It's an established Garner neighborhood with shopping & restaurants a short jaunt up the hill. This is a family friendly neighborhood no loud parties allowed but feel free to enjoy the backyard just turn music down after 11pm. It's about 8 to 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh & Wake Med. PNC arena is a 15 to 20 min drive.

Car is recommended as we are about a 10 min walk to public transportation. We are a 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh a 5 min drive to the new Amazon distribution center a 20 min drive to the PNC arena & about 30 min from the Raleigh-Durham airport. Ride shares are available in the area

If you show up with a pet, without prior approval, you will be considered in violation and no exceptions are made to this policy. Certified Service Animals are excluded from the pet fee/policy, however Emotional Support Animals need to be approved by the owner and the pet fee is applicable. For the courtesy of future guests, we DO NOT allow pets on the couch, beds or linens - there will be an extra cleaning charge of $250 (beyond the small approved pet fee) if it is determined they were on the couch, bed, linens or have an accident in the home. We also require the guests to clean up any pet yard waste before check-out by utilizing the supplied pet waste bags and/or 'pooper-scooper.' If our cleaners have to clean the yard after your stay, they do charge an additional $50 that we pass on to the guest. Any damage to the home is evaluated on a case by case basis for extra charges.

Please bring any pet beds, food/water bowls and their special toys, so they are comfortable during their stay! We do have a dog crate at the home that you're more than welcome to use (36" L x 22" W x 23" H).

- "This was a great house to stay in. It was very clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located, being about 15-20 minutes from everything we planned on doing (the NC Natural Science Museum, Art Museum, and Performing Arts Center). The only issue we had is that it's very close to a busy road, so you can hear cars going by all night, but if you're used to that it won't matter. And they provided fans that made a lot of white noise which helped. Overall, we would definitely stay here again the next time we're planning a trip to Raleigh."

The two cozy bedrooms have comfy beds outfitted with fresh linens and 12-inch Memory Foam hybrid plush quilted foam cover mattresses. The rooms also have closets with pocket doors, large windows that provide tons of natural light, and heavy curtains to block out the brightness when you want to sleep in. All linens (including top quilts and duvet covers) are washed thoroughly after each visit. Pillows and mattresses are encased with waterproof and bed bug-proof protectors.

The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two queens. If you have extra guests, the air mattress can be placed in the living room are comfortable sleeping options (sleeps two total) as well as the futon in the four seasons room.

Since it is so close to downtown Raleigh, you can get quick and easy access to some of the best places to visit in town. It is also very close to the Raleigh beltline and I-40, so it is actually pretty quick to get to most everywhere in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary)

Getting around by car is extremely easy. Some of our guests take an Uber/Lyft from the airport. There are also one-man E-scooters that may be available to rent (Search for `Lime` `Spin` or `Bolt` electric scooters online for more info) if you want to try something different.

This “American small house” architecture (also called “Minimal Traditional”) was designed for GIs returning from WW2 in the late 1940s. It was the original `Tiny home,` typically around 750 sqft. It is also typically among the first to be demolished as areas undergo rehabilitation in favor of much larger custom homes to make maximum use of the comparatively large lots.

This style of architecture makes maximum use of every single square foot and uses lots of natural light so that you rarely need to even turn on the lights during the day. It was a precursor to the larger “Ranch” style homes. These homes, especially those that have not undergone extensive modifications, are becoming a bit of a `dying breed` in rapidly growing cities like Raleigh. Peaceful and spacious room with a Roku tv if you just want to relax, or if you're traveling for work a desk and chair in the room will be at your convenience. You can also use the fridge and pantry to store your food if needed. Eating and consumption of beverages (except water) are not permitted inside the bedroom, please use the breakfast table in the kitchen.

Enjoy a walk through the neighborhood to wind down or go for a hike, the Neuse River Greenway trail is just a 10 minutes walk away. Walmart is a mile down the street along with Walgreens, CVS and restaurants . WakeMed Hospital is 3 miles away and Downtown Raleigh is only 5.5 miles away. Walnut Creek Amphitheatre is 6.5 miles away as well as North Hills Raleigh. Also less than 4 miles to Knightdale, 2 miles to I440, 5 miles to I540 and 20 mintues to RDU airport.

Other things to note
I have 2 cats in the house, they are very quiet , and very friendly, you may not even get to see them during your stay. have another room in the house on Airbnb, and the bathroom may be shared with one other person. Driveway parking available. Washer and Dryer also available upon request for a fee. This reservation is for ONE guest only, violation of this rule will result in a $100 fee and you will be asked to leave.

Nice, remodeled rooms with Q-size beds in a great location. Only 15mins from Wake Med, UNC Rex, Duke Raleigh hospital, 40min from Duke and UNC. Nice Big back yard screened in patio for smoking. The rooms range from $770-$810 depending which room you choose. All utilities are included with High-speed internet, keyless entry and Alarm system.

You are only 10-15mins from Wake Med. UNC Rex and Duke Raleigh hospital. 40mins from Duke University (In Durham NC) and UNC hospital (In Chapel ....10min from downtown Raleigh and groceries store with a few places to eat minutes away. There is Street parking.

** This is a small, but comfortable shared home with your own private and spacious bedroom and private bathroom. Brand new queen size bed and mattress and the largest closet in the home! Your private bathroom is across the hall from your bedroom. There is a reading deck outside for you to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine.

** I have one bicycle for guest use

Your bedroom and bathroom, the living room, kitchen (I provide tea and coffee), backyard and reading deck! Please note, working from the kitchen table for a couple hours is no problem at all, but please not all day since this is a common area space.

*** I work from home and keep busy with work. I will be happy to recommend you some great local spots and answer any questions you have, as well as give you all the privacy you need!

The space is great private home. There is a large kitchen stocked with dishes, a fridge, stove and a microwave and dishwasher. Your bedroom is a cozy one. The rooms is furnished with a queen mattress, study table, chair and night stand.

Free street parking. You will have access to a large shared bathroom with two sinks bathtub and shower, plus an additional shared half bathroom also available for use. Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry Room and Backyard.

Note: All guest rooms are on the second floor. We do have a cat in our room downstairs on the first floor. It has never been upstairs or in any of the shared indoor spaces.

We have two cats who stays mostly in our room and outside.
