- "We enjoyed our stay @ PB. The home was beautiful, comfortable & perfect for our long weekend get away with friends. The home was tastefully furnished & each BR had its own private bath. We were able to rent the owner’s golf cart which made exploring the property fun. The listing on VRBO stated 2 king beds, but the room upstairs is a queen. The bed was comfy but not the size listed. The concierge said they needed to direct that info. The listing also said there was a grill, but there is not … so we cooked steaks on the Wolfe range/oven & they came out perfect. - "This property was lovely - extremely well appointed and cared for. However, the change in policy by the hotel and the owner's group is ridiculous. We were grandfathered in regarding use of the pool since we made our reservations early but beware - if you did n to make reservations by April you will not be able to do much including having a pool for your use. We were not able to make appointments at the spa, reservations at any of the restaurants on the property and Buffalos was closed for repairs. Access changed on a daily basis and the property managers were not completely up to speed as to what we could and could not do. All they could do was apologize which was not helpful. Palmetto is a lovely place but the Montage management is taking a very short sighted view. We will not be returning (we have been vacationing at Palmetto for 5 years). If you have reservations for between now and the end of the summer, I would suggest that you question the management in depth or call the various amenities yourself to see what you can (and mostly cannot) do on this property. Greatly disappointed and a shame for the homeowners choosing to rent through VRBO."

This lovely and unique home is located in beautiful Moreland Village and just a short walk to Moreland Pool and Fitness Center, Restaurants, Moreland Landing and the fabulous 5-story adult Treehouse, which provides amazing views of the May River. With two upstairs bedrooms, a bunk area with two twin beds (perfect for kids!) and a comfy pull out couch on the first floor, this home will sleep up to 8, with 6 in beds.  This home also has access to the May River Golf Course and new Crossroads Course.  It includes 2 adult bikes to explore the 3-mile bike trail into Wilson Village.  Golf cart rental may be available (please contact property manager for more info.) 

Moreland Village in Palmetto Bluff, offers a serene location with beautiful views of the natural surroundings. The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children’s pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).

Professionally designed, this light and airy home encompass the beauty of Palmetto Bluff by allowing the outdoor environment to become part of the indoors. With a push on the folding glass doors, the great room opens up and includes the screened-in porch area to enlarge the entertaining space. There are two master bedrooms complete with their own spacious and private bathrooms on the first floor. They have been designed for maximum privacy with the bedrooms located on opposite sides of the home. This is not the case with the homes located in the Village. For a fee of $25/day (+tax), charged to your reservation, you will be granted amenity cards that will allow you to access the following:

- The Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.)  This charge will be paid by the guests directly upon arrival to any pool and/or fitness center, and will allow guests to access any of those areas for that day.

- The Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club will now be available to registered guests.  Guests may reserve Pickleball Courts and Tennis Courts (at a cost of $35/hour), or may choose to sign up for tennis lessons. 

- Cole's Restaurant and Canoe Club Restaurant will now be available for registered guests.  Guests may also go through their property manager to make reservations at these restaurants.  Guests with reservations at Cole's restaurant may also utilize the Moreland Bowling Alley on the day of their reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis.

The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children’s pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).

The cottage is centrally located near all of the amazing amenities the property has to offer, including a quick five-minute stroll one direction to the Montage hotel, world-class spa and Octagon restaurant, and the other direction to Wilson Village, featuring Buffalos Restaurant, the Canoe Club swimming pool, kayak and bicycle rentals, the River House fire pits, and more!

You will instantly feel at home in this inviting space, classically decorated with warm hues and relaxed charm.
