This little slice of heaven is perfect for a couple travelling or for someone just wanting that nice quiet getaway. Hut By The River offers a self contained cabin with 1 bedroom with a double bed, lounge area with a fold out sofa couch & tv. The kitchen has a bench space, fridge, microwave, electric pan, utensils, toaster, kettle & sink. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink & mirror. The balcony has a great seating area to kick your feet up and look at the beautiful scenery.
The space
The hut is located on the same property as our family home but separated from the main house.
Perched on the hill overlooking Port Campbell, The Cabin offers a clean, bright, homely base for your Great Ocean Rd getaway. With panoramic ocean and hillside views, queen bed, kitchen, ensuite and lounge you have everything you need relax and unwind. Suited to couples and solo travellers the cabin is only 10 minutes drive to the Twelve Apostles and a 1 minute drive into Port Campbell's restaurants, shops and local beach.
The space
Set on 10 acres of bush with views over the Port Campbell harbour and farm land. The Cabin shares this property with our sister rental The Cottage during high season and our family in the low season.

The Cabin and its verandah are all yours to enjoy. Please be respectful of the back patio of our home, our children's play area The shed/garage is out of bounds.
Other things to note
From December 26th till the end of January this property is shared with our other rental The Cottage. Please be mindful of other guests.

The space
The generously spaced and well appointed studio has an open plan kitchen (two burner electric cooktop, bar fridge, microwave and small sink with a washer/dryer), dining and seating area that opens on to a small deck. There is a seperate bedroom that has its own well-appointed ensuite.
The unit is one of two units contained within the same building and shares a wall with the other unit.

Parking is available at the front of the property or on Hennessy Street. Please be aware that access to the unit requires you to take luggage along a gravel path and down 16 steps to the rear of the shared block.

A relaxing haven Langleys is a rural lifestyle property only 5 minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants of Port Campbell. Surrounded by working farmland, Langleys offers a spacious, bright, clean studio with queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, lounge and WiFi. It’s an ideal place to get away from the crowds and relax after exploring the attractions of the Great Ocean Road including the Twelve Apostles.
The space
Enjoy country life from your own private guesthouse with east facing deck/porch overlooking the surrounding farmland and animals. Spot the chickens and ducks as they may be free ranging throughout the day.
Ensuite with spacious shower plus hairdryer, towels and complimentary toiletries.
USB charging points are located by the queen size bed.
The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, instant coffee, and milk provided. Basic continental breakfast also provided (cereal, toast, juice).
We live in the main house with our young daughter. The guesthouse is next to but separate from the main house and is yours exclusively during your stay. Langleys is a working lifestyle property / hobby farm and you may see us out gardening and tending to the animals. As we go about our daily activities around the property we will stop and say hello if you are also out wandering about. We respect your privacy once you have retired to the guesthouse.

Free parking is at the front of the guesthouse. You are welcome to wander the garden however the shed and the deck/porch of the main house are out of bounds. Please do not enter the chook pen.
Other things to note
Our sheep are Dorpers and naturally shed. This means they can look quite scruffy depending on what stage of shedding they are at. Electric fences may also be running at the time of your stay on paddock fences, please do not touch.

Gumnut Cottage is a fully self contained country cottage with kitchen, 6 seater dining table, living area with wood fire and gorgeous views. Featuring cathedral oregon and pine ceilings and polished Tasmanian oak floor boards, the cottage is double story with heating throughout. The balcony is perfect for relaxing in the warmer months with a lovely outlook over the gardens, valley and Port Campbell village.
The open plan kitchen, living, dining and balcony are upstairs whilst the bedrooms, bathroom & laundry are downstairs.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with separate toilet area. The laundry has a front loading washing machine along with iron, ironing board, basket, clothes airer and clothes line.

Daysy Hill Country Cottages is set on 5 acres surrounded by gardens to encourage native birds and wildlife. Our property offers 12 self-contained rooms, catering for couples or families looking for something special. We also have 50 acres of farm land adjoining the property where you can see different farm animals depending on the season, enjoy a walk or Picnic in the Paddock. We have an outdoor undercover BBQ area with electric stainless steel hotplate, sink and large dining table. Gather around the fire pit in the cooler months and toast a marshmallow. There is also a complimentary guest laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board available for use during your stay. Free parking and wifi also available.
