Welcome to Tide’s Edge Escape, a charming cottage/camp, a two minute walk to the famous St. Martin’s sea caves! This 40 foot park model camper features a built on 12x20 sunroom, adding ample living space and views of the Bay of Fundy. There are two decks; one for BBQing and one for dining and relaxing. Tide’s Edge is the perfect home base for your Bay of Fundy and Pathway adventures! The cottage features two queen beds, two televisions, Wi-Fi, lawn games, fire pit, board games, all kitchen amenities, French press, infused tea pot, a tide clock, cozy blankets and extra pillows. The location is quiet and peaceful. Stargazers prepare to be amazed at night, and if you like the sound of waves, just open the patio doors for instant serenity. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem, right across the street are two fantastic restaurants that offer indoor or patio dining or order take out and enjoy on the deck back at Tide’s Edge. The village of St. Martin’s has quaint coffee and ice cream shops, the Quaco Museum, coffee, a pub and much more. The highlight of any trip to St. Martin’s is the outdoor adventures, like beach coming, walking the sea floor and exploring the caves at low tide, sea kayaking and of course, hiking or biking the Fundy Trail Pathway. Would be a great spot for two couples who want a fantastic little village to hang out in for a few days."

Come to our tiny cabin located in the breathtaking hills of Albert County, New Brunswick. It has one full bedroom, a loft sleeping area, a full bathroom and kitchen, a BBQ, woodstove, a screened porch, firepit, and 8 acres of land to explore with no one in sight!

We are perfectly located in the middle of SE New Brunswick only 20 minutes from Sussex, 35 minutes from Moncton, and an hour from Saint John. Lots of great fishing and hunting are just outside our door, and many other great activities are only minutes away. Snowmobile trails are close by and can be accessed easily straight from the cabin.

Our cabin is fully equipped with all of the linens and kitchen gear you'll need for your stay. We have excellent Starlink internet in case you need to check in with work while you're here.

The waters edge had a chair that allowed you to hang out while the dog swam. And short walk up the driveway and across the route to get to Morrell Rd to walk dog off leash. Nice drive along water to Bellisle ferry to cute little Hampton with veggie and bakery stands. Jean and Bill are perfect hosts and are available as much or as little as you prefer. Just keep a watch on blue green algae if you have dog… it came into the shore one morning and we had to keep the dog out of the water. Jean keeps a watch on website that monitors… she will let you know! Definitely worth the stay.. and i was so happy with the bunkie. So cute."

If you visit during our twice annual lobster season you can even buy your lobster fresh from the dock!
Just past St Martins is the entrance to Fundy Park, a national park with over 350 hiking trails and a roadway that winds along the coast with stunning cliff and ocean views, not to mention waterfalls and sandy beaches to swim.

It’s very close to St. Martins which is a very friendly quaint little place with almost everything you need (except a laundromat!:) They have wonderful eating places, delicious seafood, Gift Shops, a Grocery Store etc! All reasonably priced! The people are very friendly and helpful! The Sea Caves are cool to see as you watch the tides go in and out. The cottage is equipped with essentials. There is no tv but there are plenty of games to entertain and a lovely, clean hot tub to enjoy! There is a barbecue and a deck with chairs to sit and watch the sunsets and enjoy the scenery. The property is close to St. John and the Magnetic Hill and Reversing Rapids and Falls and Fundy Park. We enjoyed our time in New Brunswick very much :)"

The space is a small cabin. There is a queen bed and a single bed in the loft upstairs.

As a personal opinion, I don't believe it is small child friendly due to the sleeping arrangements.

Loft stairs are narrow.

The fire pit is not maintained in the winter months but can be used at renters' discretion.

There is a $30 fee for pets. Please let us know in your booking request if you are bringing your pets.

Just a heads-up: When you check in, we'll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything's in good shape.

CANCELLATION. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees (these credit card fees only apply when booking direct or through VRBO or Booking.com).

Pets are welcome upon request for a one-time fee of $45. To help us keep the space clean for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
Keep doors closed to any unused rooms.
Pick up after your pet outdoors.
If there is excessive pet hair, please do your best to clean it up.
We love having furry friends join us, but they do add to the cleaning time. Thanks for helping us keep things tidy!

The STOKE Pods are a unique experience designed for adventurers looking for some functional comfort during their stay. These tiny spaces are like luxury treehouses perched along the mountainside, surrounded by apple trees with a large picture window overlooking the beautiful Waterford Valley.

There is one living space which includes a pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette and a coffee table. There is one small bathroom with a sliding pocket door. There are a few hooks a the entrance to hang your gear.

Outside, you will find your own private paradise area with a BBQ shelter, a hot tub, a fire pit and seating area.

The entire Pod is yours. Each Pod has its own wooden walkways leading to a BBQ hut, hot tub and fire pit and seating area which can be shared with other guests. Guests have access to 2 marked trails on the property. One of the trails runs along a peaceful brook while the other climbs up and connects to Poley Mountain so guests can access the resort directly from their cabins.

The Stoke Luxury Cabins are custom designed & built to maximize your experience. Perched on a ridge on the mountainside, these 2-story cabins with large window walls offer spectacular views from almost anywhere in the cabin. Large 2-story decks offer lots of space to chill or take a well-deserved soak in the hot tub. The epic view and privacy were considered so that you can enjoy your own basecamp paradise in absolute serenity.

The cabins are an open-concept space with tall walls and a loft-style bedroom. Access to the bedroom and the second story balcony are by steep ship ladders. Living dining space, full kitchen and full bathroom are on the main floor. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and a single size daybed with a second daybed hidden under it. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen bed. There is a pantry in the kitchen and storage space for your gear.

The entire cabin is yours. Each cabin has its own decks and hot tub. There is a community fire pit area which is shared between the two STOKE Cabins. Guests also have access to 2 marked trails. One of the trails connects to Poley Mountain so guests can access the resort directly from their cabins.

The Neighborhood:
Our cabins are build on a mountainside with incredible views of the Waterford Valley in the Caledonia Highlands. We are around the corner from Poley Mountain and at the center of the Watervord Valley. There is lots to do in the area. We have cut, built and marked two unique trails. The Flow Trail follows a quiet brook nestled in a valley while the Elevation Trail is a straight climb to the top of the ski resort. There is sightseeing all around and there are many awesome activities and day adventures to be had within a few minutes drive.

Getting Around:
On Waterford Rd from Sussex, keep going 1.5 km past the Poley entrance. You can't miss the Stoke sign at the road. The driveway is long, steep and 100% worth it. We recommend taking a truck or SUV with AWD and proper clearance. All-terrain tires or winter tires are also recommended especially in winter months.

We invite you to leave your vehicles at your Cabin's designated parking. If you want to leave your car in another parking area to avoid climbing the driveway, we can arrange for you to park close by on our property. Please let us know ahead of time if you think you will be doing this.
