Built over 118 years ago, this historic farmhouse is full of character and quirks but has all of the modern amenities you could need. With spacious living and bedrooms, it's perfect for large families or group trips but cozy enough for a couples getaway.

The 1905 House has four bedrooms (2 - King, 2 - Queen) and two bathrooms, one the second floor (with a tub) and one on the main floor. On the main floor you’ll also find a spacious living room with a 55” TV, dining room that seats 8 and a cozy office. Off of the fully equipped kitchen you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. During the summer and fall months (and spring if you’re lucky) relax in one of our rockers on the front porch.

With the original woodwork, large windows that fill the room with natural light and personal touches, we hope you’ll find this space to be a cozy home away from home.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This fully furnished townhome makes it easy to walk in and just enjoy yourself. There is both a Keurig and coffee pot along with any dishes, pots and pan, and grilling things that you might need.

Very low bannister on upper steps and no railing on upper landing were definite safety hazards! No bedrooms on main level so people with disabilities or small children need to be cautious. Unable to regulate heating/cooling as thermostat was locked. Even with these issues our family enjoyed our stay. "

While our loft is incredible, we aren’t set up for student housing. Additionally, we kindly request our renters be over 25 years old. Families are always welcomed!

Sometimes there can be a fair amount of noise from the space earlier in the morning. While we rarely hear of an issue from a guest, we want you to know! We ask that guests inform us if noise is excessive so we can contact the business owner.

It has a newly landscaped, fenced yard, fire pit for outdoor fun, and plenty of space to spread out. We welcome your furry friends and have onsite parking and laundry along with a pool table for indoor fun. We know you will feel right at home with all new furnishings and all the things you would need for a getaway. Just pack your bags and we will take care of the rest.

Our yard has corn hole and bocce ball, along with a fire pit area. We have indoor games as well. This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs as well as 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. The pool table room is located on the first floor as well. There is both a dining table that seats 8 as well as a stool seating in the kitchen. A huge screen tv for movie night as well as a full laundry room for your longer trips. There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars and parking in the back of the home for 1 cars. Street parking is also available. You can`t get any closer for NW football games and can walk a block to the game. We believe this home has it all! The yard is newly fenced and is growing grass spring 2025.
