We face the Missouri River on 7 acres of gorgeous landscaping and we are next door to Les Bourgeois Winery. The Katie trail and historic Rocheport are just down the hill. Art, antiques and gourmet dining are all in Rocheport!
Our home is two stories on the Bluff, with two complete homes. We are upstairs and the rental is downstairs. The downstairs rental area has a spacious living room, setting area and fireplace. There is a dining area with a kitchen. There are spectacular views from the private patio and from the indoor living areas. There is a private path and private entry way for your convenience.

If you are a biking enthusiast or just a nature lover/site seer- the famous Katy Trail has multiple access points just minutes from the house.

We prefer no pets but would consider a dog (no puppies) if discussed prior to stay. No cats.

Playroom and basement entertainment thrilled our youngest generation, shady front yard was perfect place for middle generation to gather outdoors, take all the pictures, and send messy kids to eat, huge kitchen with seating for days and cool AC meant the grandparents were comfortable and could play cards and chat all afternoon. 3. This cute little apartment is located in downtown boonville. It is next to one of the most popular restaurants/bar (Maggie’s) and it’s just minutes away from the Katy Trail. It is located four blocks away from the Missouri river and five blocks away from the Isle of Capri Casino. There’s so many things to do in Boonville, including the Budweiser Clydesdale ranch, the Mitchell car museum, numerous quaint little shops on downtown, Main Street.

You were in walking distance from the Isle Capri, the Katy Trail, and the Missouri River.
Guest access
You will be given a code prior to arrival. That will get you through the back door on the red deck. This code will also get you in the first door at the top of the steps on the right which is the door going into the little apartment.
Other things to note
1. Extra guests are an additional charge because of the extra cleaning.

2. Smoking or vaping in the room is not permitted and you will be charged $100 because of the expense of the ozone machine treatment having to be completed.
