Located in a secluded cul de sac right in the heart of Clarenville. You can begin a Hike or walk on the Trail located on our back property ( this trail connects to the provincial trailway, used by walkers, atv and snowmobile use, skiing, and more). Bare mountain is also close by (walking distance). Also a man made (200 feet) cave (an abandoned slate quarry mine) is within an half an hour drive in beautiful Hickmans Harbour, on Random Island. Another excursion is the American plane crash site at Burgoynes Cove (another half an hour drive). For adventurous hikers there is Centre Hill located at Sunnyside, another half an hour away. (Centre Hill is the largest mountain in Eastern NL).

Guest can use patio and patio furniture when in season. BBQ is owners personal property it's off limits.

Other things to note
Absolutely no animals, smoking on premises or vaping in apartment allowed under and circumstances or any loud noise after 11pm.

All of our amenities all depends on how long of stay and how many guest. Pull out couch sheets only avaible if guest that are booked is more then one person. Towels , hand towels, face cloths dry towels , dish cloths, toilet paper, paper towel is all judge on the amount of guest booked and how long of stay .

For example one guest get 2 dry towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face cloths, one dish cloth one dry towel , 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel. Sheets for pull out couch not avaible if you only book as 1 guest.

So when you book amount of guest inputed matters .. if you need extra just ask and I will supply you with more or let me know before you come.

Beautiful bright kitchen leading into the large dining area with room for everyone. New sectional for the living space, beautiful swinging chair on the front patio. Master bedroom will give you a cozy feeling like you're at the cabin while on the main level we've designed it to feel like a beach home! Close to Chinese restaurants, Splashpad, playgrounds, ATV trails and much more!

Guest access
You will have access to every room in the house except the walk in closet in the master bedroom and one small storage room in the basement will also be locked and unable for guest access. You will have access to all bathrooms, washer & dryer, hot tub, fire pits, fenced backyard, the two patios and the balcony off the master bedroom upstairs. The garage in the backyard will be locked and unable for guest access.
