Just a few minutes walk takes you to the gondola for a quick ride up the hill, where walking teails let us explore with a view of the dolomites. And the hotel includes the Bolzano Card, which covers the admission fee for the museum and the gondola, and several other places we visited."

The property has a garage to park your car, although there is bus stop near buy. Road to the property is steep and windy, but when no snow is on the road it is easily navigated. Pretty new apartment with a balcony, with great views over the village and the Dolomites.

The location is idealy situated in Ortisei, very close to shops and all commodities, easily accessible by foot. We really enjoyed our stay here ! The location is great - a little up the hill from where most restaurants are, and very near the promenade and the Seceda lift. Elfriede was very kind - for example, she picked us up from the San Antonio bus station with her car so we wouldn’t have to pull our suitcases uphill to her place. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The balcony was wonderful and bigger than it appears in the photos. Our only minor complaint was that the WiFi was sometimes weak."
