Welcome to our charming lake-house in the heart of Amston, CT! This cozy retreat is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. The house offers a comfortable interior for essential living space, but the house also offers a beautiful screened in porch, which includes a sectional and porch swing where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoors without the outdoor pests. This house is one of the best I have to offer, as it's truly a relaxing getaway! One thing I did want to mention, is that unfortunately, many cell phone carriers offer a weak signal in this area if you're not connected to Wi-Fi. The house does have Wi-Fi, but you should expect your cell phone to have a weak signal outside of the houses Wi-Fi network. I actually feel it helps you truly unplug and spend time with friends and family, but I do like to mention as a caution.

The kitchen had all the small appliances you could need, and top notch major appliances. The back deck is so inviting with views of the tall trees- fall colors were beautiful! The area was mostly quiet- with a little bit of typical neighborhood noise- dogs, lawn mowers, but that was OK bc it felt like you lived there. Spend some time at the newly renovated Bungalow, offering 2 queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, state of the art kitchen and large open living area overlooking the lake. The Bungalow has a chef's dream of a kitchen, with it's soapstone countertop, generous spice selection, coffee bar, small appliance cabinet and griddle/gas range.

The large open space lends itself to enjoying friends and family, all overlooking the tranquil lake. Enjoy a drink on the deck, go for a hike/walk, or have a wonderful day of kayaking and/or paddleboarding. We offer two tandem kayaks, two single kayaks, and a tandem stand or sit paddleboard for your enjoyment. You can paddle for miles in the lake or up the Willimantic River. Keep an eye out for turtles! Bring a fishing pole and bait and reel in a large or small mouthed bass! (Fishing license required )

If fishing and kayaking are not your thing, we have tons of outdoor games. Cornhole, horseshoes, badminton, and volleyball, just to name a few! In addition, there are miles of walking trails starting right down the road.

Coventry is known for its antique shops and restaurants. Once you've shopped 'til you've dropped, head back to The Bungalow to enjoy the firepit. Share a few stories and a few drinks. Once you are ready for bed, you will be sleeping on hotel quality beds and linens.

Welcome to Panorama! We named our lakefront house panorama because back in the 1930s when the lots were first created they named ours “Panorama” for the panoramic views it has of Coventry Lake! Not to mention the house is located directly in front of the sandbar, so you are always right in the middle of all the action!

When you walk in the kitchen will greet you with vaulted ceilings and wood beams. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, and plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware.

The kitchen then opens up to the main living space with two large sliding glass doors looking out to the lake. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed and both loveseats pull out to a twin size bed. We have sheets for these extra beds but please bring blankets and pillows if you plan to use them! There is also an electric fireplace in the living room for those cozy winter days!

A dinning area is nestled in the corner with a circle table large enough to fit 6.

The downstairs bedroom has a twin trundle bed as well as a tv. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and lake views.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large sliding glass door that leads you out to the upper deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail with a panoramic birds eye view of Coventry Lake! Please note there is a window with shutters in the master bedroom that can be unlatched and opened to the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen. Please do not leave unattended young children in this room.

The double sliding glass doors in the living room lead you out to the lower deck, which also provides expansive views of the lake. We have a farmhouse table as well as a high top table and chairs on the lower deck so you will never be without a seat! New outdoor TV on lower deck. The deck leads you to the level grass area where you can play yard games or lay out on one of our loungers.

There are stairs at the sea wall that lead down to our 45 foot long private sandy beach! We have a deck box with sand toys, some beach chairs, floats etc. there is also another table with chairs on our beach as well as a fire pit.

For water toys we have a canoe, paddle board and 2 hydro-bikes for guest use as well as a floating raft to jump off of!

Private parking lot that fits 4 cars comfortably.

- "Our stay was ok. The cottage is a little outdated but the location is great. You can walk a few steps and you can enjoy the lake view. We didn't do any kayaking. Coventry town is pretty small and not much to do for middle-aged people. We tried to find the waterfalls, but a few of them were dams, not natural ones. The wineries are another option, but the one near town was just a plain one on a flat land. Be aware of the pet fee of $100 that they charge you, even though we advised them that our dog was a service animal."

Lake front, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath. This house is recently remodeled. It has a new kitchen with all new appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked to host large groups. There is also a new outdoor patio and kitchen. with new outdoor kitchen and patio. All bathrooms and bedrooms are remodeled. Beds, pillows, sheets, etc. are all new. First floor has the kitchen, full bath, living room and a bedroom with a queen bed. Second floor has one very large bedroom with 4 day-beds which sleeps 8 and another bedroom with a queen bed plus a full size bathroom and laundry. Any questions, use "ask owner a question" button.

Home and furnishing are like new. Huge Master br with amazing views of pristine waters. Jacuzzi tub 🛀 and dual sinks in bath. Paved parking area goes right to front door. Grassy areas for play. Great location between Hartford💃🏼 and Willimantic🐸💕. UConn🐺⛹🏼‍♀️ and Jorgensen are 20 mins away. Ocean beaches are 45 minutes. Beautiful views, amazing fishing, hiking👫, kayaking, biking🚴🏼‍♀️and sailing, ice fishing, star gazing ☄️🌠and skating all right at your doorstep. Quiet neighborhood great for romantic strolls and hikes. Near Gay City park. Lake community is quiet, no motors allowed on the water.
