Our large, spacious 2 BR 1 BA Brick Home is located on a 1/2 acre lot in a great safe location 15 min to anywhere in the City. It has four full size beds. Two beds in each bedroom. It sleeps up to eight people if 2 people sleep to a bed. It's walking distance to Shelby Farms Park & the Green Line bicycle/walking path. Our home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a full set of pots and pan, bakeware, blender, handmixer, dishes - everything you need to cook a nice meal. Our house has a Wine Cooler, Breakfast Bar, Washer/Dryer, iron and ironing bed. 1 Gig internet.

The house can sleep up to 8 people if 2 people sleep per bed. Please keep in mind that there is only 1 bathroom if you choose to book 8 people.

For those traveling with small children. Our home is NOT baby proof. The outlets are not covered and cabinets do not have safety latches on them.

Our updated and remodeled home was the original farmhouse built in 1938 and the neighborhood was the farm. Over time the farmer sold off parts of his land and the neighborhood built up around it. Several of the homes in the neighborhood are on large pieces of land (2 acres to the left of us and two acres across the street from us) and many other of the houses are just normal neighborhood homes. You get a nice mix of country and suburbs in our neighborhood. We are right down the street from Shelby Farms which is a huge park with paddle boats, zip lining, bike rental and bike trails and lots more.

Best Studio Cottage in Memphis. Our 1100 square foot private studio cottage, located in the heart of East Memphis, just a few minutes from anywhere, comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. There is a maximum of 2 adults in the cottage per stay unless approved by the host. Guest will need to supply ages of all guest that will be staying before booking. The cottage includes everything a party of 6 would need on vacation or just a weekend away. The studio has been professionally laid out and decorated. We are sure you will love your stay in Memphis.

The space
This quiet studio cottage is 1100 square foot and located in our back yard. It is the perfect place to relax and spend some time in Memphis. The studio contains 2 queen beds, 2 twin pullout beds, huge living area, 1 bathroom, a laundry room with additional sink, a 65 inch smart TV with "Youtube TV", and a full kitchen (including utensils, pots, and pans etc.) The cottage is in a secure safe location and has gated parking for 1 vehicle. It will be the perfect space for you on your gateway.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage as well as the shaded back yard for BBQing during their stay. The space is warm and inviting and will accommodate all your needs. Your family will love staying here.

Interaction with guests
We live in the main house, and will be present during your stay. Guests may see us come and go at different times of the day. We are happy to show you around Memphis if desired, or leave you alone, whichever you prefer.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

The bedroom is located upstairs, along with a private attached bathroom counter and sink. The bathroom is Jack-and-Jill style with a shower and toilet in the middle, shared with another bedroom upstairs.

The private bedroom has closet and drawer space for your belongings, a full-length mirror, an air purifier / white noise maker, a tower fan, and a ceiling fan.

There is not a TV in the bedroom, but guests are welcome to use the living area downstairs for the TV or another place to relax from 8am-9pm.

Downstairs, you are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry room with us. We have wifi, Netflix and YouTube TV. We have a Keurig available for coffee or tea in the kitchen.

The bedroom is located upstairs, along with a private attached bathroom counter and sink. The bathroom is Jack-and-Jill style with a shower and toilet in the middle, shared with another bedroom upstairs. There is an additional full bath downstairs that could be used as well if the bathroom is occupied by someone else.

The bed is firm. It is an IKEA bed with the highest quality memory foam mattress they offer. It is often "love it or hate it" so please consider whether you will be comfortable on a firm bed before you book. :)

There is an air purifier / white noise maker in the room. The room has a ceiling fan, a tower fan, and a space heater. There is a mostly-empty closet with hangers and room to hang things.

The room features a double East-facing window so expect sunlight in the morning. We have some blackout curtains we can pin up if you request ahead of time.

Downstairs, you are welcome to use the kitchen, dining areas, living area, and laundry room with us. There is not a TV in the bedroom, but you are welcome to use the one in the living room. We have YouTube TV and Netflix.

This part of our home is dedicated to our guests, but it is not detached. You will have a large bedroom with a king sized bed and a den with a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and another half bath. The space
Our house is only one floor. At the entrance, we have a space to put shoes and bags, if desired. We have four bedrooms. One for guests, another for massages, yoga, and physical activities, another for our children when they visit, and the master bedroom. In the hallway, there's a bathroom exclusively for guests.
The living room is very spacious and cozy with coaches for watching TV or chatting. This is open space for all to use.
The kitchen is small but very welcoming. We have everything needed for cooking meals or just heating something. We just ask you to load dishes into the dishwasher when done. The dining room is also very cozy and simple. There's a laundry area with a washer and dryer, guests are free to use the laundry facilities.
There is a room/den that the husband uses for work when he is home.

This is a 3BD/1BA bungalow that is perfectly situated in a central location- Berclair. House is specious for up to 5 guests. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, only few blocks away from all local restaurants and bars and grocery store. We are only 15 minutes drive to downtown Beal Street and 10 minutes away to the airport.

The bungalow has room for up to six travelers, but 5 will be more suitable. there are 2 pillow-top queen beds in each of the room, and a king bed in another bedroom. Guests will step into large living room space then into the dining/kitchen space to the left. Our kitchen is well-equipped.

Our 1100 square foot private studio cottage, located in the heart of East Memphis, just a few minutes from anywhere, comfortably sleeps up to 4-6 people (**max 2 adults**). The cottage includes everything you will need on vacation or just a weekend away. The studio has been professionally laid out. ***NOTE: No family or friends allowed in the cottage or on the property. Cottage is for guests only*** NO LOCALS* Absolutely NO Smoking on the property

The space
This quiet studio cottage is 1100 square foot and located in our back yard. It is the perfect place to relax and spend some time in Memphis. The studio contains 2 queen beds, 2 twin pullout beds, huge living area, 1 bathroom, a laundry room with additional sink, a 65 inch smart TV with "Youtube TV", and a full kitchen (including utensils, pots, and pans etc.) The cottage is in a secure safe location and has gated parking for 1 vehicle. *** 1 vehicle per reservation. No exceptions. No parking on the road.*** It will be the perfect space for you on your gateway.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage as well as the shaded back yard. The space is warm and inviting and will accommodate all your needs. Your family will love staying here.

Other things to note
****Absolutely no more than 4 guests (Max 2 adults) may stay in the cottage. Message us if you have more children. If this rule is broken we will cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.**** Please message us if you have questions about the number of adults or guess staying. Only 1 vehicle permitted during your stay. While we are extremely flexible, we do ask that guests check in after 3pm and check out before 11 am. **NO LOCALS***
