One full bedroom and bathroom on ground floor for extra privacy. Second story has all other living spaces. Master bedroom has large patio and lake views! Master bedroom has a King size bed and bathroom attached. The second bedroom has an attached bonus room with pull out couches that can be used for an additional sitting area and sleeping space. Large deck with a fantastic view of the lake and a barbeque for family nights.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood with lots of local animals. The deer will come and lounge on the property and can be seen roaming around most days, be careful not to touch!

Getting Around:
The Lake Oroville's Visitor Center is less than a mile from this home where you can learn about the dam’s creation, take a look at any of the on-request videos, or enjoy the spectacular vantage point from the 47-foot overlook tower.
Over 44 miles of hiking and biking trails are within a few miles.
Oroville Lake is divided into several different areas: North Forebay is reserved for the exclusive use of non-motorized boats, so if small wake and quiet surroundings are your fancy, head to this tranquil wedge of the reservoir. Get out in a canoe, kayak, or sailboat and take advantage of the wake-free lake surface. The day-use areas are covered with shade ramadas for picnic groups, barbecue stoves, and there is a 200-foot sandy beach that’s perfect for building sandcastles!
The South Forebay is a bit more active, providing launch ramps for motor boats and spectacular fishing. The Loafer Creek Area is mostly for lounging and swimming, providing a 100-food beach and green area perfect for spreading out a blanket.
For fishing, Lake Oroville offers wonderful German brown, catfish, largemouth bass, rainbow trout, salmon, and smallmouth bass opportunities. Please take note of necessary fishing permits.

Beautiful, Brand New 3 Bedroom Casita on Foothill Blvd. Kitchen stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds and a tree-filled view from the front porch. Our location is secluded yet close enough to downtown, casinos and recreation. Backyard dining area with BBQ and fire pit. Our driveway, although on an incline, is long enough to park your boats and other recreational vehicles.
