One of the beds has a fun light display.The towels were fluffy and there were enough of them to last our stay. - "We had a great stay and these cottages are little gems. Practically brand new, beautifully designed with all the basics (which is really all you need). The bed/mattress was superb and I had the best sleeps! It is one room with a small kitchenette that has one induction cooktop so cooking is a bit of a challenge but we mostly ate at the local restaurant anyway. The induction cooktop was awesome to use just the same and I did make a curry cause we were kinda tired of the deep fry everywhere! :) It is one (bedsitting) room but it work perfectly for us. We enjoyed our stay so much and had the best weather so took another night but had to move to #4 from #7. No4 had a far better unimpeded view and all have private decks. There were sights and sounds all around but it just added to a great holiday feel. Love King's Point and the area. Highly recommend!"

- "The units need morehooks in the bedrooms to hank clothing on. The BBQ was in very poor shape. Very limited comfortable seating at night to watch T.V ,relax or read a book. Comfortable seatting for no more than 2 people."

This one bedroom/one bath features an Endy mattress on a queen size bed with a separate sitting area including a desk, 32" TV, and a full size kitchen. Air conditioned and across the street from the ocean on Lewisporte's Main Street you are just a short drive from everything.
Suitable for short or long stays, this apartment comes fully stocked with dishware and utensils for eating in or cooking your own meals. In our unit we have included a reverse osmosis water filter at the kitchen sink. Upon check-in you'll find a full 4L jug of freshly filtered water in the fridge if you prefer chilled water. In the bedroom you'll find a very comfortable platform bed with an Endy mattress that will allow you to wake up rested to start your day in Lewisporte.
Access to the unit is via a keypad. Just inside the door you'll find a door to the main apartment and a second door to the basement. There is also a large closet for your coats and shoes. There are two steps up into the apartment from the vestibule. The basement is not usually made available to guests. We can provide access to the laundry in the basement after you arrive if you are staying more than a few nights.

- "It was not the host’s fault, but the town’s major water main break meant no showering and definitely no drinking the muddy brown water flowing through the taps. He supplied four small bottles of water later the next day. He did try to keep in touch, but with the limited internet service, my phone didn’t work while inside the unit, so messages were delayed. It would have been so much better with some sun. Couldn’t really use the outdoor space."
