It was perfect for my stay!" - " The security gate arm was acting up, we talked with others who were staying there and they experienced the" - "Our stay at this property was terrible. The first thing we noticed was that the picture posted on the VRBO site for the unit we rented for 2 nights is not at all the same unit we had. We were certainly deceived to find that the owners were posting pictures of a beautiful unit to only give you a unit that is a complete dump! The room smelled of smoke. We killed two spiders in the bathtub and found a web of spiders above the TV and on the floor baseboards. The bathroom floor had been painted black. The paint was shedding so when you walked on the floor, the paint chips stuck to the bottom of your feet. We woke up to find black specs in the sheets all over. We were also told that there would be toiletries available. The only thing was hand soap by the bathroom sink. I think we were expecting at least some shampoo and conditioner. The blind on the window is damaged and taped together and the blind does not fully cover the window so light shines in all night long.There is no cover on the light fixture in the bathroom, which is where the spiders may have been coming from. The bed squeaks terribly. The picture shown of the bed is completely different from the metal bed frame on metal legs that was in the room.for this room. To tell you how bad this experience was we did not stay the 2nd night at the property. We went to a different hotel.I have reached out to the owners twice and I've had no response back.The last picture is the VRBO listing. "

- The loft is open to the kitchen/front entry area and is not an enclosed room. A retractable baby gate has been installed at the top of the stairs for child safety. The loft is accessible by going up an open riser staircase.

LOWER LEVEL: living area w/ TV, bedroom, bathroom, workspace, exercise area, and laundry room.

- Child safety locks on both the main entrance and sliding glass door leading to the sunroom.
- You will notice an additional entrance to the lower level of the home, but we have restricted access to that entrance via locked doors inside the home.
- Life vests hanging in the lower level laundry/storage room.
- Baby gate available in the lower level hall closet to use as needed.
- An exterior camera is mounted on the back deck. It is used to monitor the water level on the river for safety.

The only complaint is that there weren't many "supplies" no hot pads, no butter knives, no spatulas, no mixing bowls. The home has the upstairs bedrooms on the far end of the house, far away from the kitchen. One of the basement bedrooms had a closet large enough to put a crib, pack and play, etc. We were there when it was 90+ every day and the house felt cool and we never felt hot. Hands down, one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in."

The pictures on his page were misleading and not accurate. To top it all off this was my annual birthday getaway. Wish I would have chosen a better more trustworthy person to stay with. Entire basement studio in my home :) -Private outdoor entrance to your studio, which is a nice sized room, and includes a large sectional and ONE twin bed. You have your own private bathroom with a large shower.
A kitchenette has the basics- a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. You are welcome to grill on the Blackstone out back, and as use the outdoor garage space, which has a hang out area. The hot tub in the back is there for you too!

A fat, friendly cat has access to you too :)

The living area/bedroom area is cozy and clean.
Please note: a cat door allows my kitty to roam between your space and mine, although the door separating us locks. Kinny Kitty, thus far, has been a highlight to guests. :)
This listing has ONE TWIN BED and is marked for one guest.. However, the sectional easily accommodates for two other people (3 max people), if you are alright with cozy, and couch sleeping.
Again- 2 people share the sectional, and one person has a twin bed.
Linens for the couches are stored near the sectional, for you to throw on, if there is indeed more than one guest.

You are welcome to use the front porch for your morning coffee. The garage is set up for sitting at the fire pit.
