The pool table, smart TVs and board games offer entertainment after a day out on the water. A NEW game room was recently added - ping pong, foosball, bball arcade, and play cafe! Whether you are out on the water or enjoying some down time, this house has plenty to keep your group busy.

Since the home is in a rural setting please plan on stocking up on groceries before you arrive, in either Warsaw or Sunrise Beach. Some essentials are available at a Dollar General which is about a 20 min drive from the property. There are some narrow and windy roads on the way to the house, but towing on this road has never been an issue. The last half mile to the house is gravel road. There is plenty of parking with room for 4 cars in the driveway and trailer parking in the gravel driveway to the left of the garage.

We have a doorbell camera at the entrance to the house and also a security camera above the deck on the lakeside of the house. These will be ON during your stay.

The lower level has two master suites that open into the theater room and the 1950s-styled game room will make you feel like you stepped back in time. From the black and white tiled floors to the cafe-type bar stools, full-service bar, and pool table, this room will delight you. An incredible deck stretches across both levels, encompassing the entire house. The house is right on the lake with an incredible 3-slip private dock with jet ski lifts to hold all your water toys, two swimming decks to catch the sun all day, a picnic table, a porch swing, and a cantina. Included is a large firepit on the edge of the lake with plenty of seating and firewood to enjoy group gatherings on in the cool of the evenings. The sound of the waves breaking on the shore, the quiet of the surround, and the incredible amenities of the house will make for a retreat you will not forget.

Having unruly or overly loud guests impact the ability of our neighbors to enjoy their properties, so we ask all guests to be respectful so we can continue to offer this retreat as a place to get away. We required guests to respect 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. quiet hours, noise monitoring systems are utilized. VRBO does not allow house parties and as such any additional guests that are not included on the rental will not be allowed on the property. If house parties or additional guests are detected appropriate steps will be taken including involving law enforcement.

Please note, though we do allow dogs, they are required to stay in the downstairs pool table room on the linoleum or in the garage. Thank you for understanding the size of the home and the challenge it would be to properly and timely clean it and the impact the dander and hair could have on future guests. We do require a deposit for dogs that is fully reimbursed as long as house rules are followed. Thank you

The cabin is located at the 6o mile marker on Lake of the Ozarks. It's a lovely quite cove and a great getaway. Take time to relax, swim, fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sun set. The cabin has rustic charm with modern amenities. There is a gas grill, fire pit, lily pad, an old canoe , kayak, paddle board, paddle boat and few toys to float around the cove on. - "My family and our dogs loved this house and the location. If you’re looking for something quiet, cozy, and private then this place is perfect. It’s about 30-40 minutes to Osage beach area and the same to bridal cave. The dogs loved laying out on the enclosed porch, there was a deer in the yard when we pulled up, watched an eagle fly in and land on a branch to eat his catch, and filled up the hummingbird feeders with sugar water so we could enjoy watching them! The only negative was that I couldn’t get the oven to work."

NEWLY REMODELED BASEMENT & BRAND NEW SCREENED IN DECK!! CLEAN lakefront home with space for the whole family in 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, & family room downstairs. Boat launch just a few houses down at Coffman Marina, which also has ice & gas! Friendly cove on a peaceful part of Lake of the Ozarks. Lots of extra amenities including firepit, grill, kayaks, child size life jackets, diving board, and 10x24’ slip space to store your own boat. Cook on the grill under the gazebo with table seating for 8, and in the evening you can hang lakeside by the firepit with smores. Plenty of restaurants to visit by boat or car, including Red Fox, Big Dicks, Boondocks, Moonies, The Wet Spot, Patriot Point, and Bear Bottom, to name the closest. All towels & linens are provided including beach towels. Washer & dryer also on site. Full kitchen for cooking your own meals & brewing that morning coffee. When you need a break from outside, come indoors for some foosball and other games, or a relaxing movie.

This house speaks for itself - located in a quiet cove near mile marker 51 on the Lake of the Ozarks, you will be greeted with stunning views and all the amenities a family could need and more! There is something for everyone.

The inside is meticulously maintained and cleaned. It includes two master bedrooms (main floor and upstairs) and two downstairs bedrooms. If those bedrooms aren't enough then there are plenty of other sleeping spaces including a kids bunk in the main floor master bedroom (perfect for the little ones that need a quiet, dark space), a bed in the upstairs loft living room and another pull out in the downstairs living room. This house can sleep up to 16 adults comfortably! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is also a downstairs bar area if additional space is needed.

If you are more active you might enjoy jumping off the diving platform, using the water slides or the beach toys. When you are ready to relax you can enjoy the hot tub, white sand beach, hammock or lounge on the gorgeous two story deck.

This home also has a private boat ramp on the property as well as two open dock slips, one will hold a tritune and the other can hold a speed boat. The use of this is included in the rental and not an additional fee.

Additional water toys can be added for a daily fee. Please reach out to the owner after your stay is booked to add this on.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and after a long day in the sun and on the lake you’ll appreciate them.i have rented a lot of houses on the lake and this is definitely one of my favorites. We rented the house for a family get together which included adults and kids (toddlers to teens). The house was lovely and is well equipped to accommodate a large family/group of friends. Even though there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, we spent most of our time hanging out on the screened in porch which has a beautiful lake view. Of course the kids loved easy access to the lake and spending the day swimming off the dock. The house is more remote, but that is exactly what we were looking for and enjoyed being on a quiet cove for some quality family time."
