Peace Like A River is a charming one room efficiency, private bath, queen bed and separate entrance. The private porch sits under the shade of moss laden live oaks, with tranquil views of the May River. The quiet dirt road is a reminder of years past; yet is only 5 minutes to Old Town Bluffton, an easy 10-minute drive to Hilton Head Island and 30 minutes to Savannah or Beaufort. It is a hidden treasure in and of itself!

The cottage room has a private porch and entrance. It is part of my house but totally separate. I am available when and if you need me.

Welcome to 6 Sailmaster Commons!

Located through the gated community of Shipyard Plantation, you are close to one of their 27 holes of championship golf courses and 23-court Van Der Meer Tennis Resort. 6 Sailmaster features a private entry courtyard and sitting area.

Once inside the villa has an open living space for the dining room and living room. The living room overlooks the back patio and lagoon and has a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 6 and is just outside the galley kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area. There is also a powder room on the 1st floor.

Take the stairs to the second level where you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony, and en-suite bathroom. The guest room has ample space for all your guests. There are 2 twin beds, as well as a bunk bed and trundle for sleeping for 5 totals. There is also a flat-screen TV, balcony and en-suite bathroom.

Sailmaster Commons Community is located within Shipyard Plantation on the south end of Hilton Head. There is a community pool, and it is just a short bike ride to the beach. Guests of Sailmaster Commons have parking access at the Shipyard Beach Club on a first come first serve basis.

The best ways to get around Hilton Head are by car or bike. There is a public trolley service called The Breeze that runs from March-October. Uber and Lyft are available as well.

House Rules
1. This is a smoke-free resort. There is to be absolutely no smoking inside the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere on resort property.
2. Large get-togethers or parties are prohibited. This is strictly enforced by resort security and will result in your removal from the property.
3. No pets are permitted on resort property.
4. No illegal activities are permitted anywhere on resort property.
5. This unit sleeps four guests comfortably. There are additional fees for extra guests.
6. Nothing can be hung over the balcony railing.
7. Any damage done to the interior of the property, furniture, and appliances will result in the guest being charged for the full amount of the replacement or repair.
8. An additional cleaning fee of $125.00 will be charged if there is smoking in the unit, unauthorized pets, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.
