Location, location, location! The Breakers is a 120 unit complex right on the beach at beautiful Hilton Head Island. It has a heated pool (as needed March - November); there is also a separate children's pool (unheated). There is wireless internet access and cable television. It is directly across the street from Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants - so a very short walk to restaurants, shops, a cinema, a grocery store, a coffee shop and several ice cream stores. You can leave your car in the parking lot for your entire vacation and walk or bike everywhere you want to go.

Why choose this unit?
The location offers a wonderful view of both the pool and the ocean. Breakers 226 is directly in the ''center of the horseshoe''. The quality furnishings and lovely beach decor make this unit a great choice. There are beach chairs for guests to use.

We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen. There are tile floors and granite countertops. The bedroom and living room are carpeted.

There is a HEPA air filter that is supposed to catch dust, pollen, allergens and even the COVID-19 virus.

Please Note -
The Breakers units are small - 518 square feet - so they are best for a couple or a family with small children. There is a queen sized-bed in the bedroom, children's bunkbeds in a cubby in the hall (kids LOVE these!) and a very comfortable queen sized pull-out couch.

The kitchen has a refrigerator (with icemaker), dishwasher, stove, convection oven/microwave, blender, crock pot and coffee maker (standard and KCup). There is a stackable washer and dryer.

The complex does not allow pets or grilling. There is no smoking in the Breakers' common areas - including the pool. This villa is non-smoking (including the balcony); sadly other units do allow smoking on balconies.

You must be 25 years old to rent.

Finally, there are now 2 elevators at The Breakers!!!!

There is cable TV in the living room and bedroom but there is no landline telephone service. Our cell phones work great in the unit; yours should too. We offer wireless internet access.

Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean.

Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach!

The Spring / Fall is great on the island too, as students are back in school, it is quiet and great to go to the restaurants without a reservation. Be a special guest and you will love staying in #138. But in the meantime, read some great reviews by former guests who enjoyed staying here.

Now hear all about #138. Always updating the place, a comfy Tempurpedic mattress in the bedroom and large sleeper sofa for the living room, hardwood flooring throughout the condo. Two 1080p flat screen televisions, (one in the living room and one in the bedroom).

When you rent the condo, there will be a few items to get you started on your vacation. Paper towels, napkins, salt and pepper, hairdryer will be among a few of the items already here. A Keurig coffee maker is also in the condo, so bring your K-cups if you use this machine. Also, beach towels are there for you to use. There is a great wicker high top table to enjoy while on the deck. Relax on the deck with your coffee in the morning or cocktails at night watching the surf and all the activity going on. To make phone calls, do bring your cell phone to call for great dining or golf reservations, as there is not a land line phone in the condo.
Our first floor unit (an easy one flight up) is next to the stairs and a short walk to the steps by the pool (which is heated year round)and walkway to the beach. By the way, the beach walk has a shower to get all the sand off of you. The beach is wide open and looks great. All is fabulous while staying in 138 Breakers.
A large newly resurfaced Oceanfront sundeck surrounds two heated pools for swimming and featuring plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for relaxing. Also, new outside lights, turtle friendly, on the balcony facing the ocean and at the front door of every unit. They look great.
Location, location is the word. Right across the street from fabulous Coligny Plaza. Park your car and never need to use it again, if you don't want to. Coligny Plaza has everything handy, supermarket, internet coffee cafe, great clothing shopping, entertainment for the kids at night, and super restaurants (locals love). If you want to bike, 1-2 blocks away on Pope Avenue are rental companies and then you are off to explore all of Forest Beach and even a few other plantations. HHI is so bike friendly, we are always putting in new bike paths!!!
Get in your car and off to Harbour Town for a fun day and night. Go up the famous lighthouse and have the kids play on the playground for fun. Great restaurants and entertainment are there, including our own entertainer for the children under the 'Big Oak Tree.' Or go to Shelter Cove to dine and shop to your hearts content while looking at a fabulous marina and fireworks during the summer months on Tuesday nights at 9:00 sharp! There are so many great places on the island. There will be in the condo updated monthly brochures of things to do and see while you are here. These should be very helpful if you haven't been on the island before.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has brand new living room furniture, including a newly mounted 55” TV and new décor throughout! Freshly painted with soft, coastal colors! When entering the villa, the King bedroom is off the foyer to the left. 1505 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa in one of the most desired complexes in Forest Beach and has views of the Atlantic Ocean from both the master suite and living room. This villa is on the fifth level of the complex and has coastal decorations throughout. The foyer, kitchen and bathrooms are tiled while the rest of the villa has beautiful new vinyl plank floors.

The master suite is located to the left of the entrance and has a king bed and 50” SMART TV. There is a private balcony with a small table and two rocker chairs. A great place to have your morning coffee! The ensuite bath has a double vanity, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.

To the right of the entrance is the guest bedroom that has two full beds, an accent chair and a 50” SMART TV. The attached bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and/or hallway and has a double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower. In the hall is the full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

This villa is a second floor unit overlooking the scenic Brigantine Golf Course designed by William Byrd. The second floor living gives you the amazing feeling-you are the only ones there!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of room for any culinary quest you choose. (Fresh Lowcountry Seafood from Hudson's Market is always a guest favorite.) Grilling steaks and chicken at our neighborhood gas grills is another great way to start the evening off right.

The bedrooms are spacious with lots of natural light and room to spread out. The Master Bedroom has a slider out to the back patio.

The bathrooms have plenty of counter space and each has a shower and tub for soaking after a fun, sun-filled day of island life.

The open Living and Dining Spaces allow for great memory making with friends and family (This includes sleeper sofa for 2. The grandkids always love this feature.)

The quiet back patio off of the Living Room and Master Bedroom is great for enjoying coffee in the morning sun and shaded for relaxation in the late afternoon/evening.

2203 Sea Crest is a recently redecorated oceanside 2nd floor villa offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths. The entryway into the kitchen is tiled and the rest of the villa has carpets. 7 Dove Street has been completely remodeled with new everything! A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home is everything you need for the perfect family getaway.

The front entry opens to the living room with plenty of seating and a large wall mounted TV. Just to the left is the kitchen with appliances and cabinets! The open space fits everyone so no cramped cooks in this kitchen. Next is the dining room, open to the den and living room, with seating for up to 8 people. The den off the area has a futon for extra sleeping and has the laundry room with beach towels ready for you to take with you to the sand a short a walk away. Off the living room is a full length screen porch, the perfect spot for the evening breeze and nature.

The 1st guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and shared the hall bathroom with the king guest bedroom next door. The hall bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower combination. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a shower and as a bonus opens to the enclosed outside shower.

7 Dove is just a few short minutes to Coligny Plaza, and the beach is just as close by. The house has wi-fi and smart-tv's so you can stream your favorite shows while enjoying all Hilton Head has to offer. There is parking at the house for 3 vehicles and trash service is provided.

This upgraded Sands Village 2 bedroom condo is located on the third floor , Building B, 3rd Floor, Unit C, so you have no one above you and features a fully equipped kitchen, ample seating in the living are for your entire group, and 4 beds that will easily accommodate six guests. The kitchen feats stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk and an additional full bed. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and upgraded vanity and toilet.

There are 3 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living area. All TVs feature the Spectrum Select w/155+ channels including Showtime/TMC movie channels. Free High Speed Internet (Spectrum Ultra 500 Mbps) is also available to allow several streaming devices at the same time. The living area features a large sectional with plenty of seating. A dining area offers a dining table to sit down and enjoy your breakfast before you hit the beach. Adjacent to the living area is a private balcony/deck with seating for two and a view of the lush surroundings. I'm told you can even hear the waves at the ocean on a peaceful night. No better place for the adults to decompress and enjoy a beverage after a day of play.

The Sand Village complex is just across the street from Coligny Plaza which features a grocery, Piggly Wiggly, which has great local seafood and steaks, several restaurants, Ice cream shops, sandwich shops, and retail, clothing and gift shops abound. Down the street about 1/4 of a mile you will find Low Country Celebration Park which is a great place for kids to burn off some energy, visit the Sand Box Children's Museum with all kinds of activities for kids young and old. There are also a variety of events at the park throughout the year. You never know what you will find going on during your visit. Best of all, the complex features a large outdoor pool and area for guests to grill out if they want to enjoy some BBQ of their own.

It's called Nan's Slice of Paradise for a reason! Our home has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. Five minute walk to an uncrowded beach, three minutes to bike paths that cover the island, and minutes from convenient shopping. Enjoy the screened porch or the deck complete with an outside tiki shower. I also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, cooler, and lots of beach toys! I'm sorry but pets are not allowed.

The space
My house is located on a very quiet street with very little traffic. Many guests rent bikes and don't use their car while on vacation. Everything you need is a short walk or bike ride away! My house has been in the family for three generations and we never tire of it! The beach is amazingly beautiful and away from the crowds at the Tiki Hut (public beach) but close enough for an easy walk if you want to join in the fun there. Location is everything and you won't be disappointed. The house sleeps four people comfortably, but if approved by me, a fifth guest is allowed for a nightly fee. Must be 25 or older to rent. NO parties are allowed and only approved guests should be on my property.

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
