Our two docks are now available for your pleasure. The main dock features a large covered bar area with plenty of seating. It’s a perfect place for entertaining or just hanging out while enjoying the breathtaking lake views in style. The main dock also features a large uncovered area for fun in the sun.

The jewel of the dock is our lakeside jacuzzi – relax amidst our signature cypress trees that rise from the lake, just feet away. Marvel at magnificent views of nature at its best.

Get set for outdoor living where you can use our 36"Blackstone griddle or grill out or relax in our Adirondack chairs or comfy 2 person swinging chairs. Bring or rent a boat for cruising the Chain of Lakes. It’s a perfect place for a water ski or wakeboard session on the world’s most famous lake for the sport. If angling is your style, cast and reel on 18 connected lakes for a great fish story.

Nearly 1-acre of grounds are masterfully manicured with majestic cypress trees, flax, pineapple, citrus, a wide variety of palms, and much more.

Our Story – by Tony Klarich

Did you know that Lake Eloise is the world’s most famous site for water skiing? Dick Pope, Sr. came here in the 1930s and founded Cypress Gardens, Florida’s first theme park. A decades long ski show became the thrilling centerpiece of Pope’s park. To promote his tropical paradise, Pope plied the media with tens of thousands of images of beautiful young men and women in bathing suits skimming across the water.

Pope’s promotions worked, and millions made the trek to Cypress Gardens including Elvis, Betty Grable, King Hussein of Jordan, multiple Miss Americas, and numerous stars of stage and screen.

Pope inspired me too. I was recently inducted in the Water Skiing Hall of Fame, and like many before was attracted to the “Water Skiing Capital of the World” all the way from California. It has been a long time dream of mine to retire in Florida near Cypress Gardens to build on Pope’s legacy in towed watersports. We are only here part time, so we are sharing our space with our space with you.

In the meantime my wife and I are using this beautiful home as a base of operations to co-produce the Wake-Ski 100, the Centennial Celebration of Towed Watersports in 2022 to be hosted just 15 miles away at the Lake Myrtle Sports complex. You will be a part of this legacy too, when you stay at our home. History has been made on this lake, and much more is to come.

- "The whole process of booking this property was good. Was in a good location for us. When we checked out and were on the road home the rental agent text me about my son's bath bag he had left. Rental agent put bag in Mail to my son which was kind of him." - "Our reservations for a different property were messed up, so we were in a hurry to find accommodations for our scheduled business trip. Eric went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. While our trip was for business, a family going to Legoland would find this a convenient location. We would have extended our trip a few days, to be able to explore the area, but the house was already booked behind us. The only negative really was, at the time of our trip there was only one tv which was in the livingroom and did not get local channels. Other than that, the house was a great find. CENTRALLY LOCATED, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart and near (within 5-10 minutes) all major shopping stores. This newly renovated TRI-level lakefront home has a huge HEATED pool (heated at an additional cost of $100 per day), in home theater, and arcade with a PS5! Close to restaurants & shopping. Our attention to detail and style is unmatched. We love providing luxury accommodations for our guest. Please note: The pool heater is available at an additional $100 per day. While we are a pet friendly home, a pet fee of $250 is required for all reservations including a pet. Rules for pets during stay are as follows:
Pets must be leashed on property.
Pick up after dog.
Dogs to stay off furniture and/or bed.
Don't leave animals unsupervised.
Pets must be housebroken.
Animals sometimes tend to bite and claw at things when they are in unfamiliar areas. Therefore, if a pet is to be left alone indoors, it must be crated no exceptions.

The kids loved the boat beds and slept really well as the room had great blackout curtains. If we decide to go back to the area we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Lykeisha!"

This spacious five-bedroom home sleeps 10 guests (or up to 12 with sleeper chairs and extra linens) and is designed for family fun and relaxation! The master suite has a king bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The other four bedrooms include one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and a smaller room with two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into a king with a twin-to-king converter set, and a Pack 'n Play can also be provided.

Outside, the yard has a screened-in, oversized private pool, a kids' swing, a basketball hoop, a charcoal BBQ, a seating area, and a dining table for eight—perfect for enjoying time outdoors.

The home is located in Winter Haven, the Water Ski Capital of the World, this home is just minutes from amazing water sports, beautiful lakes, and top attractions. LEGOLAND is only a 7 to 8 minute drive away, and Disney World and Universal Studios are less than an hour away.

**Propane Tanks** We provide multiple propane tanks for both grills. If all tanks are empty, guests will need to refill them, and we will gladly reimburse the cost of the refill.

**Location** The house is situated in a lively area with plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s located on the same thoroughfare as Legoland, so traffic can be busy at times. Additionally, you may hear boats and jet skis on the lake. While the house and property offer a relaxing atmosphere, if you’re seeking complete quiet during your stay, this may not be the best fit for you.

The dock, beach, and firepit are just across a quiet dead-end road that serves only a few homes.

High-speed WiFi, small smart TVs, private bathroom & small kitchenette with little fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster & coffee maker. Outdoor propane grill with side burner makes for easier cooking than in the kitchenette. Kitchenette is designed more for heating up food than for cooking.

Parking is on the mulch on the left side the home. Path to the guest unit is through a side gate, into the back area of the main home, and is not paved.

Our home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This home sleeps 7 with a king bed, a full bed, 2 twin beds, and a folding bed if needed. The master bedroom has its own master bathroom. The room has views of the lake and has a terrace with a swing to watch the sunset. The guest bedroom has its own full bathroom as well. The guest bedroom has an infant pack n play for guest use, if needed.

The main access to the first and the second floor is by using the elevator in the home. Instructions on how to use the elevator will be provided so we ask that you read them carefully before usage. Aside from the elevator there is a spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom from outside of the living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and anything you might need to make delicious meals for your family.

Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. It has a table and seating for up to 6 with two extra chairs that can be brought together to fit 8. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal together.

Please note:

The pool is regularly maintained and chemically balanced to ensure it's ready for swimming. Pool maintenance and cleaning occurs every Thursday for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. To ensure the pool remains in top condition, access to the pool area will be required during this time. Please note that the pool may not always be completely free of leaves between cleaning sessions. A pool net will be provided for your convenience to help with any leaves you may encounter during your stay.

Lawn care services are scheduled on Tuesdays, biweekly, and then weekly during the summer months. They are usually quick and will ensure minimal disruption to your stay. Please allow them to complete work without disruption as this is necessary to maintain the property.

The pool and lawn care are required services to maintain the house, so please do not ask them to leave or come back at another time when they come if it is during your stay as it will be unable to accommodated.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, cups and utensils to make your stay comfortable! The kitchen stove has 5 gas burners and oven, but please note that the igniter for the front right burner is currently not working. However, this burner can be safely and easily lit using the electric lighter provided in the kitchen cabinet.
