Occupancy Limit
• Maximum Guests: Summerhaven on Pelican Lake accommodates a maximum of 7 guests at any time, including adults, children, and infants. This limit is strictly enforced to ensure comfort, safety, and compliance with property regulations.
• Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund and may incur additional fees.
No Parties or Events
• Party-Free Property: Parties, gatherings, or events exceeding the 7-guest occupancy limit are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, celebrations, reunions, or any activity that disrupts the peaceful enjoyment of the property or surrounding area.
• Any evidence of a party or unauthorized gathering (e.g excessive noise, additional guests, or complaints from neighbors) will result in immediate eviction without refund and potential additional charges for damages or violations.
General Rules
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these times may result in penalties or eviction.

Shorewood Beach house is located in North Western Minnesota on beautiful Maud Lake, one of the Seven Sisters.
Set back on the property, right on the waters edge, sits this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, walk-out rambler.
ThIs home features two levels of decks (one on the waters edge) and a screen porch, lake side, to enjoy the incredible view, while listening to the call of the loons and enjoying the incredible sunsets.
There are 4 sliding glass doors on the the main level, filling the space with light. Three of the bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room, with a flat screen Tv, are on the main floor.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms. One is a walk thru bedroom to the bathroom. There is a gathering room with Tv, and features a gas fireplace, to chase the chill away when the air becomes crisp.
Plenty of linens blankets and pillows are provided as well. Truly everything you need to relax and enjoy your time with friends & family or to celebrate the holidays.
. An additional screen porch is off the walkout lower level, and is a great space to gather and enjoy the views, without the elements.
There is a detached double garage on the property with ample parking, a campfire spot, and plenty of room for yard games.

We love living on the lake and are so happy we get to share it! The guest suite is the walk-out lower level of our new home built on Little Cormorant Lake outside of DL. 1 bedroom with queen bed and huge bonus room that sleep up to 7 on the bunk beds. Private bathroom, living room with fireplace and bar (complete with fridge, sink and dishwasher). Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and custom bar top. Wake up to gorgeous views of the lake and get ready for a fun and relaxing time!

You will likely hear us living life upstairs when we are home. We are an active family, always on the go and friends and family may swing by unannounced. Living at the lake has a way of bringing people together!

Beautiful lake home with space and room to breathe in a wonderful community. Each property in the community is roughly 2 acres. Only ~10 minutes to DL for restaurants, groceries, huge public beach, Walmart and Zorbaz!

A cozy cabin built in 2024. Overlooking the alpaca pasture. Very easy to get to and located in Minnesota’s Lakes country. We have miles of trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. We also have horses. Come check out this amazing property. The alpacas are very friendly and you will be able to hand feed them. - "What a wonderful cabin! We stayed here with our college friend group and 3 kiddos under the age of 2 - it was perfect for us. We loved sitting around the fire, cooking in the spacious kitchen; and the kids loved all the toys downstairs! We had perfect weather and spent it playing badminton in the yard, while others grilled. One day we even went into downtown DL, and enjoyed shopping and the brewery plus dinner at Zorbaz. The location of this cabin is perfect for a quick trip to explore downtown while also feeling like you are up north. This cabin comes with amenities galore! There is no stone left unturned and it felt clean and luxurious. The photos don't do justice with how much space there is. We are considering staying again for our annual college get together! The only complaints we have is that the lake isn’t swim-able from the dock, which we did know. It could be dredged and I would recommend that because it was in the 90’s for most of our stay. The property did come with kayaks though so we were able to go out into the lake. The other issue is that there are not enough trash bins in the garage. We had to leave bags outside the bins. Other than that it was wonderful. Highly recommend."

A main floor bathroom has entrances from the living space as well as the main floor bedroom. Dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash have been installed in each bathroom so no need to pack those extra items!

Upstairs, enjoy a fun game of wall mounted Connect 4 or spend time with friends and family in the beautiful living space complete with an electric fireplace, TV with Firestick and DVD player.

One bedroom contains a queen bed, full over twin bunk, TV, dresser , closet and lamp. The other spacious bedroom contains the same beds and amenities, but also contains a bonus smaller bedroom. This American themed bedroom boasts two twin beds and is ideal for children, teens or young adults in the group.

Outside, enjoy a meal on the patio with 2 tables - one with seating for 6 and the other with seating for 3. A propane grill is also on the patio. A fire pit with 4 Adirondack is available for evening fires and marshmallow roasting. A beach area with a swing and two loungers is the perfect place to relax! Beach toys are also provided for kids to enjoy.

Inside the shed you will find 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks for use during your stay. You will also find a variety of lawn games and a lily pad to use in the lake. The dock also provides seating for fishing or relaxing and taking in the beauty of Minnesota lakes country.

As you enter this 2016 built home you will instantly be captivated by the nearly 19' high ceilings and the stellar views of the lake! Main Floor Master and Laundry! The flat lakeside yard gives plenty of room for yard games and the lakeside patio is perfect for grilling. Enjoy the large firepit in the evenings as you listen to the loons call at this serene property. 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, with open loft for extra sleeping, master has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has a queen, loft area has two kings and a queen sofa sleeper. The outdoor pool is fun for all ages. A fee will be added for guests that want use the pool heat. Pool table and arcade game in the large garage game room. - "We just spent our week staying at the Saylers Beach Home and all I can say is, "EXCEPTIONAL". The property presents well, clean, organized, stocked with quality items so all you need to do is bring your clothes, food and beverage and sit back." - "My wife and I just spent a week renting this property. We were joined by our family for a total part of 10. The property description is very accurate. We loved the solitude, huge lot, pool, and swing set for our grandchildren. The appliances are all high-end as are the dishes, glassware, etc. My in-laws and sister and her husband have lake homes on nearby Pelican Lake, neither of which compare to this home. They all stopped by for a visit and were suitably impressed. My 7-year old grandson didn't want to go home. Nothing is perfect, and I did leave a few constructive criticisms. The house is ideal if you have your own boat/kayak, etc. We don't own them so never got out onto the lake. Frankly, I was put off by the high rental rate for either a boat or kayak. By the end of our stay we could have purchased a good kayak for what they wanted in rent. Many other homes we considered had two kayaks that came with the house, so that's a competitive disadvantage for this home. In addition, I would rate the swimming area at the dock as "poor" due to the abundance of weeds and algae. With that in mind, the sparklingly clean pool was wonderful. All-in this is still an easy 5-star home. I would absolutely rent it again and actually hope to, depending on the ability of our family to join us. We made a ton of wonderful memories at Stakke Lake!"
