The rest of the upstairs is an open space with two full-size beds, plus a small pull-out couch, and a desk is located in front of the window with a nice view of the backyard. (Please note that this bedroom does not have a door, but is separated from the other bedroom by the staircase. Sound does travel between the 2 rooms.) You'll find lots of books and kids' toys upstairs as well, along with a full bathroom with a soothing claw-foot tub/shower.

The backyard is fully fenced in, so feel free to bring the dogs along. We also have a lovely deck for lounging outside, and a hot tub in the backyard. There is plenty of parking and we provide free, unlimited electric car charging on our Blink level 2 charger. Trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes are all within a 5 minute walk, and Legoland is less than 2 miles down the road!

We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.

We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.

- "Beautiful, clean home in a great location!" - "When we first checked in to the property unfortunately the cleaning service had missed the property. The owner was very quick with a response and getting the service out to the location and they were very thorough getting everything cleaned and ready. It is a great location, about 10 mins from Legoland and right next door to a small park/playground area which the kids loved. It was also very spacious. From the pictures, I thought that all of the beds were in open areas but actually there are only two beds that are in more of an open loft space but that worked out perfectly for our group and the rest are behind doors. Would recommend."

The space
The barn has 3 floors for living, work and play with about 5000 sq ft, sleeping 12 easily. It has big spaces and comfortable areas inside and out to be with family and friends. The main floor has a full kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, a den, dining area, and a full bathroom. Large glass doors open to outdoor seating where 12-16 can lounge/dine.
The top floor is a bright open space with vaulted ceilings, a living area, main king bed, second private bedroom, and a large bathroom. The view and lighting is amazing up here and has been used for photoshoots and as artist studio space. The bottom floor is a good room for kids or entertaining with ping pong and darts. There is another king bed down here and full bathroom. Laundry is on the bottom floor near the bathroom.
The property itself is located off a private road where we have another house nearby. If you need more space for your visit feel free to enquire about our other house (4 bdr) in your message.

- "As a fellow owner of rental properties - I hate to leave a bad review but I think here the expectations need to be reset. The house itself is ok and was clean but I would say the pictures are a few years old. The basketball hoop was broken and in the garage. There are only three full baths not four. The bedroom in basement has no windows (may technically not be a bedroom), gets no airflow and had a leak with some mold in ceiling. When we arrived the yard had not been tended in quite a long time. To the property manager's credit they did get someone out there the next day but that doesn't fix the fact the deck could fall apart any day. We tried to work with Owner and VRBO as the price paid clearly doesn't reflect the value of it but to no avail. Don't want anyone to make the same mistake we did."

The space
There is a covered deck off of the bathroom perfect for sunset cocktails and morning yoga. The main room has two queen beds and there is a separate sleeping area with a twin bed as well.

Amenities include high-speed internet, desk working space, walk-in closet, coffee bar, light snacks, bottle of wine or champagne, corkscrew and glasses. There is no full kitchen. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dining table for two.

Heritage House is a 175 year-old farmhouse in New Hampton, NY. Built by Theodore J. Denton circa1850, each of our four guestrooms is named for one of the home's owners over the past two centuries.

Just an hour from NYC, Exit 123 off of Route 17. Less than thirty minutes to Resorts Worlds Catskills and Hudson Valley.

The space
Mary Mills (born Mary Adelia Denton), the second owner of the home, purchased it from her brother, TJ Denton in 1870.

Though married at the time (second wife of James L. Mills), Mrs. Mills was able to own the property due to New York passing the Married Women's Property Act in 1848 and the Act Concerning the Rights and Liabilities of Husband and Wife in 1860. Upon her death in 1909, Mary bequeathed the parcel to her housekeeper Susan Miller (b.1850 Ireland).

The perfect spot if you are here for a wedding, to visit West Point or LEGOLAND, go hiking, skiing or just to sample the local craft breweries and wineries. For art and music lovers Storm King, Dia Beacon and Bethel Woods are near. Whether you come for a creative retreat, or meet up with old friends and family, this expansive space will offer a memorable stay.

The barn has 3 floors for living, work and play with about 5000 sq ft, sleeping 12 easily. It has big spaces and comfortable areas inside and out to be with family and friends. The main floor has a full well equipped kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, a den, dining area, and a full bathroom. Large glass doors open to outdoor seating where 12-16 can lounge/dine.
The top floor is a bright open space with vaulted ceilings, a living area, main king bed, second private bedroom, and a large bathroom. The view and lighting is amazing up here and has been used for photoshoots and as artist studio space. The bottom floor is a good room for kids or entertaining with ping pong and darts. There is another king bed down here and full bathroom. Laundry is on the bottom floor near the bathroom.
The property itself is located off a private road where we have another airbnb nearby. If you need more space for your visit feel free to enquire about our other house (4 bdr) in your message.

This home was designed with comfort in mind: you'll love the radiant heat floors, open floor-plan, and modern kitchen. Let Fido get the zoomies out in the fenced-in yard or take her out on Heritage Trail, just steps away. Or just relax in the zen backyard, including a hot tub, fire pit and grill. Only 1 hour drive to Manhattan.

The space
This home is ideal for enjoying quality time with loved ones. The full kitchen opens up to the dining room with seating for eight, and living room where you can snuggle up on movie night. Use the brand new smart TV to login to your own streaming service, or catch your favorite show on one of the hundreds of channels provided. Downstairs you will also have a full bathroom with tub, and a cozy bedroom with one queen and one twin bed.

The second floor has 2 sleeping spaces, a full bathroom, and a work space. One bedroom has a king size bed plus a twin day-bed with a twin trundle for kids. The rest of the upstairs is an open space with two full-size beds, plus a small pull-out couch, and a desk is located in front of the window with a nice view of the backyard. (Please note that this bedroom does not have a door, but is separated from the other bedroom by the staircase. Sound does travel between the 2 rooms.) You'll find lots of books and kids' toys upstairs as well, along with a full bathroom with a soothing claw-foot tub/shower.

The backyard is fully fenced in, so feel free to bring the dogs along. We also have a lovely deck for lounging outside, and a hot tub in the backyard. There is plenty of parking and we provide free, unlimited electric car charging on our Blink level 2 charger. Trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes are all within a 5 minute walk, and Legoland is less than 2 miles down the road!

- We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.

- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

- Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee.

- If you absolutely NEED early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.

If we have made an exception and have allowed you to bring a pet or your service animal please follow the rules below:

* Please keep the pet off of furniture and bedding.
* Clean up accidents swiftly. If there is an accident that you're not able to clean yourself, please let us know as soon as possible.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. The pet fee is designated for the additional cleaning service and will not be applied to the cost of any damages caused by the pet.
* The pet must be crated if left without supervision.
* Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when outside of the home.
* We do not know all of the plants that grow on the property. Please be mindful of how your pet interacts with the wildlife in the area.
* Please pick up after your pet outside.
