Apparently we weren’t checked in correctly & they even called us confused as to why our stuff was in the room still on our second day - interrupting our adventures we were having with our family. Other than that, our stay was great. We would stay again."

There was a gap underneath the front door that allowed bugs to crawl in, one in which was a scorpion that freaked the kids out. It appeared that there were people that were not staying at the place, we're parked outside our bedroom windows within a few feet, in and out of vehicles. On actual Labor Day morning there was construction and nail guns going all morning. So.... So much for sleeping in on a holiday. Definitely not worth the couple hundred bucks for a night. You'll love the tranquil feeling you get when you see the 'million dollar' view this house has to offer! Spend days and nights gazing out over the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks and watching the boating and jetski activity, right from the privacy of your house.

This nicely renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath house is located at the Sugarloaf Vineyards west of Camdenton right where the Big Niangua tributary changes from a river to the Lake of the Ozarks. For larger groups we have a sister property next door that is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and sleeps 6 to 8 people (VRBO listing 456932).
You'll be 'lured' to the Lake where the fishing is amazing for catfish, bass, crappie and walleye. Or play golf at either of two courses, Lake Valley Country club or Old Kinderhook (a Tom Weiskoph signature course). The master bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, WIFI, and a picture perfect view of the Lake. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. There is also a fold out futon in the Master bedroom for your kids or extra guest. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV.

The living room is spacious and outfitted with a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure and a DVD player for late night movies. There is a fold out couch for kids or extra guests in the living room.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, range, microwave and side bar for your favorite beverages. Ceilings are tongue and groove cedar milled from trees right off the property and give you that quaint, cabin-like and fresh smell of cedar! Enjoy dinners inside in the dining area or outside on the private patio so you don't miss the beautiful weather and wildlife! You can also enjoy the nice, private firepit just off the back deck. Or, there are several restaurants nearby from casual to fine dining.

Just next door to the house is an open-aired pavilion clubhouse with games to enjoy or just sit and take in the lake view.

One of the best features of this property is the easy access to the Lake of the Ozarks. Nestled within the Ozark hillsides of the Sugarloaf Vineyard property you can walk or drive to the Lake shore and enjoy the picnic grounds, fishing, or kayaking activities. You have free access to 4 kayaks, singles or doubles, for the length of your stay (a $100.00 value) and can pack a nice picnic lunch and your favorite beverages to enjoy while leisurely paddling the Niangua! There is also a propane grill and private patio located just behind the house. Please note that in early spring the Lake water level is drawn down about 5 feet to make ready for the spring rains but you can still launch the kayaks from our dock in the shallower water.

Studio apartment in walkout basement. Sits on a hill overlooking our new orchard and wooded hills behind. Quick access to airport, T-Mobile Center, Downtown, Chiefs and Royals, and surrounding areas. Free parking off street. Single level (there is a step into the shower). Queen bed - air mattresses can be provided to sleep up to 2 more. Filtered water throughout whole house and organic, plant based cleaning products used. It is lowest level so foot traffic noise above during day.

The space
This is a great place to sleep, recharge and be home base for your visit to KC. The cozy but airy walkout basement is cool and comfortable in summer and equipped with cozy throws and space heater to make it great in the winter too! the kitchenette has a microwave for light cooking or reheating of food. A full-sized refrigerator keeps your picnic fare and ice packs cool.

Other things to note
It is the lower level of our home so there is noise and footsteps overhead during the day. Quiet hours for hosts and guests from 10pm to 7am. We keep the property a bit wild and let the grasses and weeds go to help our pollinators and birds.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin. Newly built campground, situated on 17 HWY 1/4 mile north of the Jacks Fork Buck Hollow river access in the heart of Missouri’s Ozarks. RV hookups and glamping units are tucked neatly in the timber for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities await you in every direction out of our gated drive.

Guest access
Guests have access to the pavilion/ grilling area. Grills have first come, first serve availability. Campers may request to rent the pavilion for a four-hour time slot for private gatherings. The pavilion may be rented on occasion by outside families for a four-hour time slot. If not rented, all campers have shared access.

Other things to note
TV is hooked to a DVD player and external satellite that currently picks up ten channels. Please bring your own DVDs.

Our home is nestled back on 4 acres of partially wooded, private land. So if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet, and peaceful home base while in southwest Missouri, you’ve found the ideal spot! We are conveniently and centrally located in Ozark, MO.

The space
Please note this is an above the garage en-suite. There are 15 stairs leading up to the private room. This space is all yours during your stay. You have a coded dead-bolt lock for your privacy. The space is fully furnished and you have full access to the laundry room and butlers pantry, and partial access to the kitchen.

The first room of your space includes a futon that folds out to a full size bed, a two person pub table, and an modestly equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge and freezer, a 3-in-1 convection microwave with Air Fry, glasses, dishes, and silverware.

The second room is the main bedroom and bathroom. This room is fully furnished with a full size bed, work desk, and Roku tv. There are also some books, games, and puzzles located in the entertainment center. The bedroom has black out blinds and curtains if needed. There are extra bedsheets, blankets, and pillows in the armoire of the third room/closet.

Guest access
You have full access to the laundry room, butlers pantry, and all of outside. Your space has a kitchenette but for larger meals please utilize our kitchen for cooking.

During your stay
We also live at the property and are available throughout your stay. We keep to ourselves but are just a phone call or text away.
