About our Cabin:
Our home is great for family vacations. It boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and closets to fit your needs. If privacy is what you seek, our master bedrrom is located on the main floor and consists of a king bed, a 43" flat screen smart tv, large closet space, and a full bathroom!

Our other 2 bedrooms are found upstairs along with the spacious loft. One bedroom contains a queen bed and a great closet to fit your vacation attire. The other bedroom located upstairs is a great room for kids to bunk! It has sleeping for 6. It contains 2 twin over full bunk beds. The loft also includes a futon that folds down for 2 more sleeping spaces and 43" flat screen smart tv for viewing.

The fully furnished kitchen is a great place to gather for family dinners or late night snacks. The table seats 6, but can expand to fit more! There are also bar stools by the counter for additional seating! Use the sleek slate appliances to fit your food. Keep your hot things hot and your cold items cold.

The living room boasts plenty of seating for all your family and friends. 2 couches plus 1 loveseat means you can all gather around for games, or to watch the big game on the 49" smart tv. Grab some popcorn and blankets and cozy up with your loved ones on those brisk evenings!

Don’t forget about our fully stocked laundry room. Ran out of clean socks? Beach towels looking a little grungy? No worries! Just pop them into the washer and dryer and you’ll be set again with clean items!

When the weather is gorgeous, head outside to the patio! The patio has a cement pad with table and chairs, a grill, and also a fire pit. Grab some friends and play some yard jenga, which is also provided for you. Or relax while sharing stories and s’mores around the campfire.

Spacious 3 story log home with large open lot and plenty of off-street parking. Perfect for family vacations and gatherings and just located across the road from East Lake Okoboji. It has approx. 3,000 sq ft across the 3 levels, so plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
The walk out lower level has a family room with a large screen tv, a large reclining sectional, a separate room with a pool table and Foosball table and separate laundry room. The main level up the stairs has a living room with a reclining sectional & tv. The dining area has a table that seats 7 and there is additional seating in the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, George Foreman grill, crock pot, and bake ware. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with brand new Restonic firm Queen Mattresses and Box springs: The master has a king bed and tv with full master bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 & 3 are large and set up the same with 2 queen beds with dressers in each. Main level bathroom has a tub shower combo and a double sink. The 24'x24' loft area could be used as a fourth bedroom and has a king size bed and 2 queen beds. (it has a tv that only runs a dvd/vcr combo with a small selection of videos available.) There are no bunk beds in this cabin. All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans. Off the main level there are 2 decks. The deck off the kitchen is 14'x18' and the deck off the living room is 12'x18'. There is patio seating for 14 and 4 tables, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating. There is a charcoal grill available for use. Bonfire area available to enjoy evenings around the fire. There is lots of outdoor space for kids to run around in.

Perfect family vacation! Well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom cabin with a loft and a fireplace. The loft has a beautiful partial lake view! We also added the use of our golf cart for a small daily fee (included in rental fees/cannot be used in winter-fee removed). Our cabin sleeps four comfortably. Master bedroom has a new king memory foam bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The cabin is fully stocked with towels and linens for four. We have a great selection of family games and movies to keep everyone entertained. A smart TV in the master bedroom and loft, and a large TV over the fireplace with Roku allow you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. Wonderful patio with outdoor table and chairs, additional chairs, fire pit, and gas grill. Washer and dryer included.

The cabin is located in wonderful Bridges Bay resort which has 4 outdoor pools, an indoor waterpark, lake access with a dock, updated fitness center, arcade, zip line, basketball court, playground, fishing pond, restaurants and bars. The rental includes six passes to the waterpark daily! We are located about 1 mile from Arnolds Park, and there are several public golf courses, restaurants, and bars nearby. We are also one of the first cabins in the neighborhood so we are very close to the restaurants, water park, and pool. No pets, no smoking, and no bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Lakeview Cabin is a cute and stylish home with East Lake Okoboji views! The cabin offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is located in the neighborhood of East Okoboji Beach. It allows for 6 people to sleep comfortably and offers an oversized lot for parking and yard games. It is only a block away from a public boat dock making this a perfect place to bring your boat for a day on the lake!

Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances in addition to being stocked with many other kitchen amenities. An open floor plan with a table that seats 6 allows for plenty of seating. A private deck is also steps away with additional seating, table, grill (gas) and lake views.

The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and a twin on twin trundle bed. Bedroom 2 includes a queen size bed as well. A pack and play is available if needed along with booster seat! This is a cozy Okoboji cabin on East Lake that is family friendly. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom along with a loft with three full mattresses. We also have a sofa bed in the living room. This cabin is perfect for two families with kids or a girls weekend getaway. We have a blackstone grill and a washer and dryer. The deck in the front of the property is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning to watch boaters or have a large family dinner. We have plenty of games to keep everyone occupied. Bring your fishing pole as some of the best fishing can be found on the north end of East Lake just up the road.

With all Okoboji Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store.

We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent before arrival) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

- "When we first arrived there was trash in the yard and bushes. As we were bringing things inside we noticed very sticky spots on the floor. The counters were dirty, see attached photo of dirty cleaning wipes we had to buy. We had to vacuum immediately. As we were getting ready for bed, the bedding was dirty. Full of long black hair, chips, and lots of stains. We brought the concerns up with the property manager and she was able to deliver new stuff 4 hours later which was a long time of us waiting around. The decorative pillows are very dirty and we had to get them off the beds right away. There was left over Taco Bell and coffee left in the garage garbage which was not pleasant to smell. There was countless dirty things we found, under the bed we found someone’s empty facial spray, dirty socks, garbage and a rotten SAUSAGE. Gross. See photos. There were also spiders and cobwebs all over. Overall this place needs a complete head to toe deep clean, and all new bedding and towels. 3 stars is being kind. All of us girls agree this was a dirty place and we are still shocked. I can confidently say we left the place cleaner than how we got it! "

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

The space
Guests have a private entrance, if suitable for them to the lower level of our lake side home. The space is private and we have plenty of room for 6 guests with two bedrooms and extra sleeping on twin air mattresses arranged in the large family room. A full bathroom with tub and shower. A laundry room, kitchenette and dining room.
Our Lakeside home is nearly 50 years old so we do have some squeaks. We just resurfaced most of our floors with an acoustic sound barrier so the squeaks will not be so noticeable and we cannot hear our guests in the AIRBNB lower level.

Guest access
Guest can enter into the lower level through the front door or use the outdoors entrance on the lakeside. In the winter the lakeside entrance can be wicked with cold winds and ice so we encourage the front door entrance in the winter. Their is a standard refrigerator, laundry room and kitchenette. Guest need to park in the front driveway on the southside. If you have a boat you can have access to the dock. Extra vehicles can park on the west side of the street. The house is unlocked so guest just walk in and make yourself to home.

Other things to note
Guests have access to the lake and dock. We are working on the lakeside daily to make it suitable for our guests. The newly renovated dock is ready for use. We encourage our guest to enjoy the lake, the view and relax. Guests are free to use the water sports extras available in the lakeside shed. Kayak's are a available for use, must either wear a life jacket or have one on. Life jackets are available in the lakeside shed along with fishing gear if you like to fish.

Our garage is also fully stocked with activities for the whole group to enjoy. To make traveling with kids easier we provide a pack-n-play, portable high chair, stroller and collapsible wagon, and kids dining utensils. If you have any specific questions please reach out!

Please note that amenities provided by Bridges Bay are subject to change based on weather or other factors. The outdoor waterpark is only open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Our guesthouse is approximately 400 square feet organized as a studio apartment above our garage. It is fully air conditioned and supplied with all the amenities of any modern apartment. Constructed in 2015, the property is on East Lake Okoboji. Experience the stunning sunrises from our east facing lake frontage and enjoy shaded days on our patios in the comfort of our Adirondack chairs, on the dock, or in the lake itself.

In addition to the guesthouse quarters, there is ample space and seating to relax and grill outside the guesthouse or on a beautifully appointed outdoor patio near the lake.

The entire home and guesthouse was constructed in 2014-2015 and is beautifully appointed inside and out in Cape Cod style. A smart TV is provided and free WiFi. This peaceful and spacious property is a fisherman's dream. We are located 1 block from East Lake and a public dock and have plenty of room to park your boat. This three bedroom home has room for your family or a weekend with fishing buddies. There are 2 king beds, a double bed and an air mattress if needed and two full bathrooms. We have a full kitchen to cook in, a charcoal grill or there are plenty of restaurants around Lake Okoboji.

The perfect spot in the heart of Lake Okoboji located between East Lake; Big Spirit Lake - Cozy Family Cottage at the Lake. This family and; child friendly home sleeps 11 with two full bathrooms. On the main level is a beautiful chef's kitchen, formal dining space great for family dinners, living room with smart TV, fireplace, and pull-out couch (sleeping 2 guests). Also on the main level is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second level are two private bedrooms. The primary suite has a King bed and Queen bed separated with tracked curtains for privacy (sleeping 4 total) and on-suite bathroom. The primary bath boasts dual vanities, makeup counter, whirlpool tub, and walk-in shower. The tracked curtains can actually separate the bathroom from the King bed area to provide complete privacy at night allowing other guests to use the bathroom all hours. The second private bedroom offers a twin over twin bunk bed and twin over full bunk bed. Sleeping 5 total in the second bedroom. Baby safety gate provided for stairs on the second level. This home was furnished with young families in mind with kids cups, silverware, plate ware, highchair, pack 'n play and safety gates available. You will want to spend all your time outside rocking in the chairs on the front porch or around the fenced in firepit area (NEW for Spring 2024). This property is geared for those who want to be together in the same home but also have some privacy while on vacation. The owner furnished the home with travelers in mind also offering luggage racks, full length mirrors, and extra kitchen gadgets. Both levels on the home provide coffee bars with refrigerators. Walking distance to down town Spirit Lake, Gilbert Park and East Lake lakefront, Splash Pad Park, and the south shore of Big Spirit Lake. Bring your fishing pole as some of the best fishing can be found on the north end of East Lake just up the road.

There is parking space for 4+ vehicles in the driveway and additional street parking.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given.
