We are minutes from the Gondola Point ferry. Across from the beautiful outdoor Kingston Spa and nestled in a wooded haven with hiking trails and a large pond.

Based on season, we also offer ice skating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming in our pond.

The space
Our Tiny House is located in our backyard, where you will have parking on-site, we have a double-size bed with a lot of storage compartments. Fully equipped kitchen with foldable table, 2 stool, three-piece bathroom, Tv, and internet.
Guest access
Upon arrival, please find your way to the back of the house where you will find the Tiny House, the space is privately yours.
The Lockkey box will be on your righthand side at the entrance door.

We have our pets living on the property, we currently have a dog named Teo, who is 1 year and a half, a very gentle boy, and we also have two birds. My dog, he usually plays in our front yard and he has a playpen in our back yard which is separated from the Tiny House. But, he always go at his playpen to play which means he can be noisy while playing ( barking, running in the morning 8-9am or at night 10-11pm)

The reason I am disclosing that information is important because I want my guest to know beforehand what they are expecting when they are booking with us so that there is no issue.

Our guest review really matters to us that's why we took extra time disclose those things.

As for my dog, he is very friendly, he loves to welcome all our guests whenever he sees them..

You will find a carefully decorated cabin with fireplace, a queen bed, rest sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area with an extraordinary view.
A 700-foot beach, a waterfall whose waterfall flows almost at your feet, a freshwater marsh where herons and deer come to drink...
All this makes it an exceptional site

The space
The beach cabana is a large room with sliding doors to divide the bedroom section for more privacy.

The toilet and shower are outside and equipped with radiant heating for added comfort.

The site is quiet, private and very large.

Beautiful rustic Cabin nestled in the woods. This cabin has a large bed room with a king bed and a dresser if you like to unpack. The bathroom has a large shower and all your towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and we provide coffee, tea, sugar, cooking spray, salt and pepper. The living room has a wood stove, cozy leather couch and a reclining chair.
Outside you will find a deck with 2 chairs, a BBQ and a private wood fired hot tub
Lots of trails on the property to explore and a large pond for swimming, canoeing or kayaking
* winter - hot tubs will close when temperatures drop below-13

Make some memories at this unique 100 year old cabin with access to a lake across the street for skating and snowshoeing weather permitting. There is front covered deck with places to lounge, a back deck complete with your private hottub, BQ, firetable with seating. This location is very versatile to accommodate 7 adults for lots of fun and adventure as well with the addition of a bar , games or a great family time. It is 2 min from the airport. 10min to East Saint John Shopping and Rothesay

The space
This a small cozy space with cathedral ceilings which is open concept. The bedrooms are small but very well set up with everything you need. There is towels, towel warmer, makep towels, housecoats, bathroom and kitchen essentials all available. The lake has life jackets, all lake toys listed and two Adirondack chairs to supervise the fun. In the winter once the lake has frozen we clear off for skating. please bring your own skates. There are two pairs of snow shoes for the more adventurist people to use free of charge . The cabin has a unique covered front deck that is out of the elements. A back deck that has a firetable, comfortable seating, bug zapper, bq and private hottub . You will drive down a side lane off the main Road. There are neibours on either side, one being us, Mike and Cheryl, for easy assistance with any of your additional needs to make your stay comfortable. We are excited to host our guests.
