Kalum Cabin is a spacious log cabin studio apartment. Located an 8 minute drive from Terrace and suitable for a professional individual. Well equipped, Starlink WiFi and good cell service. Use of communal laundry. Utilities included! Please note this cabin is only available for a 10 night minimum stay. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY!
It does not have a range but has a hob, microwave and air fryer. There’s also a private outside bbq.

Please note there is not a full stove but an electric hob, microwave and use of the communal BBQ.
Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 'fridge/freezer and otherwise all crockery and cutlery etc. provided.
There is no TV in this cabin. There is limited rural Wi-Fi and good cell service.

Private room with dedicated guest bathroom in an Immaculately kept home. The atmosphere is quiet. My home is located within easy walking distance to the Kysen Regional Hospital. There is a bus stop within half a block for the bus to downtown. Off-street parking is available. As I work a lot our paths may only cross occasionally. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, quiet, private space to return to after a busy day at work - this room and space is ideal for you.

The space
The house is spacious, has hardwood floors and no pets, no smoking of any kind. The kitchen is well equipped for any type of cooking or baking you may choose to do.
I expect guests to do their best to maintain the tidiness of the space while they use it. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the room for those coffee in bed days. A desk and chair can be switched for the current shelf table pictured if that is helpful.

During your stay
I am available to answer questions but you will find you have a lot of privacy. I am very busy with work and often stay in my own private part of the house.

The bathroom is for your private use. It is has a shower/deep soaker tub and a window to let out the steam.

This spacious 2-bedroom guest suite has everything you need for your Terrace trip. The unit has a private entrance and parking.
