- "I met w a couple of girlfriends for a girl’s weekend. We had 2 small dogs with us. The house was very clean and better stocked than any rental any of us have ever stayed in. This place had everything! Kitchen was super functional with new appliances, bathroom was well stocked and spacious (we did find the shower floor to be a bit slippery). The back yard was ideal for dogs and the poop bag dispenser was perfect! It was convenient to stores and restaurants. We plan to return!"

- "The host was amazingly responsive. The property was clean. There is construction around the area as it is growing but was very quiet you didn't hear all the noise when you were in the house. Great space for entertaining we had seven plus a baby tons of room for family and local family to come visit and hang out. very clean very homey very spacious will totally be staying again when in the area. The check in and out process was so easy and they don't slap you with ridiculously high fees. It had some christmas decorations up and games to play. We felt we walked into a family members home and were instantly comfortable. Ample seating, great kitchen basics, clean bedding and soft towels."

Our place is close to Downtown Greenfield (famous for James Whitcomb Riley) and Knightstown (famous for the movie Hoosiers and the antique stores). Our home dates back to 1838, and possibly to 1790s when it was a stagecoach inn off the National Road. Our place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, and pets.

We took a decrepit historical house and made it into something our own with the skills of our creative carpenter.

Access to all parts of the house. The dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, living room are all on the bottom level of the house.

During your stay
If we're here, we'll be around. I've had guests stay while we were out of town, and I've had guests that partied with us when we were here with friends. We've had dogs, motorcycles, major band equipment, and an entire band sleep here once.

Other things to note
Since our house sits on U.S. 40, it can be noisy for people not used to road noise. We have one indoor-outdoor cat. There is no air conditioning, no central air.

Our guest suite is close to Indpls--approx. 20 min from downtown. You’ll love our place because of the quiet & serene environment that's just outside of the city. We sit on an acreage close to the I70/Mt Comfort Road Exit making for quick access to and from the interstate. Our suite is in the front corner of our home. It has a private entrance with porch. It looks out into a garden that has a pond with fountain along with seating under a pergola. It has high ceilings and is very spacious.

Although the suite is in the front corner of our home it has a completely separate entrance and very private. Our Hot Springs salt water hot tub is also private and just a few steps from your porch entrance--next to the pergola and garden. Hot tub is available year round. Pool is open to guests only for the summer until early fall--date of closure depends on weather.

Spacious, charming farmhouse near Indianapolis is perfect for work teams or large families. This home is located near i70 in a rapid growth area. This three bedroom, two bath home will accommodate at least 6-8 guests. Den with full bed can be used as office as work area or 4th bedroom.

Located on a large wooded property with a detached three car garage, plenty of parking, outdoor fire pit and a creek. Includes mudroom, washer/dryer, updated AC and plenty of lounging areas.

The home is typically stocked with 1 week of consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc.) If you are planning on a long term stay please reach out so we can discuss higher inventory or feel free to bring additional supplies. I will try to stock toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc) but please plan on bringing your own just in case.

Although we are a pet friendly, we do have a few pet restriction so please inquire prior to booking with pets so we can discuss. Although we try to clean thoroughly between stays you may find evidence of pets, if you have allergies please contact before reserving so we can discuss options to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Please keep pets on leashes when in the yard, thank you.

The property is on a well but has city sewer. There is a new iron filtration system installed which filters the water extensively but please let me know if you have any special needs or questions.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, events, and unauthorized pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Internet misuse or excessive data usage may result in additional fees. Guests are encouraged to review all house rules before confirming a reservation.

Each reservation, regardless of guest count or length of stay, includes a reasonable supply of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Every bathroom is stocked with Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner in a coconut mango scent, as well as Ginger Lily Farms Nourishing Body Wash in a green tea and lemongrass scent. All products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free and provided for your convenience. Each sink is equipped with hand soap. One roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom, with an additional roll available in the primary bathroom. If you expect to need additional quantities of these items, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can plan accordingly.

Please note, there is no on-site trash service. Guests are asked to place all bagged trash behind the garage near the alley. A member of our team will stop by periodically to collect and dispose of it.

This ranch is just a 10 min. walk from downtown Greenfield and a 30 min drive from Indianapolis. This home offers a quiet, restful place to stay with plenty of entertaining space (indoor and out)!
