The kitchen has plenty of space, equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal that you/ your family can enjoy at the beautiful cherry wood dining table. You will enjoy hassle free accessible covered parking.

The Cabin is a cozy getaway located on a 4.5 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. It's only 10 minutes away from the Baton Rouge Airport and Walmart. Downtown Baton Rouge and LSU are about 20 minutes away so if you’re planing to watch a game or enjoy the city it is a little bit of a drive.

There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children
but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

When renting the cabin you will have access to every thing seen in the pictures which is the entire second and third floors of the house. There is one bedroom on the third floor that is not in the pictures that contains my personal belongings and will remain locked during your stay.

The first floor is where me and my wife will be staying during your visit, it is completely separate from the second and third floors of the house. It also has a separate bathroom and kitchen of its own so we will not be sharing any of the same spaces with you.

NO PARTIES!!!!! If you have a party on the property during your stay you will loose your security deposit!

This is not an actual farm, the space is a garage apartment located behind the main home, which happens to be next to cow pasture.

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom , If pre arranged and requested we do have a futon that we can allow use of for a possible 3rd guest.

Netflix and Prime available for your use, If you would like to use the other services available through the Firestick your own login would be required.

There are plenty of fresh towels, toiletries and soaps. You can shower for as long as you like with unlimited hot water. Full kitchen including pots, dishes, condiments, and Keurig coffee maker. Lovely farmhouse décor with plenty of natural light! Enjoy morning coffee or evening night cap on the porch area overlooking grazing cows in green pastures -sometimes within feet of the porch :)

You can access the space anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the key. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children especially due to the steps; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside overnight. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
