Access from Via lattanzi, 27 is very easy, there is a wooden door that will lead you inside the stone path of Le Dimore di Borgo Tessile. After a few meters you will find on your left the access door to the building and after two flights of stairs you will be inside the wonderful Feronia apartment. Continuing instead to the entrance driveway on your right you will find a glass and wrought iron door that will give you access to the beautiful adjoining garden.

Moving around the historic center requires a slow and steady pace, which will allow you to reach every corner of Orvieto in just a few minutes. The main means of transport are the "pollicini" (minibus), which go around the city, and the funicular that leads from Piazza Cahen (in the historic center, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment) to the railway station in Orvieto Scalo and the other way around. After a nice walk through the streets of the town you can't avoid to stop at one of the Corso's wine bars to sip an excellent local wine accompanied by typical excellences such as cold cuts, cheeses and much more. Upon request you will have access to an adjoining garden to relax and enjoy the myriad of colors given by the vastness of plants, flowers and trees present.

The B&B is located in a rural area of the Orvieto hills and is 15 km from the center of Orvieto; precisely on the Umbro Casertinese state road - Biagio locality - which leads from Orvieto to Montefiascone. It is a typical tuff farmhouse, dating back to the sixteenth century, whose stones were extracted from the hill that surrounds and protects it. Completely renovated in 2009, it has three rooms for guest use, nicely furnished with private bathroom.

The peculiarity is the view from the terrace of most of the monuments of the city, apart from the silence of the place and the proximity to the Palazzo dei Congressi or Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo, the cathedral, the Torre del Moro and the medieval area. Once you park the car, you can walk around without problems. Large partially covered terrace for relaxation and sunbathing, overlooking the cathedral and the various monuments.
