Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. The house is in a very good location. Lots of books, no TV. A piano.
The kitchen can be used by guests to heat their meals or prepare simple dishes. As it is a shared kitchen, I ask that guests not use it to prepare sophisticated meals, or to cook foods with strong smells (stir-fried meats, fish or fried vegetables such as onions should be avoided).
You can store your purchases or dishes to be heated in the refrigerator.
I don't make breakfast, and don't provide food, but bring your coffee or tea and you can use the kettle and coffee maker as well as the dishes.
