Our vintage apartment is in the center, on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 1929, in a street that surrounds the Medici walls of Grosseto, is located 1 minute walk from the historic center. A few meters from the house you will find a large free car park, tobaccos, small grocery stores, bars, restaurants, laundry, the bus stop and the train station that is 5 minutes away by car. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a living terrace.

The space
The apartment is antique, many things have remained so if you love diving in the past this is the right announcement for you. It is furnished with love, following our taste for vintage, with family and recovery items. It consists of a large kitchen with a living terrace where you can eat al fresco, a double bedroom and a large living room that, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, can become another room.

Fully renovated studio (in 2016), surrounded by condominium pine forest, ideal for the sea and for excursions in the beautiful Tuscan Maremma.
20 square meters functionally furnished, the studio is suitable for a couple or a single person.
Easy to reach by car or public transport, it is located a few meters from the sea.

The space
The studio is located in the basement of a residence a few steps from the sea: always fresh throughout the day, it has however air conditioner if needed. The wide beach of Marina is 50 meters far, crossing the street. There are both beach resorts with all facilities and free beach. The accommodation is suitable for a couple or two friends looking for an informal but well-equipped place to stay. The studio has been completely renovated (March-April 2016). The bed is a so-called sleeper-sofa bed (more comfortable than a normal sofa bed), with wooden staves and comfortable mattresses, and can remain open during the day or easily closed. The environment is suitable for two people, possibly with a child (additional bed is not provided) . The bathroom is large, with shower, washing machine, toilet and bidet. For security reasons there is no gas supply. The kitchen is equipped with two electric hotplates, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. There is a TV. The studio has a closet to store clothes and accessories. There are NO WIFI and dishwasher in the studio. Telephone and Internet signals are not constant as the studio is in the basement. There is usually a signal near the window. Since the bathroom does not have a window, even if there is a fan for the air exchange, I recommend using the clotheshorse in the common terrace to dry towels and swimsuits.

Guests can use a parking in front of the residence, the condominium tables outside in the pine park, an external terrace to hang out the laundry.
The condominium parking is free (until there are available places left).

The holiday apartments of “Il Granaio” are located in the countryside of the Maremma Toscana about 6 km from the beach. They were built at the beginning of the 20th century as stables for the Quadruped Breeding Centre and completely renovated and transformed into rustic apartments (Scuderia) in 1999, leaving the original architectural features intact. In 2003 the renovation was completed by completely rebuilding the barn and transforming it into two-room apartments (Fienile)

The space
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a garden.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery for 4 people, a stove with four cooking plates, an Italian moka and a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment.
Through a hallway you access the bedroom furnished with a double bed in wrought iron.
The garden is equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella.

Guest access
There are several common areas available including the swimming pool with sun loungers, a football pitch and barbecues.
Since the swimming pool is not supervised, children under 14 must be accompanied by their parents.
We also offer our guests a short outing around our fields. In the center, among the young olive trees, we have left an area complete with tables and chairs where you can have a picnic or enjoy the sunset and the wide view of the countryside from Grosseto to Castiglione della Pescaia.
