The Shed on Baynes is a unique, self contained unit. The shed is an easy walk to all local amenities. Inside you'll find a relaxing space suited for 2 adults. It has a fully equiped kitchen and a cosy lounge room. A wood heater and split system keeps the shed comfortable, no matter the climate.
Currently the shed has no laundry facilitates available. A local laundromat is located 400m away.
Workers requiring longer/flexible stays are welcome. Please message for further information.

Please if you’re bringing furry friends please keep them off the bed and couch.
Nana’s Cottage is a self-contained home away from home. The 1890 cottage is an easy walk to all local amenities. Inside, you are greeted with a lovely space to just sit back and relax. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a good size dining space and lounge room as well as a comfy queen size bed with ensuite. Laundry facilities are conveniently located near the entrance of the Cottage. A split system keeps the whole Cottage comfortable no matter the weather.
The space
The cottage is ideally designed with 2 adult guests in mind. The only bathroom is an ensuite.
A cot or air mattress is available for young children. I also have available a high chair and baby bath upon request.
Guest access
You will have access to all of Nana’s Cottage. There is, however, an external room off the kitchen that is strictly off limits and will be locked at all times.
Other things to note
Please do not walk around the grounds as this is our home as well.
A baby/toddler can be catered for - there is a high chair, portacot, highchair and baby bath/tub available upon request.
Workers requiring longer/flexible stays are most welcome & further details upon enquiring.
Many guests are travelling the Great Ocean Road & find this cottage to be the perfect stay.
