This story and a half home sits on the Iverson Tree Farm in the Beautiful Minnesota River Valley. North of Belview and South of Sacred Heart. The sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing, along with the wildlife. You will see deer roaming while you are in the peaceful outdoors.
The home itself, includes a fully furnished kitchen including, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, common spices, dish towels, etc.. The bathroom has several things one may need including towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditoner, body wash, lotion and hair dryer. The bedrooms have fresh bedding, pillows, lamps and extra sheets. There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed, closet and dresser. The upstairs is one open room with one queen bed and two twin beds. The living room has a chaise couch, glider with ottoman, flat screen tv hung on the wall connected to the wifi with a firestick. The game room includes a pool table that you are most certain to enjoy! This home does include a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets if you have the need to do laundry. It is NOT expected of you to do any laundry during your stay.
Less than 2 miles away, just across the section, is the Grandview Valley Winery. They serve excellent pizza and wine!
In the winter months, be sure to bring your snowmobile and follow the trails.

You will feel instantly enchanted when you enter this former Bed & Breakfast, recently converted into an Airbnb. Built in 1919, this charming historic brick building sits among the downtown shops of Redwood Falls. Its 3200 square feet is a delight to explore and seems to go on forever throughout its 3 levels and another 3 half levels. The four bedrooms each have their own niche in a different corner of the house. There are five bathrooms total, two have Jacuzzi bathtubs and two with showers.
The front door blends in with the quaint downtown shops of Redwood Falls. Our storefront windows have been frosted over and it is the perfect blend of privacy and natural light for the family room sitting area.
The main level is an open concept family room, dining room and kitchen. From there the choice is yours which direction to explore first.
There are a LOT of staircases within the unit, so please be sure your guests are ready for a workout. All four bedrooms are either up or down a set of stairs, some short and sweet, and others are long and narrow. There are even a couple steps inside some of the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom in the basement has access to a full bathroom as well. Each bedroom is named and decorated with it's own theme: The Victoria Room, The Sunroom, The Falls Room (named after Ramsey Park Waterfall), and the Hideout.
In the basement you will also find the fitness room and laundry room.
The Vintage Inn is not childproof, so please watch children very closely. There are a lot of stairways to navigate, decorative furnishings at ground level, and fitness equipment which is for adult guests only.
There are two parking spaces for guests directly behind the building in a paved parking lot. Street parking is available in front of the building, however it can get busy on weekdays, and is not allowed overnight. More public parking lots are located within a few blocks of the building. All parking is free of charge.
There are several steep stairways leading up to bedrooms and down to the laundry, fitness room and fourth bedroom. Pictures are included. Please do not book if you have trouble with stairs or have mobility concerns.
The Vintage Inn is located on the corner of a downtown street and a main road that is used by many trucks. Vehicle noise is pretty regular which could bother some people. We offer sound machines and ear plugs for those who are light sleepers.
We are only a short walk (or drive) from Ramsey Park - Cansayapi Park which is the largest municipal park in Minnesota. 256 acres of natural beauty with hiking trails, an outdoor zoo, and a picturesque waterfall.

Ramsey Park - Cansayapi Park is only a few blocks to the north, and guests can enjoy the hiking trails, beautiful views of the waterfall, playgrounds and an outdoor zoo.
Lake Redwood, Westside Park and Perks Park are about 3 blocks to the west.
Redwood Falls Aquatic Center and Memorial Park are seven blocks to the east.
Redwood Falls Golf Club, Dakota Ridge Golf Club, Jackpot Junction Casino and the Gilfillan Estate are also attractions in the Redwood Falls area.
We have 2 designated parking spots directly behind our building in a small parking lot. There is limited street parking available in front of the building during the day, but is not allowed from midnight-7am. We recommend parking out front when unloading your car, then keeping your vehicle in the parking lot during your stay.
There is also a free city parking lot across the street if you have more than two vehicles.

Red Rock Central High School is located in Lamberton.
Lamberton is situated along Highway 14, just to the west of New Ulm. The Red Rock Central School District serves the cities of Lamberton, Sanborn, Storden and Jeffers. Campus is located just a few blocks north of the property. The Valley View Apartments are on the south side of Lamberton. This is an ideal location, being that it is right across 9th Avenue from our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, the community pool , and the local school. Being on the souther edge of town provides residents with beautiful views of the prairie. However the size of the town allows for walkability to any of the local retailers, entertainment options and amenities.

- "The property needs some work but it’s certainly the best option in the area. The maintenance crew and management team are working to update and fix existing issues. It has everything you need for a short stay, but there are some things to be prepared for. There is a single air conditioner unit in the living room. That means the bedroom has no air at all and it can get hot. Additionally, the bed is a double bed so if you are 6 feet tall you’ll need to sleep kiddycorner and hopefully you don’t have a spouse or kids that want to sleep with you because it’s really a cozy bed perfect for one person under 5’8”. At the end of your stay you are required to do all your dishes, just something to take note of. They do have laundry facilities on the first and second floor that are neat and tidy! There is a big main room on the first floor that would be ideal for large families to eat together or play games. The television in one of the two units was confusing to figure out and though it had the Netflix button, that option never came up and was not useable. There were spiders in the unit, at least 3 that I saw and killed. I notified the management team and suggested an exterminator come give the place a good spray to get rid of the uninvited and unwanted guests! It was not a terrible stay by any means, but it was quirky and I suspect if I go to this area in the future they will have all those little things resolved! I would stay again."

This lovingly restored cottage blends modern and vintage elements to create an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home:
—As you step inside, you’ll find a small enclave for hanging your jackets and removing your shoes. Down the hallway, you’ll notice original artwork purchased from Belview’s Rainbow Antiques.
—To your right is a functional yet stylish bathroom. We provide all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. And for your extra comfort on chilly Minnesota days, there's even a heated fan outside the shower!
—Behind the doors to your left is a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets if you choose to throw in a load of laundry. This closet is where you’ll find the iron/ironing board and some cleaning supplies should you need them during your stay.
—The quaint kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, dishes, glasses, wine/cocktail glasses, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, dish towels, etc.
—The living room features a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, perfect for curling up with a good book or watching a movie. For your entertainment, the cottage features a DVD player with plenty of DVDs as well as a Firestick to connect to.
—Off the living room, you’ll find a small office that houses a single, twin bed and fun games and puzzles.
—In addition, the living room leads to our fully screened-in porch which features both a comfort area and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying a meal or drink outdoors. Beyond the deck is a pathway to a small firepit and charcoal grill. Firewood for the firepit is provided, please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid for grill.
—Climb the stairs to the landing and discover The Wildlife Wing, the first bedroom in this cozy cottage. The room has a queen-size bed, 100% cotton sheets and luggage racks to store your belongings. Step out onto the adorable balcony with a bistro table set, the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the views of the surrounding wildlife. We even provide a handy set of binoculars for close-up encounters with our feathered and furry friends!
—Split by a beautiful sliding barn door is the second bedroom, The Valley View Suite. This spacious room also has a queen-size bed, 100% cotton sheets, a full-length mirror and luggage racks to store your belongings. In addition, the room has a small closet with hangers and two small fans for each room.

—Phone service here is very limited. Your best bet is it stand outside OR stand close to the North, driveway-facing windows in the living room.
—Please do not drink the water from the sinks (it is well water). Please enjoy the filtered water in the fridge for both drinking and making coffee.
—We do ask that our guests tidy up a bit before checkout, including starting the dishwasher, putting all used linens/towels in a pile and taking out the trash.

This story and a half home sits on the Iverson Tree Farm in the Beautiful Minnesota River Valley. North of Belview and South of Sacred Heart. The sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing, along with the wildlife. You will see deer roaming while you are in the peaceful outdoors. A very relaxing atmosphere with county and state parks in the area. Along with the Grandview Valley Winery right across the section.
The space
The home itself, includes a fully furnished kitchen including, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, common spices, dish towels, etc..
The bathroom has several things one may need including towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditoner, body wash, lotion and hair dryer.
The bedrooms have fresh bedding, pillows, lamps and extra sheets. There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed, closet and dresser.
The upstairs is one open room with one queen bed and two twin beds.
The living room has a chaise couch, glider with ottoman, flat screen tv hung on the wall connected to the wifi with a firestick.
The game room includes a pool table that you are most certain to enjoy!
This home does include a washer and dryer with detergent if you have the need to do laundry. It is NOT expected of you to do any laundry during your stay.
Less than 2 miles away, just across the section, is the Grandview Valley Winery (Family welcome) and Rivendell Whiskey Bar (Adults only). They serve excellent pizza, wine, mixed drinks and specials.
In the winter months, be sure to bring your snowmobile and follow the trails.

The space
You will feel instantly enchanted when you enter this former Bed & Breakfast, recently converted into a Vacation Home Rental. Built in 1919, this charming historic brick building sits among the downtown shops of Redwood Falls.
The front door blends in with the quaint downtown shops of Redwood Falls. Our storefront windows have been frosted over and it is the perfect blend of privacy and natural light for the family room sitting area.
The main level is an open concept family room, dining room and kitchen. From there the choice is yours which direction to explore first.
The Falls Room bedroom is on the main level and has 4 steps at the entrance. The Victoria Room & The Sun Room are upstairs via a steep staircase. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
The Vintage Inn is not childproof, so please watch children very closely. There are a lot of stairways to navigate, decorative furnishings at ground level, and a vinyl record player with a large assortment of records which is for adult guests only.

There are two parking spaces for guests directly behind the building in a paved parking lot. Street parking is available in front of the building, however it can get busy on weekdays, and is not allowed overnight. More public parking lots are located within a few blocks of the building. All parking is free of charge.
Other things to note
There is a steep stairway leading up to bedrooms. Pictures are included. Please do not book if you have trouble with stairs or have mobility concerns.
The Vintage Inn is located on the corner of a downtown street and a main road that is used by many trucks. Vehicle noise is pretty regular which could bother some people. We offer sound machines and ear plugs for those who are light sleepers.
We are only a short walk (or drive) from Ramsey Park - Cansayapi Park which is the largest municipal park in Minnesota. 256 acres of natural beauty with hiking trails, an outdoor zoo, and a picturesque waterfall.
The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Peaceful prairie setting with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Chase lightning bugs, pick fresh rhubarb, apples and black berries. Talk a nature walk on the trails or dip your feet into Pell Creek. You will be amazed at all the stars on those clear nights. Enjoy a game of foosball or air hockey in our cozy basement. Watch for all the different birds who frequent the bird feeders. You will enjoy this property and home!

Other things to note
I no longer use the old farm well for drinking water or for cooking. I have 8-10 gallons of distilled drinking water for your stay. Feel free to bring some personal bottled water if you wish.
Please be extra cautious if you do have a bonfire as the deck wood is old and untreated. There is a nearby water spicket in the corner of the deck to put out the bonfire at the end of the night with the plant watering can. Put someone in charge of putting out the bonfire.
The creek directly below the house can rise quickly with a big rain. Be watchful of your children or pets.
