This lovely 1900's duplex offers a 3 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath Townhome, located on Historic old Main St. Main St. is now a dead, end which ends at Talcott Ravine park. This is a quiet, historic area, but close to everything. Three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The 1 st floor... kitchen has a large pantry with washer dryer. There is a formal dining room, a large living room and a 1/2 bath. We provide quality bedding and towels as well as all the basics.
Lots to see and do. Hiking trails, great restaurants, shopping, summer outdoor concerts and many seasonal activities. This is a quiet neighborhood, no parties please. Parking in driveway for 2 cars, 1 behind the other. Overflow parking available at request.

Enjoyed the living and dining room combined area for family meals. Communication with manager was good. They were very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with household needs (except bath towels). The place was clean, but is in need of some updating. The carpets were older and had stains, the dressers had stains, the walls were stained and had a lot of old pictures holes, etc. There is not AC in the 2nd bedroom. Small bedroom near the Tankerhoosen river in Vernon, CT. The house was built in 1802 and has been remodeled by the neighbors. We are also located near a main strip in Vernon/Manchester with tons of shops and grocery stores.

The space
It's a 200 yr old home that was modernized in 2012. This room is the closest remnant to the year 1802, with a few canted floorboards and narrow steep stairs to get here. We look out on Tankerhoosen river, and we have a canue if you want to ply the slow-moving pand across the street.

Share kitchen with three other long-term tenants and a possible other AirBnB guest. Share bath with one other (34 yr old male).

Guests have access to the entire property and have the added privacy of separate driveway access from the road. Access is controlled by a Schlage smart electronic lock system. Personalized entry codes are sent to guests prior to their arrival. Check in may be as early as 3pm on your day of arrival, but because it is an electronic lock, guests may arrive anytime after 3pm as schedules permit.

The only restricted areas in the house are two storage closets in the loft and one storage closet on the ground floor. All other areas of the house and property are open to guest use.

Vernon Connecticut boasts miles of natural hiking and biking trails as well as several beautiful parks. Vernon (and the surrounding towns of Manchester and South Windsor) have excellent dining options ranging from formal to casual bar-pub.
