Located on the top floor of a large Victorian house, this lovely spacious room is just a 10 minute walk from Ventnor town and 15 minutes from Ventnor and Bonchurch seafront.
The room is offered on a room only basis and we do not have any facilities to offer food however tea and coffee facilities are available.

5 minutes by bus from ferry terminal to Southampton or 15 minute walk.

The space
We offer a warm, comfortable space, centrally located, and designed with visiting professionals in mind, to offer a home-from-home and a real alternative to the restrictions of hotel living.

Guests have their own front door key and room key, to come and go as you please.

We hope you will enjoy the little touches - dimmable lights, USB sockets in each room, TV, anti-mist mirrors in the two luxury bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space (and hangers!)!

Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen diner with allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space, plus use of a washing machine.

Kitchen Diner - fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, 2 x fridges (1 fridge is shared between two rooms) and freezer (1 dedicated drawer per room). All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc are provided. Each room also has a large dedicated storage drawer plus allocated cabinet space for storage.
There is a sociable dining table in the kitchen, with a USB socket right next to the table, perfect to sit and catch up on some work over a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

A washing machine is also provided for guest use.

During your stay
We live off-site but we are always available by phone, text and email should there be any queries or problems. We are only a 10-minute drive away, so readily to hand in case of any issues.

We will also meet you on arrival for check-in, to welcome you, show you around and to answer any questions you might have.

We have a large 3 storey house a short walk to Cowes town centre for sailing. You would have your own lounge with smart tv with Netflix and fast wi fi, you would share the kitchen, lounge bathrooms etc with owners. We will provide a hearty continental breakfast but cannot provide other meals but you are welcome to cook.Each room has a safe and small TV, fast WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities.This is our home so there is a lot of the usual clutter we are clean and tidy and welcoming to all

The space
We are very convenient for Cowes town for sailing etc about a 5 minute walk, you are free to use all the facilities that we have. We have just had a total refurbishment with new electrics, central heating, replastered and a new shower room plus new carpet throughout.Room 1 has a double and a single bed, rm 2 has a single bed and room 3 has a double and a single bed and room 4 has a double and a single bed .We provide a bath sheet and hand towel for each person and there is a hair dryer in each room we also provide individual shower gel shampoo and conditioner also there are tea and coffee making facilities in every room and we now have an echo dot in each bedroom and a smart tv.You have your own lounge with smart tv we want you to feel at home so if you want to lie on the sofa watching TV feel free. For breakfast there is a selection of cereal, toast and crumpets a wide selection of jams etc, fruit and fruit juice, we are very flexible about time but if we have other guests due that day we would ask you to vacate your rooms by 11am you would be free to use the lounge . There is a locked shed in the garden for bikes.

You can use all the kitchen equipment, washing machine tumble dryer etc, there is a gas barbecue should you want to use it, in the rare event of warm sunny weather

We both work so may or may not be around, you have your own lounge but we are happy to help you in any way we can.

In your lounge you have smart tv with Netflix and fast broadband ,we are very laid back the only thing we expect is that you always lock up going out and coming in.There are tea and coffee making facilities in your rooms .If you have any dietary restrictions let us know so that we can provide a choice for you. Please be aware that if you are booking for seven 3 of the beds are doubles. If the calendar looks booked please ask as we have 3 rooms. We are very open to having long term guests the single room would be ideal for this and we would be happy to negotiate a special rate. We are providing PPE for guests and the house has been deep cleaned in line with Airbnb policy

We have a large three storey house a short walk to Cowes centre for sailing etc. You would have a separate lounge just for guests with smart tv, Netflix and wi fi,you would share the other facilities with owners and other possible guests.
You are welcome to cook etc, you have tea and coffee making facilities in your bedroom and a hearty continental breakfast but cannot provide other meals due to work. This is our home please expect the usual household items but we are clean and welcoming to all.

Other things to note
We are only five minutes from Cowes high street with all the yacht clubs pubs etc but far enough away not to get the noise. We are also very close to Siemens plessey, GKN and Gurit . Osborne House home to Queen Victoria is only a short distance over the floating bridge in East Cowes the house and grounds are a wonderful place to visit.If you are catching the red jet to Cowes walk through the high street when you reach the police station walk up the hill if we are able we could pick you up .If you have any dietary restrictions let us know we can then provide a choice for you. Please be aware if you are booking for seven 3 of the beds are doubles. If the calendar looks booked please try us first as we have 3 rooms to let. Our lovely beachfront huts offer a comfortable and private base for making the most of the beautiful coast!

Please note that our beach huts are for day use only and overnight stays are not permitted. Additionally, while Airbnb's listing options may suggest otherwise, the hut does not include a kitchen or toilet. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not have a specific category for beach huts. But there are toilets a very short walk away.

Bembridge is a small coastal village on the eastern side of the Isle of Wight, and claims to be the largest in England, with 4,000 residents. With local supermarkets, unique independent shops, several restaurants, a bakery, butcher and fishmonger, it is well serviced. There are 3 beaches, the Ledge, Lane End and Bembridge, with lots of rockpools and stunning views, where you can explore, walk and swim. We have a local RNLI boat station and the well-known Bembridge Windmill.

The space
There is a separate shower/toilet for your private use and your room has a kettle, tea/coffee/biscuits/milk/sugar and small fridge where you can store any chilled products.

You will have your own access in and out from your room, and have full use of a shower room.

Other things to note
In light of the current COVID19 pandemic, we have introduced a two day cleaning window between stays, in order to keep both our clients and ourselves safe.

The room will be fully aired and cleaned according to the COVID19 pandemic cleaning guidelines. During this period, although you are very welcome, we will not be greeting you in person, however will give you access to the room via our Key Box outside the room. We will not carry out our normal room cleaning during your stay and would ask that you strip the bed. Breakfast will be served on a small table outside the room and we will knock when it is ready. Please ensure that you leave promptly at 10.00 am on the day of your departure, replace the key in the Key Box.
