- "This apartment is so cute and roomy. We loved how easy it was to walk to local bars, restaurants, and the Market. The downtown has so many things in walking distance, such as mural alley and a city park with sculptures. There were always enough people around that it felt safe to walk at night. The only downside - it’s noisy. It’s right next to the train tracks and the walls don’t seem to be well insulated. So maybe take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper."

This townhome offers 3 levels of living space, a nice covered front porch, 3rd floor terrace & great location to downtown. The property is located in the historic 4th and Gill neighborhood. Enjoy looking at the beautiful late 1800’s - early 1900’s architecture as you walk to some nearby breweries, coffee & donut shops, and restaurants. This home is conveniently located with quick access to the interstate and downtown. It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown but still in the mix of everything Knoxville has to offer. The home is very bright, open and tall using multiple floors to segregate rooms rather than walls. It features 2 nice outdoor sitting areas with grass walls and hanging lights. The sleeper sofa on the first floor is good to sleep 1-2 people or kids. You have a queen bed on the second floor in the master along with the full bathroom. The third floor is used as an additional lounging area / bedroom with a full size daybed that can sleep another 1-2 people. The terrace is also accessed by the top floor and has seating to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee on.
We provide Roku smart TVs with several streaming apps downloaded but guests will need their login info to stream from their own account. We do not provide a cable tv service.
Free private parking is provided at the rear of the townhouses and it is NOT assigned parking, so you may park in any of the spaces. There is also free street parking in front of the homes.
We provide a Keurig coffee maker and an initial bundle of pods along with a typical drip coffee maker.
We have a ring doorbell camera at the back door facing the parking lot, feel free to use that if you have any issues with checking in with the keyless entry. We also have a ring camera at the front porch facing the street side.
Board games for entertainment are supplied in the third floor cabinet.
A pack and play is available and located in the laundry closet.

Your Property
You may park in the first come first serve parking lot located in the rear of the unit and use the
keypad entry located on the back door. As you enter the home you will find a half bath to your
left and the open concept kitchen to the right. The kitchen has a granite peninsula top with white
subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Located at the peninsula is four bar
height chairs perfect for enjoying a quick snack or sitting down to talk.
The kitchen opens up to the living room dining room combination. The living room has a leather
couch with chaise and comfy recliner to kick back and watch the flat screen TV. The dining room
has seating for eight with a large window overlooking the riverside.
As you take the stairs to the second floor you will find the first bedroom which has a king size
bed, full bathroom and ample closet space.
Located in the hallway between the first and second bedrooms is the stackable washer and
dryer. On the other end of the hall you will find another queen bed and full bathroom to complete
the second floor.
The third floor offers an additional living space that can be used as the third bedroom. The room
contains another couch, bean bag chair, bar top and wet bar for your entertaining needs. There
is a half bath on this level. The exterior door will lead you to the rooftop patio with wicker
furniture and cushions and tables.

Gorgeous private suite in Mediterranean Villa with high ceilings, French doors to tile patio, floor to ceiling bookshelves, and hardwood floors. Huge spa shower with glass lined walls and stone floors. View of formal garden. Plush queen size bed, Matching Four Seasons robes provided with hotel quality linens.
Come for a convenient visit to University of Tennessee, walk to a Tennessee Vols game in about 30 minutes, shop in Market Square, explore Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Smoky Mountains.
There are surveillance cameras outside the property for security purposes. One is located by the balcony on the second floor that covers the driveway. The second is on the back of the house that covers the back porch. Another covers the parking area, and the doorbell covers the entry patio and entry door.
Dogs welcome (with pet fee). I provide a dog bed with linens, dishes for food and water, toys, snacks, waste bags and a gate for the patio so you can enjoy sitting on the patio with your pup. Enjoy the large front lawn for play and relaxation.

This 1984 50’ Jamestowner has undergone a complete renovation! You’ll enjoy the rustic beams on the ceiling while enjoying new furniture, all new appliances, new kitchen & comfortable bedding.
I fell in love with this boat when first I saw it and knew with a little love and TLC it could be restored to new life! I know you will have fond memories of this very unique stay in beautiful East Tennessee! The boat is located at Volunteer Landing Marina. Downtown Knoxville and the beautiful Volunteer Landing are a short walk away.
***Please note that the boat must stay at the marina and attached to the slip. I will provide a golf cart for your use during your stay for transporting your belongings. Please be considerate and not keep it out for extended periods of time and do not leave it in the parking lot. I will meet you for check-in and go over basic systems of the boat and will leave you to your privacy, but I'm only a text or call away in case you need anything.
***Swimming is not permitted from the boat or within 100 yards of the marina per TN State law.
***This may not be suitable for young children due to proximity of water.
Responsible pet owners are are welcome to bring pets but only with prior approval and fee applies based on type of pet(s) and length of stay. I take the marina requirements very seriously and guests may be asked to vacate with no refund if I receive a complaint. It is a family oriented facility and being able to rent my houseboat here is a privilege. Thank you for making it a pleasant location for all marina guests.

The space
This cozy little studio attic apartment is perfect for couples who want to be close to downtown, but still want the privacy of a small quiet neighborhood during their stay. The angled ceilings in this flat are finished with a beautiful shiplap design, adding to the unique feel of the space. Although this home is a duplex, both apartments include entrances that are completely private, so all areas mentioned will be just for you.
Sleeping arangements in the open bedroom area include a comfortable queen and twin bed with top quality bedding and linens to make you feel right at home. In the living room, a flat screen TV is ready to connect to any of your favorite personal streaming applications, providing entertainment for those who choose to spend an evening in.
The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate and a microwave for cooking all your meals. An oven is not currently available in this unit. Stainless steel appliances include a microwave, dishwasher and 2 mini-refrigerators. You'll also find all the cookware, utensils, flatware and dishes you need to prepare a meal start to finish. Our butcher-block island with bar seating for 2-3 can also serve as a work space, if needed.
Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and is stocked with the necessary toiletries you'll need during your stay. The washer and dryer are located inside the back door just off the downstairs unit, in a separate shared space all their own. The washer and dryer are the only amenity shared between the guests in both the upstairs and downstairs units.

Welcome to a newly renovated stylish Condo in the heart of Knoxville, TN. You will be greeted with lots of natural light in this 1 Bedroom 1 Bath oasis.

We want our guests to know that they are not only staying in a renovated stylish Condo, but a clean one as well. That is why we take cleaning and sanitation very seriously. All bed sheets and linens will be washed after every stay as well as sanitizing all surfaces and commonly touched items. The entire building is exterminated every 2 weeks.
Imagine after a long day, waking up on a comfy memory foam mattress to those large panoramic windows. You grab your phone off of the built-in wireless charging night stand. You are scrolling through your feeds and listening to the news on the smart assistant speaker in the bedroom when you realize you need coffee. Although you don’t want to get out of bed, you muster enough energy to get to the Nespresso machine in the kitchen. There, you find an assortment of different signature full-bodied coffees. As you're making coffee, you put on a record or 2 (perhaps some Rod Stewart?) on the bluetooth enabled record player and enjoy the view from the living room. As the coffee is working its magic, you hear a work email come through the phone.
Since you're the "work from home" type, you grab your laptop and sit at the desk in the comfy work chair. You quickly get on our ultra fast high speed internet to get some work done when you realize you need to leave by a certain time. You notice that there is a smart assistant clock on the desk and ask it to set a reminder to leave in case you forget what time it is and don’t have enough time to shower.
After a long day, you come “home” and immediately lay down on the comfy blue chaise which fits 3 adults comfortably. You dim the living room light behind the couch to your perfect mood and you turn on the 55 inch Smart Roku TV. (There is free Peacock Premium TV along with Roku Live TV provided to you. All other streaming services will require your own account). You know there is something missing and realize that there is smart mood lighting behind the TV that can be turned on. Who doesn’t need more mood lighting? Although there is so much for you to do and explore in Knoxville, you can't seem to leave this amazing haven.
Fortunately for you, the kitchen is fully equipped to make a delicious meal yourself. The kitchen is equipped with all high end appliances as well as necessary cookware and utensils. You imagine eating a home cooked meal while listening to some good music and enjoying a nice view… “yes I think I will be staying in tonight”. Guests will be able to access the entire Condo.
