This is a perfect home for a family vacation on the lake, or weekend fishing trip. You will fall in love with this spacious split level home in a charming lake community only a half mile from the cove! Named for it's builder, Captain Silas Hemenway, the Hemenway House was once home to the first hospital in Webb City. Built in the late 1800s, this historic Victorian era home has many unique features that are original, including the sliding partition doors and intricate wooden trim throughout. New additions include: remodeled bathrooms and bedrooms, updated kitchen and living area, and new electric fireplace. It also features a unique spiral staircase leading to the third floor suite. The backyard opens up with a large newly constructed deck and leads out to an expansive entertaining backyard. The area features a stage with aisle, perfect for a ceremony, celebration, or production. Space includes Carthage Limestone and a working pond that is original to the home. Our home was originally built in 1905 by the somewhat notorious cigar manufacturer Leon S. Boucher. The Flor De Leon was a popular brand of cigars that L.S. Boucher manufactured and sold here in downtown Joplin.

My wife and I have lovingly renovated our home over the past year by combining its original historic charm with our own modern/eclectic style. We are particularly proud of the kitchen, bathrooms, and sunroom!

The first floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, and sunroom. A laundry room is also available for use in the basement

The second floor is the main sleeping area which consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms on this floor have desk space.

The third floor is the master suite. A great place to unwind after a long day of traveling! We especially love the skylight above the bathtub!

This 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located steps off of Historic Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious master bathroom and a half bath.
The storefront studio has a queen bed, loft double bed, compact full kitchen, vanity area, luxurious walk-in shower, and a toilet closet.

Although this loft has the charm of the original wood floors and brick walls, it also has modern amenities such as jetted tub, dishwasher and convection oven . Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and be your home away from home with quality furniture, upgraded linens and bedding and many extras.

This loft has its own private entrance and nearby free parking. You will have access to Wi-fi, cable, 2-person Jacuzzi, washer, dryer and all the amenities of home.

There is much to experience in our quaint town. There are Art Walks, Food Truck Fridays and live entertainment on the square. The Civil War Museum is literally next door. Overview:

Yoder's Homestead is a charming hobby farm in beautiful Lawrence county, MO, just three miles south of Route 66. Along with being sparkling clean, we have a kitchen with the basics for cooking and baking, and a dining room for enjoying your meals. There are also four bedrooms and three bathroom, and a spacious living room. Outdoors you will find a lovely yard with a playset, a patio with a firepit, a barn where you can gather your own eggs for breakfast, and other small farm animals for you to enjoy. We have made special effort to make this rental family friendly and it will be the perfect place to get away from it all and relax.

If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.

The Outback Cabin is a hidden little Gem tucked away in the heart of Webb City. When you walk in you will feel like you in a cabin by the lakeside, but in the middle of town. You will feel cozy and not want to leave! The cabin has a porch with a BBQ next to it, so you can cook and chat with loved ones! There is a full size privacy gate,approximately 7 ft tall, so you will have complete PRIVACY.
The cabin is located 1 block from within walking distance Casey's General store, five minutes from the Joplin airport, 3 blocks from a newly built Top golf(opening middle 2024), right on the path of hwy Route 66, only 15 minutes to Carthage (famous for Precious Moments). Carthage has a Drive In on the famous Route 66.
About 4 blocks is a Awesome restaurant, Flat Creek famous for catfish!
There is a dirt bike track about 20 minutes away, you can rent all sizes of bikes! If you are wanting to see the home of Sam Walton, Bentonville is 1 hr drive time, ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL TOWN, all sorts of mountain bike trails STATE OF THE ART ONES THERE! There is a casino about 30 minutes away, it is a beautiful place.
