagles, sea lions, otters, seals and occasionally killer, humpback and gray whales. Keep an eye out for our resident deer family that grazes around the cabins.

We are also a short walk from kayak tours, fishing charters, the world-renowned Wild Coast Trail or several whale and wildlife tour outfits.

Guest limit: 3-4 max. This cozy cabin is ideal for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) or a group of three adults (no ideal for 4 adults due to limited space).
Loft Access: The stairs leading to the loft are steep, making them unsuitable for young toddlers without supervision or for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the loft ceiling is low.
EV Charging: There is a Level 2 Tesla charging station on-site, shared among four cabins.
Laundry: Please be aware that the cabin does not have a washer and dryer. However, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby.
Waterfront Access: While the cabin itself is not directly on the waterfront, there is a small waterfront area just a few steps away where you can enjoy views of wildlife and passing boats. It’s located to the left of the main house.
Group Bookings: For larger groups, Eagle Cabin is situated on an acre of land along with three other cabins—Sitka, Nootka, and Orca—and the main house where the owners reside. Just a heads-up about parking: Each cabin can accommodate one vehicle, and parking is shared with the other eight cabins on the property. For extra parking, there is also a parking lot at He-Tin-Kis Park, located up the street.

The house is brand new and the suite is very sound proof, with its own private entrance. The suite includes the following amenities: WIFI, a large T.V. with Netflix, a couch, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, bar fridge, bar sink, Keurig coffee machine with coffee provided, an electric kettle, 100% cotton linens and radiant heated floors.

Other things to note
We are a family of 3 that live upstairs. We own the property and it is our primary residence. There are no cooking facilities provided, nor is any form of cooking permitted due to B&B restrictions. There is one dedicated parking space located in the driveway, in front of the suite entrance. Our home was just built and therefore the grounds are still a work in progress.

This self contained suite is located in the heart of Ucluelet, just walking distance to the harbour, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and the world famous Wild Pacific Trail.
Just a short drive away, you can access the Pacific Rim National Park, which holds some of the most beautiful beaches and hiking trails that the West Coast has to offer.

This suite is perfect for two people, but can accommodate up to four. There is an extra guest charge for every person over two guests (up to a max of four per night) of $18/night.

The house is situated within close walking distance from Ucluelet's Village Green, where you can find Ucluelet’s Aquarium, along with many other local cafes, boutiques, and art stores (as well as the seasonal Ucluelet farmer’s market).

TRANSPORTATION
To get to Tofino from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria. From there, it's a scenic drive. Anywhere from 3 (Nanaimo) to 5 hours (Victoria). You can also fly into the airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines (the flight is stunning and so quick!) or seasonally, take a float plane from the Vancouver harbour downtown to Tofino harbour downtown.

There is a designated pedestrian path we call the MUP (multi use path) which is safe and has two lanes for walkers, bikers, joggers, strollers - you name it!. We encourage you to use it; it's one of the things that makes Tofino unique. The free Shuttle bus runs during the summer months from town to the info centre. There is a city transit service that runs from Tofino to Ucluelet with limited service. There are a couple bike rentals (pedal bike and e-bike). There is also a local rideshare app called Coastal Rides, our version of Uber (download their app). Tofino Taxi is another option (though only one driver/car). For larger groups, there is Tiki Bus + Pacific Rim Navigators that needs to be pre arranged. There is a Budget Rental car service at the Tofino Airport (also needs to be pre-arranged).

My home is situated on a quiet street in the heart of Ucluelet. This suite is very centrally located, within walking distance to all stores and restaurants. Not to mention, a quick and beautiful walk to the Wild Pacific Trail!
The suite is a ground level suite in a harbour front home, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and harbour.

Enjoy watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour, the sound of sea lions, and the occasional orca whale (if you're lucky!).

Our suite is in a walking-friendly location to explore the town of Ucluelet, as well as walk to the Wild Pacific Trails.
However, having a vehicle to explore the Ucluelet and Tofino area is something we recommend. This will allow you to explore all of the beautiful beaches and hikes, as well as both of the towns.

The space
We built our house, hammered every nail. The guest suite is on the main level of the house looking out to the gardens. Great access to many amenities and beaches. Across the street from the Marina + Gray Whale Deli + Mint Cleaning
Next door to Abbondanza wood fire pizza and walking distance to the wild pacific trail and the main village attractions.

Guest access
You enter through the front of the house, main door and enjoy the use of the entire suite.

Our small family of 3 lives upstairs and available for any questions.

This bright forest suite is located on a quiet cul de sac in central Ucluelet, BC. There is a private entrance and no shared spaces. Within walking distance you can find grocery store, liquor store, attractions, shopping, beaches and walking trails along the beautiful Wild Pacific Trail. The suite offers a separate bedroom with queen bed, queen pull out couch in the living room, full bathroom and in suite laundry. TV and wifi included.

The space
Our suite is located on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by walking trails and beautiful forest scenery. It is centrally located so walking virtually anywhere in town is possible. There is a partial kitchen, full bathroom and in suite laundry so the space is fully self contained.

Guest access
Our suite is attached to the side of our main residence, but there are no shared spaces. You will have access to the entire unit, including in suite laundry, porch with BBQ and parking. TV and wifi are included.
