Spacious 3 story log home with large open lot and plenty of off-street parking. Perfect for family vacations and gatherings and just located across the road from East Lake Okoboji. It has approx. 3,000 sq ft across the 3 levels, so plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
The walk out lower level has a family room with a large screen tv, a large reclining sectional, a separate room with a pool table and Foosball table and separate laundry room. The main level up the stairs has a living room with a reclining sectional & tv. The dining area has a table that seats 7 and there is additional seating in the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, George Foreman grill, crock pot, and bake ware. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with brand new Restonic firm Queen Mattresses and Box springs: The master has a king bed and tv with full master bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 & 3 are large and set up the same with 2 queen beds with dressers in each. Main level bathroom has a tub shower combo and a double sink. The 24'x24' loft area could be used as a fourth bedroom and has a king size bed and 2 queen beds. (it has a tv that only runs a dvd/vcr combo with a small selection of videos available.) There are no bunk beds in this cabin. All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans. Off the main level there are 2 decks. The deck off the kitchen is 14'x18' and the deck off the living room is 12'x18'. There is patio seating for 14 and 4 tables, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating. There is a charcoal grill available for use. Bonfire area available to enjoy evenings around the fire. There is lots of outdoor space for kids to run around in.

Located 1/2 mile from the public boat ramp (as seen in the pictures) and bike trails and 3/4 mile to the splash pad (as seen in the pictures). Arnolds park is a short 4 mile drive.

Perfect family vacation! Well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom cabin with a loft and a fireplace. The loft has a beautiful partial lake view! We also added the use of our golf cart for a small daily fee (included in rental fees/cannot be used in winter-fee removed). Our cabin sleeps four comfortably. Master bedroom has a new king memory foam bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The cabin is fully stocked with towels and linens for four. We have a great selection of family games and movies to keep everyone entertained. A smart TV in the master bedroom and loft, and a large TV over the fireplace with Roku allow you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. Wonderful patio with outdoor table and chairs, additional chairs, fire pit, and gas grill. Washer and dryer included.

The cabin is located in wonderful Bridges Bay resort which has 4 outdoor pools, an indoor waterpark, lake access with a dock, updated fitness center, arcade, zip line, basketball court, playground, fishing pond, restaurants and bars. The rental includes six passes to the waterpark daily! We are located about 1 mile from Arnolds Park, and there are several public golf courses, restaurants, and bars nearby. We are also one of the first cabins in the neighborhood so we are very close to the restaurants, water park, and pool. No pets, no smoking, and no bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Lakeview Cabin is a cute and stylish home with East Lake Okoboji views! The cabin offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is located in the neighborhood of East Okoboji Beach. It allows for 6 people to sleep comfortably and offers an oversized lot for parking and yard games. It is only a block away from a public boat dock making this a perfect place to bring your boat for a day on the lake!

Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances in addition to being stocked with many other kitchen amenities. An open floor plan with a table that seats 6 allows for plenty of seating. A private deck is also steps away with additional seating, table, grill (gas) and lake views.

The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and a twin on twin trundle bed. Bedroom 2 includes a queen size bed as well. A pack and play is available if needed along with booster seat! This is a cozy Okoboji cabin on East Lake that is family friendly. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom along with a loft with three full mattresses. We also have a sofa bed in the living room. This cabin is perfect for two families with kids or a girls weekend getaway. We have a blackstone grill and a washer and dryer. Completely remodeled from top to bottom, the Hygge House offers ample accommodations. You’ll love the living room where you have clear views of Little Spirit Lake. The living room also features a smart tv, strong Wi-Fi, relaxing sofas, and an electric fireplace. The dining area has built-in benches and a large table to comfortably seat everyone. The stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, Ninja Foodi (with air fryer, toaster oven, broiler, convection oven, and dehydrator functions), refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig Coffee Maker (with provided K-cups and condiments), cooking basics, flatware and dishes, and much more!

Guests have access to the entire property. Private dock on Little Spirit Lake. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is no street parking. The public boat ramp for Little Spirit Lake is just a stone’s throw away on the North side of Little Spirit Lake in Minnesota. The public boat ramp for Big Spirit Lake is just as close at either Mini-Wakan State Park or Marble Beach State Recreation Area. There is also a public sand beach, perfect for swimming or tanning within a five-minute walk.

This Rustic Cabin is a great space for families or friends to gather in nature. Having access to our camp with activities, trails, waterfront, and being conveniently located next to town this is a great spot at a great price to spend some quality time together. These cabins are bunk houses with one large room, a half bath, electricity, fans, nearby shower house, picnic table, and fire pit. They are one step up from tent camping while offering lots of space and things to do for all ages.

The space
These cabins are older so the outlets are limited, you'll need your own bedding, soaps, and shower shoes are recommended. Cabins are grouped together in villages so you can bring a single family or rent several cabins and have a large gathering with many families.

Some cabins have WiFi. guests can use the rec rooms for Air conditioning and WiFi access during their stay.

Covid19 Health and Safety Guidelines

1. Stay in groups and social distancing. We ask that guests remain in their groups while onsite. If another group is using a space, and social distancing between groups is not possible, let the other group finish before you enter that space. Example: The gaga ball pit

2. Check in. Guests and staff are expected to wear face masks at check in. When possible check in will be done outside. Social distancing is expected of everyone during the check in process. If there is a maintenance need while guests are on site, they are asked to leave the facility or provide at least 6 ft of distance for staff while they are in the facility.

3. Staff lead activities. Activities lead by our staff will require social distancing from our staff, and if 6ft of distance is not possible, masks are required of both parties.

4. Communal Spaces. The recreation spaces are shared by all guests but should only be used by one group at a time if social distancing is not possible. Our rec rooms are closed. We recommend guests bring their own equipment, instead of sharing.

5. Masks. Masks will be expected when social distancing is not possible, and when multiple guest groups are interacting. For example, in the storm shelter during a storm warning.

6. Symptoms or exposure. Guests who have problematic symptoms within 10 days prior to arrival or known exposure are not allowed to stay at Lakeside. We expect guests to be honest and forth coming
with this information and do the right thing if they are potentially sick or carrying the COVID19 virus. Cancellations are allowed penalty free if cancelled due to symptoms or exposure.

Problematic Symptoms: Fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste or smell or known
exposure.

7. Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing. We've added hand sanitizing stations to every cabin and building. We’ve added regular cleaning and sanitizing of all high touch surfaces. Shower houses will be cleaned daily while multiple guest groups are utilizing them.

8. Vaccination. All camp staff are expected to be vaccinated before guests arrive. We encourage all able adults to be vaccinated before arriving at Lakeside.

9. Facility Use Agreement. All guest groups will have a primary guest sign the facility use agreement on behalf of the entire party stating they understand and accept the risk of travel and will not hold Lakeside responsible for illness, injury, or accident. Also, that all guests in their party are aware of the expectations of their group and will ensure all policies including these health and safety guidelines are followed.

This cabin is a step up from camping and a great place for families or friends to gather. Lots of beds, outdoor space, recreational activities, and close to town makes this a great getaway. Cabins are spread out for privacy, but are in clusters so you can book several for large gatherings. This is a summer camp, but campers are not onsite when the cabins are available. Alcohol is allowed.

Guests are welcome to use anything they see inside in the cabin or outside on patio. Free internet provided with Hulu Live TV and access to Netflix and Disney+ through Smart TV. You will also have access to multiple outdoor pools within Bridge's Bay as well as 6 tickets daily to Bridges Bay Boji Splash indoor and outdoor water park. Self check in provides space for our guests, however you will have access to us via txt or phone should you need anything during your stay.

Other things to note
Strictly NO pets, NO smoking, and NO parties ( including no Bachelorette/Bachelor parties) allowed. Should we find evidence, you will be charged a fine.

The upstairs loft offers a queen bed and full-size bed with TV with wireless Internet for streaming, extra blankets are in the closet. Washer and dryer with detergent pods are located in the hallway closet for your stay if needed. There are 3 Bedrooms with King Beds, a loft acting as a 4th bedroom with 2 Double Beds. We have 2 rollaway/cot beds single sized as well as an air mattress that is Queen Size. That allows sleeping in beds for up to 14. Although it is a tight fit we allow up to and stock supplies for up to 16 guests.

The Cabin also has a Full Fridge and stocked kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and Dishwasher in Unit, 5 Large HDTVs in unit with Blue Ray Players and Internet Capabilities on all, Propane Grill, Fire Pit, Board Games, Outdoor Games, all for your use with the cabin.
There are 3 Bedrooms with King Beds, a loft acting as a 4th bedroom with 2 Double Beds. For extra sleeping we have 2 roll-away beds single sized as well as an air mattress that is Double Stuffed Queen Size. That allows sleeping in beds for up to 14. We allow up to and stock supplies for up to 16 guests with no extra charge. There are two large sofas in the living room, but they do not pull out. So, for those on a budget we allow you to fit them in the best you can in the space up to 16, but if you want more space and comfort for a large group check with us on the neighboring property to go with it.

The space
With 4 comfortable and private bedrooms, 2.5 bath, an open floor plan with a large kitchen and pantry, plus main level AND basement living rooms, it is one of the LARGEST cabins at Bridges Bay with 2,130 sq. ft. Send the kids to the basement to play while adults enjoy time together at the six-seat dining room table and four-seat island. Enjoy the ambience of the gas firepit while watching the sun go down on the back porch and let the kids take advantage of the large back lawn. Rain or shine at the lake, you’ll have ample indoor and outdoor space to enjoy your vacation.

The cabin sleeps 12-15 so you can rest easy when the day is done.

There is no shortage of things to do in Okoboji! The living room area has a 50 inch, flat screen, smart TV which has the ability to stream Netflix and Hulu with an account login. There is also free Wi-Fi and Sling TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and nice appliances: dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser & ice maker, oven, microwave, crock pot, coffee pot and keurig, toaster, griddle, blender, highchair, and a large walk-in pantry.

Master bedroom on main floor has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, as well as a master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Washer and Dryer as well as the half-bath are all on the main floor.

2 other bedrooms upstairs with another full bathroom with bathtub/shower upstairs as well. 1 bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin size bunk beds. A pack and play is provided as well as wash cloths, hand towels, as well as large towels provided in each bathroom. Basic toiletries are provided for a short stay however if you have an extended stay you will have to provide what you need beyond that.

Upstairs also provides a large loft area with two futons, a 40-inch TV with a DVD player.

The stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, Ninja Foodi (with air fryer, toaster oven, broiler, convection oven, and dehydrator functions), refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig Coffee Maker (with provided K-cups and condiments), cooking basics, flatware and dishes, and much more!

Bedroom No. 1 (Primary) has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, a closet system, easily accessible outlets with USB charging ports for each side of the bed, and a gorgeous attached bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hairdryer.

Bedroom No. 2 also has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, a closet system, and USB charging ports.

Bedroom No. 3 features 2 twin beds, 2 closet systems, a room divider, USB charging ports, and its own mini-split heating and air conditioning unit with a remote for personalized comfort levels.

The main bathroom is straight out of a magazine with a large shower and stocks shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hairdryer.

You'll also find a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer (with provided detergent and dryer sheets), a utility sink, and extra pantry storage.

Grill and host a dinner while watching the sunset over Little Spirit Lake on the back deck with the provided patio table and gas grill. Or, catch up on a good book or glass of your favorite wine while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. The dock is private and only for your use. Little Spirit is perfect for swimming, as the dock features a swimming ladder and benches, or casting a line and hooking some trophy fish! Guests have access to the entire property. Private dock on Little Spirit Lake. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is no street parking.


The public boat ramp for Little Spirit Lake is just a stone’s throw away on the North side of Little Spirit Lake in Minnesota.
The public boat ramp for Big Spirit Lake is just as close at either Mini-Wakan State Park or Marble Beach State Recreation Area.

There is also a public sand beach, perfect for swimming or tanning within a five-minute walk.

Reminder this property is NON-SMOKING and will be strictly enforced, if not followed, renter will incur a $3,500.00 cleaning and replacement fee.
