Come and enjoy this wonderful 4,000 square foot home on 1 1/4 acre wooded lot with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Summerfield, NC. Adjacent to Greensboro, in the Triad area so accessible to the High Point Furniture Market. Two large bonus rooms: one is a Man-cave with 75” TV and full-sized pool table. The other is an office with large TV and room to exercise. Two electric fireplaces indoor and a third on the patio. Full size crib, highchair, toys, games and puzzles for kids.

Each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a beautiful covered patio and an outside patio. The layout of the home is perfect.

The backyard is huge and bordered by beautiful woods. It’s not uncommon to hear and see birds, squirrels and occasionally deers.

Smart locks are maintained on the three exit doors.

Uber Eats delivers there, which was wonderful for us after long days packing and unpacking. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs as well as a huge office and man cave with a pool table. There is a big master bedroom with a king bed and huge ensuite on the main floor. The children's bedroom on the main floor was perfect for naps and came equipped with toys. The bathtub beside it was perfect for our grandson. The kitchen is well set up. There is a bbq outside. We did not have a chance to use it this trip. There are 2 fireplaces. This would be a great house to rent for a Thanksgiving or Christmas trip. This is a very big house so there is lots of room to spread out. We loved having the office upstairs so Grandpa could work and take calls in peace. The neighborhood is lovely. I highly recommend this home."

- "The house was located in a newer community with walkways. It was close to grocery shopping and the highway. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for our needs. The only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror, as we were there to attend a wedding. The owner was extremely prompt with his communications. The Neighborhood:
This property is tucked inside a very small private neighborhood of only a dozen homes. There is NO OUTLET, and there are 2 cul-de-sacs, which means low traffic, high safety and privacy. Many of the neighbors are our friends, and all the neighbors are nice and friendly.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find convenient access to major routes. Greensboro, with its public transit options, is a short drive away. The Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is also nearby, making travel a breeze. Free private parking is available for two cars on the property.

Because the owners (Ryan, wife, and mother) live right in front of this Airbnb, and because there is almost always at least 1 adult home, personal live assistance is a convenience. Upon check-in, the phone numbers of all 3 owners will be provided to tenants for assistance via text/call.

- "This place is great if you’re traveling with close friends or a spouse. (I did make a mistake in my Booking as I thought is was a twobedRoom, one bath, it’s a Two BED one bath. Luckily I am very close to the friends that joined me on the trip.) I appreciate the hospitality of the host- they think of the little extras that make it nice- extra toiletries, explanation via QR code on how to use the house amenities etc. We hung out by the pool for most of the day on Saturday. It was quiet and we had privacy."

There are large spacious rooms for a nice family gathering but at the same time it is so cozy and homey. All bedrooms are in separate corners of the house for complete privacy. The kitchen is so well stocked you can experiment making a gourmet meal or grill outside on the large private deck overlooking the woods. Even make some smores in the "campsite" picnic area after a game of horseshoes or corn hole. Plenty to do or nothing to do...it's your vacation!

This stunning 2-story, brick lake-front house offers incredible amenities, a huge front and back yard, and breathtaking views of the lake. - "This was truly an exceptional stay! The surrounding yard and scenery is so relaxing, with the views of Lake Reidsville close by. Everything in the home seemed brand new… so clean and well kept. My family settled right in and felt like we were in a very updated home away from home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very nice, the bathrooms are updated (even though one of them is a bit out of the way in the basement/laundry area). We will certainly stay at this home again the next time we are back in Reidsville for a visit!"

Our "Speak Easy" is the only place where you can play professional music instruments and hear what you would sound like on professional equipment. Cook-out, play horseshoes and cornhole, soak in the salt water spa. Cook S'mores in the campground firepit.
Swing by the fire while enjoying a cool beverage. The home tastefully decorated by a professional interior designer. There are just too many amenities to list them all. The primary en-suite includes a no-entry shower…just walk over to the shower area and turn on the rain shower or 2 handheld shower nozzles. Let the warm water run over you in the outdoor shower before entering the spa. All the bedrooms are very private being in each corner of the house. They all have lush king size mattresses and plenty of fluffy pillows. You will feel special sleeping on these buttery linens. Every bedroom has a large TV and charging stations on each side of every bed. The purple bedroom has a cozy fireplace, just turn on by the remote control.

The amenities were perfect (too many to list). The kitchen had everything a cook would need to prepare meals with hundreds of spices alphabetically arranged in a large convenient cupboard. The music and entertainment room were so much fun dancing and singing on professional equipment to karaoke lyrics displayed on the big screen tv. The saltwater hot tub was so relaxing and the outdoor adjacent hot-and-cold shower is so convenient. The kids had so much fun exploring the property, enjoying the picnic area, playing horseshoes and basketball. The opportunity to utilize the well-equipped private office to attend to some business that needed attention was great. And the Hosts were so helpful with even a book that could answer any questions we had. “All in all” This property is a must for those that want a country setting, relaxing yet stimulating vacation environment close to many of the Triad area events, restaurants and other facilities.
