This lakefront home is affectionately named “Heron’s Landing,” as you’re sure to catch glimpses of Blue Heron coming and going throughout the day! Completely renovated with cottage style charm, the entire home is bright and friendly with large windows and comfortable sitting areas.

The main floor living room offers a wonderful view of the cove and opens out to a covered porch where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner at sunset. The porch also gives you a bird's eye view of the wildlife on the lake including ducks, geese, osprey, blue heron, and water turtles. Almost every room in the house overlooks the lake – this includes two of the three bedrooms, both living areas, and the kitchen.

The spacious TV room downstairs is the perfect place for kids to hang out when they're not in the water and leads out to a covered patio with chairs and a cozy porch swing. The downstairs bedroom offers a great view of the lake and a bit of privacy from the other bedrooms. The laundry room (with a full-size washer and drier) is also on the downstairs level.

Located on a quiet secluded cove, the home is only a few hundred feet from the main channel. With limited water traffic, the cove is the perfect place for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Two kayaks and a paddleboard are always available for guest use. The oversized dock is great for lounging, fishing, playing, and tieing up your boat. A swim ladder provides easy access in and out of the water. Corn hole boards and a hook-ring-toss game are also provided. For some “alone time” escape to the hammock for a nap or retreat to the porch swing with a good book – both in the shade and both overlooking the lake. In the evening after a fun day on the lake, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy the stars!

In addition to the home’s many amenities, Lake Norman State Park is less than two miles away. The park offers 36 miles of a mountain bike and hiking trails, a public boat ramp, and a shallow wading area with a sandy beach for small children. You can also rent pedal boats and canoes at the park.

“Heron's Landing” is just a short drive to area shopping and a quick boat ride to popular waterfront restaurants and attractions. You’ll also want to try a few quaint Troutman restaurants while you’re here.

THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT, PAYMENT OF MONEY, OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL.

1) LIABILITY

Ivy Property Group, LLC. is a Property Management Company. Ivy Property Group, LLC. (Hereinafter the agent) is a real estate agency which brokers short term vacation rental contracts between clients (property owners) and customers (vacation renters). The properties are private homes, condominium units, cottages, and cabins. When you book a property, you enter a real-estate contract with the property owner. Neither the agent nor the owner is responsible or liable for any loss of the renter`s personal property or bodily injury or damage of any nature from any cause to the renter (including his guests, licensees, or invitees). The agent is not responsible for lake conditions, insects, rodents, flies, or other pests, weather conditions, road conditions, power outages, acts of God, criminal activities, economic downturns, political changes, or any other activity, event or condition beyond its control.

2) CHARGES

All reservations require a payment of at least fifty percent (50%) of the reservation total (including the Security Deposit) for confirmation. The balance of the reservation shall be due upon the due date disclosed in the cancellation policy notice on the property page. Reservations made within the final balance due date must be paid in full and charged with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Your reservation becomes a guaranteed reservation upon monies paid on your account that complies with the reservation requirement and final balance due date (restrictions apply). Reservations are subject to a processing fee, applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, other service fees, and damage waiver, among other potential fees. A security deposit may be required.

3) RESPONSIBLE PARTY

The persons whose credit cards are used to pay for the reservation accept responsibility for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, and restrictions. The responsible party must be at least 25 years of age and is required to stay in the property for the time reserved. Aside from normal wear and tear, the responsible party is responsible to pay for any damages to the property or its contents during property possession under the vacation rental agreement. If damages or excessive cleaning appears to be the result of negligent or deliberate actions or omission, the responsible party agrees to a deposit being charged to the credit card to be held in trust until damages are covered. If multiple credit cards are used to pay for the reservation, all card-holders are equally responsible for the total cost and also for damages. The responsible party is liable for damages caused by negligent, intentional, or omitted actions.

BE FAMILIAR WITH THESE TERMS AND SEEK APPROVAL BEFORE BOOKING IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION REGARDING THE APPROPRIATENESS OF YOUR RESERVATION. RESERVATIONS MADE BY PERSONS NOT MEETING THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT, OR RESERVATIONS BOOKED FOR A PROHIBITED INTENDED USE, MAY FORFEIT ALL MONEY PAID TOWARD THE RESERVATION.

4) DAMAGE INSURANCE

All reservations require purchase of Damage Insurance
**I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

5) CLERICAL ERRORS

The agent reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the house was erroneously priced, made available for fewer nights than the minimum allowed by the owner, or other clerical errors. If the reservation is canceled because of a clerical error, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Clerical errors are rare. To avoid the potential of cancellation under this policy, you may ask for a review and confirmation of your reservation.

6) CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel within 60 days of your arrival to receive a full refund if you book directly with Ivy Property Group, LLC. If you book on VRBO, Airbnb or another platform the cancellation stands under the platform's cancellation policy.

7) RENTAL CAPACITY

Please check the number of people each property sleeps as detailed in the online property description. The maximum occupancy stated on the property page represents the MAXIMUM number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property. Please provide our office with the names and ages of all the people who will accompany you to this rental. You will be prompted to comply with this requirement via email.

8) EVENTS, GATHERINGS FOR UNRELATED GROUPS, AND HOUSE PARTIES WARNING

Properties are available for lodging accommodations. We do not offer properties as event venues. We do not rent for house parties or events that include accommodating more than the published maximum occupancy. Gatherings and reservations hosting unrelated groups must be approved. Certain conditions may apply. If your plans include a gathering or involve hosting occupants whose age range and make-up may be construed as a gathering, please seek approval before booking the property. Acceptable arrangements are determined at the sole discretion of Ivy Property Group, LLC. Reservations that appear to include an unapproved gathering may be canceled. The cancellation policy would apply.

We had the unfortunate event of losing power after a huge storm rolled through. The property manager/home owners were very responsive. Freshly updated 2100 square foot cottage with breathtaking main channel views of Lake Norman. There are two covered deck spaces for dining, relaxing, and enjoying all the views that the lake has to offer. If you have a boat, bring your own and park it at the dock. If you need a rental, there are several places we recommend on the lake to rent one for the week. We also have outdoor seating on the dock to relax and unwind. The home comes with 2 kayaks, a canoe, a large floating mat, and several smaller floats for you to enjoy.

Below the deck, this home offers a small goldfish pond with a waterfall feature which adds the serene and relaxing sounds after an exciting day on the lake. We also offer a firepit area to close out the perfect day on Lake Norman.

There are two king bedrooms and one room with a bunk bed of twins and a single twin bed. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs den. All of our bedrooms have memory foam mattresses and luxurious high-thread-count sheets for the ultimate good night's rest. Both of the king bedrooms come with attached bathrooms.

The home features two dens, one upstairs and one downstairs. Enjoy some Netflix on our 4 smart TVs, as well as high-speed internet throughout the house to log in to your Disney, Hulu, Prime, etc and stream your favorite series or movies.

The upstairs family room/dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize the beauty of the outdoors. The galley kitchen is well stocked for the cook in the family to host a spectacular meal after a fun-filled day making memories on the water. Take a stroll through the grape vineyard, where you will also enjoy seeing--or tasting from--blueberry bushes, as well as an apple tree. The yard is a mixture of woodsy parts, and landscaped parts, each offering areas to sit and take in the gorgeous lake.

On the dock or in the water are a multitude of toys to use. We have provided for you a canoe, 2 kayaks and all kinds of floating fun including a few pretty amazing towables that are there to enjoy! Badmitten, volleyball, ride on toys for the little ones and much more awaits you on land.

The design of this home was done in a way that it takes advantage of the property. A lake view can be enjoyed from all 4 bedrooms as well as all the living areas. A very delightful and well designed 2 story screened in patio anchors one side of the house. It gives an extremely relaxing area to enjoy the scenery where you can take your choice on rocking chairs, a swinging bench, or a few comfy chairs that fill this charming space.

The 4 bedrooms in the home offer a few options in bedding. The upstairs is a master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a door leading out to an open 2nd floor deck. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. The 1st, contains a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a door leading to the 1st floor screened in patio. The 2nd, is very child friendly offering a triple bunkbed and a queen bed, Along with the multitude of beds, this room has an eclectic grouping of toys that will please any younger children. The 3rd has a queen bed. The room has a wonderful abundance of natural light with a beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows. There is also a door that leads to the downstairs patio with a swinging bench and rocking chair.

The game-room allows you to have a wonderful lakeside view while playing on the pool table, game table, or enjoying the arcade game console which features favorites such as Frogger, Galaga, Pacman, and many more.

The bright and beautiful living area has the homes only TV where you can enjoy movies while still having spectacular views through the many windows and doors that fill this space. The TV has basic cable. A DVD player is available for you to utilize. In addition, movies and shows can be streamed via ChromeCast or Apple TV. The living area contains many board games, card games, and interesting books to fill in those relaxing nights after days of lake fun. Outside the living area, kitchen area, and dining area is a roomy deck where meals can be eaten or just relax in the many chairs available. LOCATION and COMFORT: Lake front on a deep water cove with room for a boat and excellent swimming. This 2023 lake house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 baths with 2 private bedrooms with king beds and 1 private bedroom with 2 XLong twins comfortable for up to 6 adults or a family. We know the key to a good vacation is getting rest and being able to enjoy the day ahead and the house breaths comfort.

This open concept lake house has plenty of space for cooking, reading and watching a movie with 4 TVs. The 3 season screened in porch has a dining table with 8 chairs and a fabulous view of the aqua green deep water cove and dock.

Start the day on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the cardinals and yellow finch fly about. You may see a fawn getting breakfast or the harmless Pike Nose turtle, as nature abounds and helps to set the calm tone for a lake inspired day ahead.

The house is equipped with most amenities including a beverage refrigerator, hp printer, slow-cooker, Insta-pot, blender, toaster oven, 2 drip coffee makers, hand mixer and Corelle-ware for 12. Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided along with 2 fans and a blow dryer and 4 lifejackets suitable for children. If you need to do a load of laundry, there is a washer and dryer for guest convenience. At the end of the day, pour your favorite beverage and gather on the porch for a relaxing time before dinner. Note: there is an electric smoker and small charcoal grill, no fire pit.

The house is on an incline with a new sturdy staircase from the sun deck right to the dock and there is a gravel rock path from the house to the dock. Once you're on the dock you can enjoy the view out the cove, the large calm swimming area, safe for children with no wake and a relaxed atmosphere (there is a ladder on the dock to enter the water, no beach).

The water at Lake Norman in the summer is warm and inviting. Bring a boat or rent one from our referral with Mike and Kimberly at UD Boat rentals (we can provide contact information). The rental will be at the dock waiting for you with their no hassle use plan. Go tubing, skiing, knee boarding or just explore with a pontoon boat. If you are here to fish, rent a boat and troll the coves around LKN State Park which is directly across from our cove. If you are bringing your own boat, let us know so we have a slip ready.

Cool weather and fall foliage is spectacular on the lake. The house is very comfortable for family gatherings year round. Hiking/biking at both the local LKN State Park (2.5 miles away) or in the nearby foothills are well worth the trip. Spring at LKN is beautiful. The yard is full of forsythia, holly, azalea and many NC wild flowers. The water is warm enough to swim in May but kayaking is fantastic when the weather is cool. There is a small island and sand bar between the cove and the LKN State Park that is great for exploring. Troutman (6 miles) is a small town away from the crowds of Mooresville. There is a everything needed to make your stay convenient: Food Lion Grocery, Troutman Bakery, Pat's Place ice cream, Randy's BBQ, Dunkin Donuts/ Your Place Coffee House, farmers market, Dollar General, 4 gas stations, Bait and Tackle shop, Walgreens, ABC Liquor, Dominos Pizza, Truist Bank, US Post Office, library and plenty more. We are 4 miles from Chickadee Farms wedding and event venue, 5 miles to Daveste Vineyards.

(1)Primary tenant for all reservations will be required to review and sign the North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, which will be provided to you electronically after reservation has been booked.
(2) Primary tenant must be 25 years of age will be required to provide a copy of their driver’s license to complete the reservation .
(3) The Administration Fee included with your reservation through AirBnB provides property damage protection for your visit. This fee is required and is in addition to, if applicable, any security deposit that has also been captured.
(4) This is a NON SMOKING unit.
(5) House parties, subletting, wedding parties and receptions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction of the Tenant and all occupants. Parties are cause for immediate expulsion and forfeiture of any payments. No refunds will be given.
(6) The following is a clarification of our cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellations at least sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date will be entitled to a full refund less Administration Fee; initial reservation payment will be refunded within thirty (30) days of written cancellation notice. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeit of the initial reservation fee payment unless a new reservation is secured with another Tenant - less Administration Fee. (7) Daily Maid Services is not provided. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
(8) Insurance: Tenant acknowledges that Owner’s insurance does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, war, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall Landlord be held liable for such losses. Tenant is hereby advised to obtain his own insurance policy to cover any personal losses.
(9) Water Danger: Tenant acknowledges that this home is situated directly on a lake. This large body of water has many inherent dangers associated with it. Tenant acknowledges that Agent and owner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries arising from use of the lake.
(10) If due to circumstances beyond Real Estate Agency’s control, the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable, a refund shall be given to the Tenant of all payments made by the Tenant. Real Estate Agency will not be liable for any damages of any sort incurred by Tenant as a result of such cancellation.
(11) No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, weather related travel delays, Internet outage, Cable/Satellite TV outage or construction at adjacent properties.

In addition to the game room, the house comes with many classic favorite board games when you want a change from lake activities.

On the lower level of the house, you’ll find a second living area with patio access and a view of the expansive yard leading to the lake. The downstairs living area includes a large flatscreen smart TV, a Classic Ms. Pac-Man 14-in-1 Arcade Machine, and a nine-foot shuffleboard table. You'll also find a queen bedroom with lake views, a bunk bedroom to sleep four with lake views, and another bedroom to accommodate three. The lower level has two full baths for guests’ convenience.

The outside area of Tranquil Cove offers a patio terrace with overhead accent lighting, a 42” propane fire pit table with Adirondack and chaise lounge chairs. There is enough parking for about 6 vehicles and long enough for a boat trailer on the concrete driveway. A newly installed 40 Amp EV Charger is attached to the side of the garage.

Lake Norman State Park is a very short drive from Tranquil Cove, approximately 4 miles.
This beautiful park offers more than 1,900 acres for you to explore with activities including 38 miles of hiking trails, 30.5 miles of bike trails, paddling, swimming, fishing, and picknicking.

Boat rentals are available (message us about a boat when you book). With over 500 miles of shoreline, many waterfront restaurants to explore and the proximity of Lake Norman State Park, a boat rental may be on your list.
This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 12.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific depth of water at this property but parking a boat and swimming shouldn't be a problem.

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

This is a kid friendly and pet friendly barn apartment on a private horse farm. The apartment has one king bed, one twin bed, one sectional couch and a loveseat. There is a full kitchen, 3 bathroom sinks, 1 shower and 1 shower bath combo.

This is not a 5 star condo. It is a barn apartment on a horse farm that is cleaned to the best of my abilities. It is great for families needing space for travel, couples looking for a quiet getaway, people that love animals and find joy waking up to see them, and those that want a country setting with some peace and quiet. It has seen a little wear and tear. Please do not sign up if you're nose is in the air or you are expecting a 5 star condo (it's not!), but if you LOVE ❤️ animals and you want to spend time with horses please do! No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

The space
Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac down a private quiet gravel street within a 10 minute drive of Lake Norman State Park (see below for additional detail). Tremendous water views on 2 sides of the property with beautiful sunsets from the deck or dock. Both an outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows by the water and an indoor fire place for the chilly nights.

The main living/dining area is spacious with vaulted ceilings & 2 sliding glass doors that open to the deck. Deck has beautiful, but private views of the lake due to gorgeous old trees. We have a matching green sofa, love-seat, an over-sized chair for comfortable seating. Although there is no formal dining area, we have ample outdoor seating and a nice long bar setup inside.

The Kitchen is small but fully stocked as if you wish to prepare your own meals. The Kitchen has relatively new sink, stove, microwave, and fridge. The Kitchen does not a dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms (two queens & one bunk bed) with 2 full baths. The bedrooms are situated on the back end of the house.

Outdoors, we have a charcoal grill for cookouts.

Bring your own boat or jet ski or rent from one of the locals marinas. Some life jackets & swim toys/floats are provided.

We hope that you will enjoy our home but if you need to venture out we are only 20 minutes to Mooresville with a vast array of shopping, restaurants, & activities for the entire family.

Lake Norman State Park is within 10 minutes of our home and includes a popular mountain biking network, a swim beach, boat ramp for fishing and sports, a family campground, restrooms and fireplace.

This lakefront home is affectionately named “Heron’s Landing,” as you’re sure to catch glimpses of Blue Heron coming and going throughout the day! Completely renovated with cottage style charm, the entire home is bright and friendly with large windows and comfortable sitting areas.

The space
The main floor living room offers a wonderful view of the cove and opens out to a covered porch where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner at sunset. The porch also gives you a bird's eye view of the wildlife on the lake including ducks, geese, osprey, blue heron, and water turtles. Almost every room in the house overlooks the lake – this includes two of the three bedrooms, both living areas, and the kitchen.


The spacious TV room downstairs is the perfect place for kids to hang out when they're not in the water and leads out to a covered patio with chairs and a cozy porch swing. The downstairs bedroom offers a great view of the lake and a bit of privacy from the other bedrooms. The laundry room (with a full-size washer and drier) is also on the downstairs level.


Located on a quiet secluded cove, the home is only a few hundred feet from the main channel. With limited water traffic, the cove is the perfect place for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Two kayaks and a paddleboard are always available for guest use. The oversized dock is great for lounging, fishing, playing, and tieing up your boat. A swim ladder provides easy access in and out of the water. Corn hole boards and a hook-ring-toss game are also provided. For some “alone time” escape to the hammock for a nap or retreat to the porch swing with a good book – both in the shade and both overlooking the lake. In the evening after a fun day on the lake, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy the stars!

In addition to the home’s many amenities, Lake Norman State Park is less than two miles away. The park offers 36 miles of a mountain bike and hiking trails, a public boat ramp, and a shallow wading area with a sandy beach for small children. You can also rent pedal boats and canoes at the park.



“Heron's Landing” is just a short drive to area shopping and a quick boat ride to popular waterfront restaurants and attractions. You’ll also want to try a few quaint Troutman restaurants while you’re here.

Our home is the perfect place for families, couples, and friends! We comfortably sleep up to 12 guests and have 3 full baths. You’ll find something for everyone here… hang out in one of the two living rooms or screened in porch, get competitive at our game table, go for a ride on the lake in the kayak or on the paddleboard, watch the sunset from the rocking chairs on the deck, or enjoy some outdoor air around our firepit!

The main level of the house features three full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a dining room that sits up to 10 people, a smaller dining table off the kitchen that sits 4, two living rooms, and a kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances. There's also a screened in porch off the larger living room facing the lake. In the living rooms you'll find gas fireplaces and large screen smart TVs. The first bedroom in the main level has a king size bed, dresser, and night stands. The second bedroom has a king bed, a chest of drawers, and night stands. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a night stand.

The second floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed and a balcony. There is also a full bathroom, and the laundry room with top of the line washer and dryer. The third floor features a day bed with trundle that also sleeps 2.

All linens are supplied and are all bleached and sanitized after every renter!

Spend your summer vacation with friends and family at Whitetail Cove! This 2-level home has plenty of space for large groups, sleeping 20!

The main level features a large living room with a sectional, chair, and TV to catch a game. Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining room with a large farm table seating 12 with two large benches! All guests will enjoy the large, fully stocked kitchen to prep all your group meals. If you need to feed the kiddos while cooking, there is a table in the kitchen seating 6.

Off the kitchen is one of two sun rooms with a bistro table for 4 and a couch. This is the perfect location for your morning joe or evening adult beverage.

There is one bedroom on the main level. The primary ensuite features a king bed. The sunroom is off the primary and has chairs, a love seat, and a bistro table for two, overlooking the pool and lake!

The office has a pull-out queen sofa that sleeps two more. A half bath and laundry room round out the main level.

The lower level features 5 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms and a second kitchen, bar & rec room. There are plenty of options for fun or relaxation on the lower level. The bar/pub room is perfect for evening activities since it's right off the pool deck. This space has seating for 4 at the bar with a high top table featuring an additional 4 seats, all with great views of the TV. The second kitchen is perfect for prepping meals to eat outside - a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and a tall table with 8 seats.

The rec room has three different areas for entertainment: the pool table with a ping-pong topper, foosball, and a card table. In the middle are two couches, and the third area has a large Lazy Boy couch with a TV. All areas are great for your whole group, with plenty of space to spread out!

In the five bedrooms on the lower level, we are first greeted with a bunk room. The bunk room has two twin over full bunk beds, a half bath, and a laundry room. The remaining rooms are all en suites. There is a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two queen beds, and a king suite. One last bedroom, the lower level primary, features a king with a twin daybed and trundle sleeping four.

The house is fully stocked and ready for your group of 20 to sleep comfortably, but we have saved the best for last—outside. The large dock with a swimming platform and spacious seating area is a great way to spend the day. Oh, wait...maybe the brand new pool is where you want to be while they are boating on the lake or biking along the trails of Lake Norman State Park, which is right down the street!

The main level includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and walk-in shower. Sunrise lake views will greet your mornings
from several of the rooms in this home, including this one.
The main level living area and kitchen provide you with more beautiful lake views throughout the day with wall-to-wall windows. This floor also has a ½ bath for easy convenience from the living and dining areas. A large flat-screen TV is mounted to the stack stone fireplace for easy viewing. Attached to the main level from the kitchen is a great screened porch with a dining area and seating for 10. The screened porch has a ceiling fan, lake views, and opens to the main level deck. This floor is also where you'll find the laundry room and game room garage.
Tranquil Cove’s deck features a Weber gas grill, Bistro table, chairs, and bench all with lake views.

The upper level is a private second master suite with reading nook and ensuite bathroom that includes a newly remodeled walk-in shower.

The attached double garage is climate-controlled with its own heating and air system and has been converted into a “lake house game room” with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, dual basketball arcade, large flat screen smart tv, refrigerator, and more!
In addition to the game room, the house comes with many classic favorite board games when you want a change from lake activities.

On the lower level of the house, you’ll find a second living area with patio access and a view of the expansive yard leading to the lake. The downstairs living area includes a large flatscreen smart TV, a Classic Ms. Pac-Man 14-in-1 Arcade Machine, and a nine-foot shuffleboard table. You'll also find a queen bedroom with lake views, a bunk bedroom to sleep four with lake views, and another bedroom to accommodate three. The lower level has two full baths for guests’ convenience.

The outside area of Tranquil Cove offers a patio terrace with overhead accent lighting, a 42” propane fire pit table with Adirondack and chaise lounge chairs. There are yard games and a private dock to moor a boat and jet ski. You will also find 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 2 paddleboards for your use with easy access to launch them from their storage rack. New fully fenced yard (except lakeside) to keep the pets contained, but with plenty of room to roam.

There is enough parking for about 6 vehicles and long enough for a boat trailer on the concrete driveway. A newly installed 40 Amp EV Charger is attached to the side of the garage.

Lake Norman State Park is a very short drive from Tranquil Cove, approximately 4 miles.
This beautiful park offers more than 1,900 acres for you to explore with activities including 38 miles of hiking trails, 30.5 miles of bike trails, paddling, swimming, fishing, and picknicking.

Pontoon boat rentals are available - Send us a message when booking your stay for more info! With over 500 miles of shoreline, many waterfront restaurants to explore and the proximity of Lake Norman State Park, a boat rental may be on your list.

As you enter into the front door, you will see a living room with a stunning stone fireplace, beautiful sky lights, a large chandelier and comfortable seating. We have a custom map of Lake Norman and our property on the wall. Leather sectional with a 65 inch 4k Roku TV. There is a formal dining area with seating for 10.

The kitchen is attached to the formal dining and is fully stocked with full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher & many smaller appliances such as Keurig coffee machine, Ninja blender, George Forman Grill, toaster and many more. There are pots, pans, baking sheets and enough dinnerware for 16 guests. There's a wine cooler as well as wine glasses and wine bottle opener. Home also has all children needs such as a full-high chair, children-ware & pack-n-play.

As you wrap around the kitchen you will find an informal dining area with seating for 6 people and another living room with leather sectional, 55 inch 4k Roku TV, X-box 360 & Blu-ray player. There is a half-bath on main floor with a full-size washer & dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There is an ironing board and iron available.

Off the second living room is the entrance to an incredible game room that has been completely remodeled and includes an 8 foot pool table, Joola ping pong table, Air hockey table, shuffleboard, skeeball, dual basketball shooting & another 65 inch 4k Roku TV. There is also 2 Arcades with 26 Arcade games including Mortal Kombat, Ms. Pac-man & Galaga


★ UPSTAIRS ★

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bathroom is located at the top of the stairs and has a tub/shower combo.

The primary bedroom has a beautiful view over Lake Norman. It is has a very comfortable King-size bed, 4k Roku TV & Blu-ray player. There is a private large bathroom that has a Jacuzzi-tub with a sky light above the tub. There is a large walk-in closet w/ separate toilet room and stunning stand-up shower.

The second bedroom upstairs has a very comfortable Dyonery 14 Inch King Mattress, 4k Roku TV, closet and beautiful view over Lake Norman.

The third bedroom upstairs is cozy with a 14 inch Superior Hybrid Queen Mattress, closet, and another beautiful view over Lake Norman.

★ DOWNSTAIRS ★

Downstairs has 3 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom. It also includes a mixed-use room with a treadmill looking over Lake Norman, a nice size desk & chair and even a piano!

The largest bedroom downstairs is our incredible kids room. There is a custom made bunk bed with 2 14 inch comfortable Queen mattresses at the bottom and 2 twin mattresses on the top. There is a large 5 foot slide coming down off the top bed. There is another 4k Roku TV in the bedroom and even a fun "party area" behind the slide for the kids.

There are 2 smaller bedrooms with queen mattresses located downstairs. There's also a smaller bathroom with a stand-up shower for the downstairs guests to use.

★ OUTSIDE TOUR ★

As you drive up to the property, you will notice many of the outside games located in the front yard. The property is very large and includes the right side of the driveway. There is parking for 6 vehicles comfortably. The pickleball/basketball court is located at the end of the driveway. To the right are the putt putt, fire pit, trampoline, outdoor bowling & mega chess set. The playground is right in the front yard.

As you walk off the main level there is a large deck which includes an outdoor kitchen table with umbrella. There is also a gas grill w/ grilling supplies and propane grill supplies. There is a 6 person brand-new hot tub located on the deck where you can relax looking over Lake Norman and the pool.
The backyard is completely fenced in and is very pet friendly. The salt-water pool has very safe fencing around it to keep pets and kids off. The pool has a large concrete epoxy decking with a brand new pool slide and several games for the pool. Pool is open April 15th - October 31st. It is covered when not in use. Hot Tub is open all year round.

At the end of the backyard is the dock that was recently renovated and dredged. It's deep water and can handle almost all types of boats. There is a fish feeder & rod holders to help keep the fish happy. Fish feeder runs in the summer time every 2 hours typically and will help make fishing funner. We have very affordable boat rental options for all guests where a boat and/or wave runner is delivered to the dock the night before you need it and picked up from our dock.

Please also note there are no parties or loud music allowed at this property. It’s a very quiet area and we need to be respectful of neighbors.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.
