The flat lot gives you easy access to the water and plenty of space to play yard games or have a campfire down by the sun deck. You'll love the babbling fountain and the spacious deck. The pool table, smart TVs and board games offer entertainment after a day out on the water. A NEW game room was recently added - ping pong, foosball, bball arcade, and play cafe! Whether you are out on the water or enjoying some down time, this house has plenty to keep your group busy.

Since the home is in a rural setting please plan on stocking up on groceries before you arrive, in either Warsaw or Sunrise Beach. Some essentials are available at a Dollar General which is about a 20 min drive from the property. There are some narrow and windy roads on the way to the house, but towing on this road has never been an issue. The last half mile to the house is gravel road. There is plenty of parking with room for 4 cars in the driveway and trailer parking in the gravel driveway to the left of the garage.

We have a doorbell camera at the entrance to the house and also a security camera above the deck on the lakeside of the house. These will be ON during your stay.

Welcome to Serenity Point, a one-of-a-kind retreat at the 55-mile mark of the Lake of the Ozarks on the historic and quiet Coffman Bend. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this secluded lake house is the place to be. Soaring ceiling, open spaces, and a wall of glass windows that showcase the panoramic view of the lake will be the first thing you will love about this retreat. There is an office/game room on the main floor that can serve as a workspace, conference room, or group fun. Upstairs is a loft with a deck, fireplace, and an incredible view, bunk rooms, a full bathroom and large closet with washer and dryer, and the master suite with a jacuzzi tub and a private deck. The lower level has two master suites that open into the theater room and the 1950s-styled game room will make you feel like you stepped back in time. From the black and white tiled floors to the cafe-type bar stools, full-service bar, and pool table, this room will delight you. An incredible deck stretches across both levels, encompassing the entire house. The house is right on the lake with an incredible 3-slip private dock with jet ski lifts to hold all your water toys, two swimming decks to catch the sun all day, a picnic table, a porch swing, and a cantina. Included is a large firepit on the edge of the lake with plenty of seating and firewood to enjoy group gatherings on in the cool of the evenings. The sound of the waves breaking on the shore, the quiet of the surround, and the incredible amenities of the house will make for a retreat you will not forget.

Having unruly or overly loud guests impact the ability of our neighbors to enjoy their properties, so we ask all guests to be respectful so we can continue to offer this retreat as a place to get away. We required guests to respect 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. quiet hours, noise monitoring systems are utilized. VRBO does not allow house parties and as such any additional guests that are not included on the rental will not be allowed on the property. If house parties or additional guests are detected appropriate steps will be taken including involving law enforcement.

Please note, though we do allow dogs, they are required to stay in the downstairs pool table room on the linoleum or in the garage. Thank you for understanding the size of the home and the challenge it would be to properly and timely clean it and the impact the dander and hair could have on future guests. We do require a deposit for dogs that is fully reimbursed as long as house rules are followed. Thank you

The cabin is located at the 6o mile marker on Lake of the Ozarks. It's a lovely quite cove and a great getaway. Take time to relax, swim, fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sun set. The cabin has rustic charm with modern amenities. There is a gas grill, fire pit, lily pad, an old canoe , kayak, paddle board, paddle boat and few toys to float around the cove on. Take a step back in time, enjoy a break from all the electronics and reconnect with those you love. Must be 28yrs of age to rent.

- "My family and our dogs loved this house and the location. If you’re looking for something quiet, cozy, and private then this place is perfect. It’s about 30-40 minutes to Osage beach area and the same to bridal cave. The dogs loved laying out on the enclosed porch, there was a deer in the yard when we pulled up, watched an eagle fly in and land on a branch to eat his catch, and filled up the hummingbird feeders with sugar water so we could enjoy watching them! The only negative was that I couldn’t get the oven to work."

NEWLY REMODELED BASEMENT & BRAND NEW SCREENED IN DECK!! CLEAN lakefront home with space for the whole family in 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, & family room downstairs. Boat launch just a few houses down at Coffman Marina, which also has ice & gas! Friendly cove on a peaceful part of Lake of the Ozarks. Lots of extra amenities including firepit, grill, kayaks, child size life jackets, diving board, and 10x24’ slip space to store your own boat. Cook on the grill under the gazebo with table seating for 8, and in the evening you can hang lakeside by the firepit with smores. Plenty of restaurants to visit by boat or car, including Red Fox, Big Dicks, Boondocks, Moonies, The Wet Spot, Patriot Point, and Bear Bottom, to name the closest. All towels & linens are provided including beach towels. Washer & dryer also on site. Full kitchen for cooking your own meals & brewing that morning coffee. When you need a break from outside, come indoors for some foosball and other games, or a relaxing movie.

This house speaks for itself - located in a quiet cove near mile marker 51 on the Lake of the Ozarks, you will be greeted with stunning views and all the amenities a family could need and more! There is something for everyone.

The inside is meticulously maintained and cleaned. It includes two master bedrooms (main floor and upstairs) and two downstairs bedrooms. If those bedrooms aren't enough then there are plenty of other sleeping spaces including a kids bunk in the main floor master bedroom (perfect for the little ones that need a quiet, dark space), a bed in the upstairs loft living room and another pull out in the downstairs living room. This house can sleep up to 16 adults comfortably! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is also a downstairs bar area if additional space is needed.

If you are more active you might enjoy jumping off the diving platform, using the water slides or the beach toys. When you are ready to relax you can enjoy the hot tub, white sand beach, hammock or lounge on the gorgeous two story deck.

This home also has a private boat ramp on the property as well as two open dock slips, one will hold a tritune and the other can hold a speed boat. The use of this is included in the rental and not an additional fee.

Additional water toys can be added for a daily fee. Please reach out to the owner after your stay is booked to add this on.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and after a long day in the sun and on the lake you’ll appreciate them.i have rented a lot of houses on the lake and this is definitely one of my favorites. Outside of Climax Springs, MO, we are located at the 52-mile marker on Coffman Bend with breathtaking views of the lake and its surroundings!

The moment you step through the front door you are welcomed into our cabin-like setting with rustic charm abound. The open floor plan offers plenty of room for everyone, yet provides a comfortable and cozy feel. With so many areas to enjoy, there’s room for everyone to find their favorite spot to relax, curl up with a good book, catch a movie, play games, and feel the rays of the sun or the evening breeze while gazing up at the open sky.

The entryway/living room boasts the warmth of a sky-lit ceiling and a straight-on view of the main channel. There’s plenty of seating surrounding a fireplace (with an electric insert) for chilly evenings along with a mounted flat-screen TV equipped with a Firestick and high-speed fiber for streaming.

The open kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including a cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, and plenty of cookware and servingware. If you prefer outdoor grilling, you’ll find a gas grill on the deck for your convenience. The inside dining area has seating for eight plus there are plenty of outdoor seating options for dining on the deck, down below on the patio, or on the dock!

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee or a spot of tea with a fully equipped complimentary coffee bar! Take your morning joe and sip it on the back sunroom or step out onto the deck and gazebo areas to enjoy the early sun and peacefulness of the lake.

The primary bedroom suite is complete with a comfy king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and a large walk-in closet. The primary bath has a double walk-in shower and a roomy sink area for sharing. Two additional bedrooms with the queen beds are on the main level; equipped with ceiling fans, televisions (w/Firesticks, plenty of closet space, and dresser drawers. They share the full guest bath w/walk-in shower, down the hallway.

Descending the open stairway, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find a space full of fun waiting for you! A beautiful stone/granite bar becomes the focal point with seating for 7 and is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, wine cooler, sink, and dishwasher…everything you need for evening entertaining! Challenge your friends to a game of pool, foosball, or sit down at the reversible poker/game table and choose your fun from a closet stocked with cards, games, and puzzles.

If movie-watching is what you prefer, sit down and kick back in the reclining sofas and stream your favorites on the 65” TV.

Guest bedroom number four is tucked back in the corner providing plenty of soothing sleep with one queen-size bed and one full-size. The room includes a ceiling fan, TV w/Firestick, dresser, and a small closet. Across from the bedroom, guests will find a full bath with a beautiful, tiled walk-in shower. In between, a laundry room is provided for your convenience.

The backyard is yet another entertainment space all its own! We offer a large patio with a seating area and chiminea, a relaxing water fountain, a picnic table, a porch swing, five stackable lounge chairs, a firepit area with 6 chairs, outdoor ping pong, and plenty of space for yard games.

Just a few steps down the ramp, you’ll find what may be THE best part of your stay! A playground for fishermen, swimmers, kayakers, and sunbathers alike! This newly purchased 2100+ square foot cement dock boasts a jump platform (no diving please), a large sundeck with zero-entry steps to the water, plenty of comfy seating, two high-top tables, a bar area, and 11 high-top chairs, a high-velocity fan, and Bluetooth speakers! ) We offer a double slip with room for two jet skis, as well as two kayaks and two paddleboards for your use. (Sorry, we cannot accommodate boats). Bring your favorite floaties and get ready to enjoy a day on the lake! A variety of life jacket sizes are available.

There’s not much we don’t have for enjoyment right here on the property, but if you want to get out and about, it’s safe to take a walk down the roads to nearby neighborhoods. There’s plentiful wildlife residing in the Ozarks. Chances are you’ll see deer, bald eagles, and the occasional armadillo nosing around, along with many other forest and lake-loving creatures. There’s a whole lotta fun waiting out on the lake with plenty of nearby bars/restaurants that offer free music, karaoke, and delicious food and drink. Come back after a day on the water, gather around a fire, and take time to gaze up at the open sky, it’s an amazing site!

If you want to take a day trip, you are approximately 45 minutes from the Osage Beach and Camdenton areas where there's a vast variety of restaurants, shopping, gift shops, wineries, outdoor concerts, golfing, and sightseeing.

Our lakefront vacation home on the 59 ½ Mile Marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, a short 2.5 hour drive from Kansas City. This home is perfect for hosting your family and friends at the lake any time of the year. We are located inside a quiet cove away from the heavy boat traffic and large swells of the main lake. The main channel is safe for a weekend jet ski joy ride at any time of the day and the neighboring Rainey Creek is a 2+ mile cove that is great for tubing or waterskiing. The area comes alive during the weekends but gives you the peaceful lake experience on the weekdays depending on what you are looking for. The home has strong fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and a desk workspace which makes it easy to work from the lake when needed. You will enjoy beautiful views from the top deck overlooking the cove and main channel along with a new private concrete dock with a boat slip, swim platform, and jetski lift, an outdoor firepit area, an indoor bar, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. There are multiple bars and restaurants nearby along with a marina for boat gas and drink/ice refills. The area is known to have excellent fishing nearby for bass, crappie, catfish, and spoonbill. The Living Spaces:
This is a stylish two-story waterfront home with new beds, furniture, and appliances. On the upstairs floor there is a kitchen with all necessary amenities, a large dining room table, along with a full bar and mini fridge perfect for entertaining. Downstairs there is a 60” TV with multiple couches, a shuffleboard table, and an open carpeted play area for kids or an air mattress. There is a full bathroom on each floor and another half bathroom upstairs. The rental includes access to our washer and dryer along with towels and linens. We have a concrete driveway that includes parking for 4 vehicles along with a couple street level parking spots.

The Dock:
We have a new concrete dock with a large swimming platform and wet step ladder for safe water access. We will have an open boat slip available for any bookings after April. There is also a drive-up jet ski lift available for renters use.

Nearby:
There are multiple bars and restaurants that are accessible by both land and water. Moonies Bar & Grill is located in our cove and is an easy swim away. The Wet Spot is also nearby, located directly across the main channel. By vehicle, you should check out the Come on In Café for a great breakfast or The Red Fox or Oh Tommy’s for dinner. Patriot Marina is located directly across the main channel for boat gas, repairs, and groceries. They also have yard games and live music most weekend nights. By vehicle you can pick up gas at 7 Express in Climax Springs or grab groceries at the Z7 Outpost or Dollar General. You can drop your boat in/out at Moonies for $10.

Beautiful lake views from the balcony or large windows in main living area. Gas and groceries 10 to 15 min. by boat or car. Calm water to boat to restaurants and sight see. Beautiful open floor plan! Located at the confluence of two creeks, in real Missouri Ozarks, sits our Cabin. Quant and cozy, this old “hunting cabin” and surrounding land have much to offer. Within the 120 acres of private property, yours to explore, are numerous flowing creeks, ponds, springs, fields, and rolling wooded hills. All ready for your getaway.

The space
Wake up with nature sitting on the porch overlooking Fiery Fork creek, for which the nearby conservation area is named. Let the kids play in the water and the dogs run free. There are s’mores to be toasted and burgers to be grilled. You can breathe a little easier here. It’s yours to explore.

If the nightlife you’re after includes smoke from a campfire, a star-filled sky and a jar full of fireflies, we don’t believe you can find a better place.

The cabin is cozy and simple. This is a hunting cabin and there are numerous mounts adorning the walls. Entering from the covered porch, you'll find the main room. A full size bed is tucked in one corner. There's a dining table that seats four and a couple chairs by the electric fireplace and television. The simple kitchen area features a refrigerator, a small microwave, a two-burner hotplate, a coffee maker and a small toaster oven. There's dinnerware for four and cookware.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. Towels and hand soap are supplied.

The cabin has running cold and warm water. The water is pumped from the creek. We supply some bottled water for drinking.

Climb the ladder to the loft and find two twin beds. All beds will be made up with sheets, covers and pillows.

We do most of our cooking outdoors on the gas grill, the gas burner or the open fire in the firepit.

Fiery Fork Creek is mere steps from the cabin. Generations of children have caught crawdads, floated boats and built dams in the creek. We commonly see deer, mink and beavers near the creek. Other wildlife includes raccoons, armadillos, bobcats, groundhogs, geese, turkeys and many, many more species. And yes, with wildlife so abundant, there are also ticks and an occasional snake.

When you explore the 120 acres, you'll find ponds, another creek, springs and trails through the woods. Look for morel mushrooms in April. Pick wildflowers all summer. Enjoy the brilliant autumn colors. Marvel at the total silence on a wintry night. Our family has enjoyed this property for three decades. Now, we are excited to share it with you.

Our lakefront vacation home is on the 59 ½ Mile Marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, a short 2.5 hour drive from Kansas City. This house is perfect for hosting your family and friends at the lake any time of the year. We are located inside a quiet cove away from the heavy boat traffic and large swells of the main lake. The main channel is safe for a weekend jet ski joy ride at any time of the day and the neighboring Rainey Creek is a 2+ mile cove that is great for tubing or waterskiing. The area comes alive during the weekends but gives you the peaceful lake experience on the weekdays depending on what you are looking for. The home has strong fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and a desk workspace which makes it easy to work from the lake when needed. You will enjoy beautiful views from the top deck overlooking the cove and main channel along with a new private concrete dock with a boat slip, swim platform, and jetski lift, an outdoor firepit area, an indoor bar, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. There are multiple bars and restaurants nearby along with a marina for boat gas and drink/ice refills. The area is known to have excellent fishing nearby for bass, crappie, catfish, and spoonbill. The Living Spaces:
This is a stylish two-story waterfront home with new beds, furniture, and appliances. On the upstairs floor there is a kitchen with all necessary amenities, a large dining room table, along with a full bar and mini fridge perfect for entertaining. Downstairs there is a 60” TV with multiple couches, a shuffleboard table, and an open carpeted play area for kids or an air mattress. There is a full bathroom on each floor and another half bathroom upstairs. The rental includes access to our washer and dryer along with towels and linens. We have a concrete driveway that includes parking for 4 vehicles along with a couple street level parking spots.

The Dock:
We have a new concrete dock with a large swimming platform and wet step ladder for safe water access. We have an open boat slip if you plan to bring your boat and there is also a drive-up jet ski lift available for use.

Nearby:
There are multiple bars and restaurants that are accessible by both land and water. Moonies Bar & Grill is located in our cove and is an easy swim away. The Wet Spot is also nearby, located directly across the main channel. By vehicle, you should check out the Come on In Café for a great breakfast or The Red Fox or Oh Tommy’s for dinner. Patriot Marina is located directly across the main channel for boat gas, repairs, and groceries. They also have yard games and live music most weekend nights. By vehicle you can pick up gas at 7 Express in Climax Springs or grab groceries at the Z7 Outpost or Dollar General. You can drop your boat in/out at Moonies for $10.

-The neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are strictly enforced.

-There is a 3-day minimum stay during peak season.

The bedrooms offer one room with 2 twin beds and the other offers a queen bed. There is a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the lounging area. Enjoy the lakeside deck with gas grill, relaxing, and taking in the views. You also have access to the community beach and resort pool with 2 hot tubs that is short walk from the unit.

Cabin 3 is located in a Lake Resort that offers 10 Cabins for rent. The resort also has a on-site Bar and Grill, community pool, and 2 community hot tubs. We also rent boat slips and have a concrete boat ramp for guest to access. During the summer months our on site restaurants has live entertainment on the weekend. The restaurant also has pool tables and darts.

During your stay
Welcome to Lazy Dayz Resort!!! If you need anything during your stay, please stop in to our sales. They will be able to help you with anything you may need during your trip. If the office is closed, please call the number located on the door to get after hours help. We also have a small convenient store if you need to purchase anything you may forgotten. It is located within the sales office.

Other things to note
Pets of all sizes are welcome for an additional daily fee of $10 per pet. We do offer boat rentals but they do need to be booked in advance as they fill up fast. If you want to bring your own boat, we do also have boat slip rentals. We have a concrete boat ramp for launching along with an on site boat gas dock. Located on the slower side of the lake at the 45mm, the location is perfect for boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing!

The space
Our home has been made comfortable for your stay with 3 queen beds all in private bedrooms one with an en-suite and one bunk room. Our fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, electric skillet, crockpot, waffle maker, air fryer, keurig coffe maker and coffee pot to include coffee, tea bags, sugar and creamer available to start your day off right! Gas grill with propane provided is on outside deck.
Bathrooms include fresh, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers. Included wifi on our 55 inch smart TV with Directtv, Netflix and a selection of DVD's. Our outdoor BBQ grill is there for you to cook up the perfect steak as well as a grill pan if you prefer shrimp or scallops. Our laundry room area provides detergent and dryer sheets.
Our fun Margaritaville themed dock provides plenty of seating and bar area with beverage fridge to keep your drinks cold while you sun and swim on our floating lily pad tied to the buoy off the dock, paddle around the cove on the 2 kayaks or make your way around the cove on the pedal boat. You might spot momma deer and her babies or one of the local bald eagles that are seen fishing quite often.
We have private parking for up to 4 cars in our driveway in front of the house and just above our drive.

Parking is very limited as we are on a narrow one lane road. There is only room for 4 cars at the house. Any PWC or boat trailers can be parked at Mimosa Beach for $5.00 per night. Please verify that with them prior to your arrival. You can also launch your boat at Mimosa Beach which is 4.1 miles away or at Boondockz which has a wide nice boat ramp and is also about the same distance from the house.

This is a quiet family cove so just to reiterate respect must be given to the neighbors. No drunk out of control parties and no vulgar language.

The full bath is located on the 2nd level while the half bath is located off the kitchen on the main level. The Large deck area is perfect for grilling and relaxing. We even provide a complimentary gas grill You also have access to the community beach and resort pool with 2 hot tubs, located a short walk from the unit.

The House on Cypress Pond is secluded and private behind a keypad entry gate. Pet friendly with no additional fees. The 55 acre estate prominently features a 2.5 acre Cypress-lined pond stocked with catfish, bass, and bluegill. Two docks are available for fishing, swimming, and dog jumping. With close proximity to the Lake of the Ozarks and easy access to Highway 7 opens up endless day-trip opportunities with the privacy and solitude of Cypress Pond awaiting at the end of the day.

The space
There is a keypad gate at the main road which will open onto a private drive leading to the house. There are wrap-around decks on all sides of the house. The parking side of the deck is covered. Parking is ample and you may park immediately in front of the main entry door. This level of the house has two bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half bath, kitchen and living room. The living room overlooks the back deck, yard, and 2.5 acre pond. DISH TV is available both upstairs in the living room and downstairs in the theater.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking, and serving.

Downstairs from the parking level is a smaller dining/card table with window views towards the pond. Downstairs there is a coffee bar with coffee, tea, popcorn, cocoa and a small fridge and microwave. There is a small theater room with a 65" TV with DISH. The King bedroom with en-suite bath is downstairs.

There is a gas grill on the patio downstairs. Propane will be provided. There is a fire ring located in the back yard near the pond and will have enough wood for a couple of fires. There is a kayak for guest use on the pond. Cornhole boards are located on the upper-back deck. There are walking trails located through-out the property and around the pond. We do ask that any fish caught be released in order to maintain a healthy population.

All bedrooms have large hanging closets. Wifi is available through an AT&T hotspot. AT&T is the best option for cell service in the area.

This is the center unit of our Full Lodge. It's a newly remodeled 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath second-tier Lake View unit. The Center Lodge is perfect for your family reunion, business trips, fishing tournaments, class reunion, or wedding party. You can rent the Center Lodge as a 6 Bedroom or if your party is smaller we can split the Lodge into 3 units. Look for Lodge A and Lodge C that can be rented as 3 Bedroom units.

The space
The Center Lodge is a 2nd tier unit that consists of 3 units that when opened up, become one large unit. There is a door that connects each unit together. The newly renovated Center Lodge offers 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The Kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 Microwaves, and 2 Refrigerators. It has granite countertops and a coffee bar!! There are a total of 6 bedrooms, offering 2 queen beds in each room(one bedroom is handicapped accessible), 5.5 baths, a large dining area, and a lounging area that has a queen sleeper sofa as well. The large back deck is great for grilling & relaxing! It even has a complimentary gas grill! You also have access to the community beach and resort pool with 2 hot tubs. If you are looking to host a large group, the Center Lodge is the perfect home for you!!!

Guest access
Center Lodge offers a Handy Cap Bedroom and adjoining Bath. It is located in a Lake Resort that offers 10 Cabins for rent. The resort also has a on-site Bar and Grill, community pool, and 2 community hot tubs. We also rent boat slips and have a concrete boat ramp for guest to access. During the summer months our on site restaurants has live entertainment on the weekend. The restaurant also has pool tables and darts.

Other things to note
Pets of all sizes are welcome for an additional daily fee of $10 per pet. We do offer boat rentals but they do need to be booked in advance as they fill up fast. If you want to bring your own boat, we do also have boat slip rentals. We have a concrete boat ramp for launching along with an on site boat gas dock. Located on the slower side of the lake at the 45mm, the location is perfect for boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing!

Lily pad, kayaks, paddle board, and bring your boat with a nice dock and boat slip. It's a fantastic vacation home where you can make memories and enjoy Lake Life! Check-in is 3 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Housekeeping needs to spend all the time getting the home ready for the guests to enjoy. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. The Pet Fee is $100 for your entire stay, $100 per pet. The pet agreement must be paid in full before arrival.
