Outside you have a small area with table, chairs and outside lighting. The area is fenced off to give you some privacy. We have a 120ft driveway, with gates that can be closed, but not locked at night, and vehicles can park right outside the apartment for convenience ( Please see photos ). Also there is an outside tap and electrical points. This property has an in date Gas Safety Certificate.

Our home and The Den are situated in a valley between Folkestone and Hawkinge and surrounded by country side views. we are just a 10 minute car journey from the Eurotunnel, 20 minutes from the port of Dover and 30mins from Canterbury and Ashford.
A 5 minute drive into Folkestone and you have Folkestone central train station with regular links to London.

The Den was built in 2007 and is a stand alone cottage offering a warm and cosy stay.
Bedroom 1 has a superking size bed for your comfort, this can be separated into 2 singles if needed. There is storage and a single chair bed .
Bedroom 2 is just off bedroom 1 and can accommodate 2 in it's small double bed, this room also has storage for your clothes.
The kitchen is well equipped with all your essentials including an air fryer.
Bathroom has a good size shower, toilet and basin with storage underneath.
Lounge/living area is a comfortable space where you can chill out and watch TV.
