Come and enjoy this wonderful 4,000 square foot home on 1 1/4 acre wooded lot with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Summerfield, NC. Adjacent to Greensboro, in the Triad area so accessible to the High Point Furniture Market. Two large bonus rooms: one is a Man-cave with 75” TV and full-sized pool table. The other is an office with large TV and room to exercise. Two electric fireplaces indoor and a third on the patio. Full size crib, highchair, toys, games and puzzles for kids.

Each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a beautiful covered patio and an outside patio. The layout of the home is perfect.

The backyard is huge and bordered by beautiful woods. It’s not uncommon to hear and see birds, squirrels and occasionally deers.

Smart locks are maintained on the three exit doors.

There is a big master bedroom with a king bed and huge ensuite on the main floor. The children's bedroom on the main floor was perfect for naps and came equipped with toys. The bathtub beside it was perfect for our grandson. The kitchen is well set up. There is a bbq outside. We did not have a chance to use it this trip. There are 2 fireplaces. This would be a great house to rent for a Thanksgiving or Christmas trip. This is a very big house so there is lots of room to spread out. We loved having the office upstairs so Grandpa could work and take calls in peace. The neighborhood is lovely. I highly recommend this home."

This property is tucked inside a very small private neighborhood of only a dozen homes. There is NO OUTLET, and there are 2 cul-de-sacs, which means low traffic, high safety and privacy. Many of the neighbors are our friends, and all the neighbors are nice and friendly.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find convenient access to major routes. Greensboro, with its public transit options, is a short drive away. The Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is also nearby, making travel a breeze. Free private parking is available for two cars on the property.

- "This place is great if you’re traveling with close friends or a spouse. (I did make a mistake in my Booking as I thought is was a twobedRoom, one bath, it’s a Two BED one bath. Luckily I am very close to the friends that joined me on the trip.) I appreciate the hospitality of the host- they think of the little extras that make it nice- extra toiletries, explanation via QR code on how to use the house amenities etc. We hung out by the pool for most of the day on Saturday. It was quiet and we had privacy."

There are large spacious rooms for a nice family gathering but at the same time it is so cozy and homey. All bedrooms are in separate corners of the house for complete privacy. The kitchen is so well stocked you can experiment making a gourmet meal or grill outside on the large private deck overlooking the woods. Even make some smores in the "campsite" picnic area after a game of horseshoes or corn hole. Plenty to do or nothing to do...it's your vacation!

My family settled right in and felt like we were in a very updated home away from home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very nice, the bathrooms are updated (even though one of them is a bit out of the way in the basement/laundry area). We will certainly stay at this home again the next time we are back in Reidsville for a visit!"

The primary en-suite includes a no-entry shower…just walk over to the shower area and turn on the rain shower or 2 handheld shower nozzles. Let the warm water run over you in the outdoor shower before entering the spa. All the bedrooms are very private being in each corner of the house. They all have lush king size mattresses and plenty of fluffy pillows. You will feel special sleeping on these buttery linens. Every bedroom has a large TV and charging stations on each side of every bed. The purple bedroom has a cozy fireplace, just turn on by the remote control.

The RV is set on the owners lot, which I expected to be a wooded area. From what I could see, there were trees but it’s a construction lot, with an odd assortment of outdoor chairs and equipment and a very odd, scary mannequin. The owners were super nice and willing to facilitate my late check, but unfortunately their great communication didn’t apply to the actual RV. I can’t rate it accurately because we literally opened the door, turned on lights and left. The bed did seem comfortable for the two seconds I sat on it, but the trailer had the feeling of borrowing a friends older RV. The price was low, but I still expected a tidier place. I’m sure the sheets and towels were clean, it’s just older and felt like it. I’m sorry it didn’t work it because it seemed like fun."

When we escape the cold winters in the north-east, we escape to this incredibly getaway, leaving behind all the hustle and bustle of a big city life.

Whether In town on business, enjoying a show, or sight seeing, you’ll be able to conveniently enjoy your time in town with limited travel time. You’re only a 20 minute drive to the airport.

The landscape is ready to be enjoyed, with a koi pond and waterfalls, flowers in the garden, and a swimming pool that is available for the majority of the year. If you decide on not using the fireplace to cozy up in the evening, the patio/courtyard is perfect for grilling and hanging out.

The wonderfully appointed kitchen features a dishwasher, an oven, refrigerator and freezer that allows for maximum storage utilization perfect for long term stays.

Our dining room is perfect for gathering around great food, drinks, and conversation.

Each bedroom features a queen size memory foam bed and smart TV. The living room has a 65 inch smart television and plenty of space for all to enjoy.

This charming dwelling has plenty of space to stretch out in, very quiet in a country setting. For your comfort they are three bedrooms and three baths. The bedrooms has queen-size beds and mattress; fully furnished.

Our welcome package includes, chips, soda, water, cheese & crackers, coffees and teas for the coffee maker. The kitchen comes equipped with the basics you might expect (please ask) and you are welcome to use the grill on the patio. We stock washing liquid and dryer
sheets for your convenience.

For traveling medical professionals, The women’s hospital and Cone Health/ Wesley Long medical centers are about a 15-20 min drive each, making this place perfect for your assignment.

SEVERE & ENFORCED PARTY POLICY:

By accepting these house rules, you are agreeing that any breaking of our house rules, including but not limited to: throwing parties, Excessive Noise Violation, Smoking Violation, Extra Guests Violation, fine of 500.00, the immediate cancellation of your reservation and your voluntary removal, and the ability for property caretaker or city police to enter the property without your permission. If damage or criminal behavior occurs at our property we will file charges directly against the reservation holder. We will not tolerate any parties at our rentals and we will enforce these policies stringently.

NON-SMOKING POLICY:

We are a smoke-free rental. Smoking of any kind will not be tolerated. The reservation will be canceled and our caretakeror or city police officer will be called to escort everyone off-premise. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and burning any kind of incense or sage. We have smoke sensors that immediately alert us in real-time if there is smoking on the property. The sensors are reliably accurate for detecting chemicals present in tobacco and marijuana smoke. There is no discussion or negotiation as to whether or not a guest was smoking in our unit or not after we receive an alert. A 500.00 smoking fine will be added to your reservation if this rule is broken.

HOUSE PARTIES:

House parties will not be tolerated. The reservation will be canceled and our property caretaker and a police officer will be called to escort everyone off-premise.

Check-out time is 11am sharp. Late checkout may be available upon request at least 12 hours before checkout.

Check-in time is after 4pm. Ask ahead of time for Early check-in available for 50.00.
