A cozy, updated craftsman home in the heart of downtown Greenwood that we affectionately call "The Pearl". Walkable to restaurants, shops, parks, and a convenience store. Only a 20-min drive to downtown Indy, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Zoo, Fountain Square, and the convention center. It's a great hub for your greater Indianapolis adventure!

It's a great space for families, small groups, and co-workers with an open layout that allows everyone to gather together or spread out.

The home is tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including extra pillows and blankets. There is a master suite located on the main floor along with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bath and loft area.

While we are child-friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do have a gate available for the staircase and a pack 'n' play.

Approved pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. We have a No Smoking and No Parties policy. We charge an additional $200 cleaning fee if either of these policies are disregarded.

This Beautiful Lake House is the perfect getaway for the whole family. Outside features the Hot Tub, Patio, Fire Pit, and Covered Dock overlooking the 7 acre lake. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a small lake that doesn’t allow motor boats. Within a 1/4 mile from Valle Vista Conference Center. We’re located in the heart of Old Greenwood but just a few minutes from Indianapolis. Everything is close by including Food, Shopping, and Entertainment. Downtown Indianapolis is just 15 minutes away.
The space
Come stay in our Cozy Lake House, 1200 square feet of your own private space. You have access to a fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with extra pillows and blankets, closet and dresser. A full bathroom w shower that is stocked w shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels and rags. A convenient half bath off the main bedroom. Enjoy family time in the open living room lounging on the reclining sofa. Play games on the large dining table that seats 6. Fish and play in the lake during the day and enjoy s’mores at the fire pit in the evening in the fenced backyard.

You will have access to the entire house, carport, back yard, and dock all to yourselves.
Other things to note
We don’t allow any smoking in the house or near the doors. If needed we encourage using the fire pit.

- "This property was great. Very clean. Plenty of room for 5 grown men. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The back yard is amazing with the gazebo overlooking the lake. We sat out there for hours enjoying good conversation and pizza. Note, the house is on a busy street, but we hardly heard the traffic at all. The only issue is that the driveway is a single car driveway and we had a 4 door truck with an 8' bed and it was nearly impossible to get in and out of the driveway without going in the grass or crossing over into the other lane. A couple of issues for everyone to be aware of. First, one of the bed's is really uncomfortable. There is literally no structure to the mattress. The other two beds were super comfortable. Two, there is only one shower. The listing said 2 bathrooms, but one of those bathrooms is only a half bath. We managed with 5 men, but if you had 3 couples (6 people) staying in this house it would be really hard with only one shower. Everything else was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front and back yard, pool/spa area and at the doorbell.

There is ample parking at the home for multiple cars comfortably. If you don't want to drive, Uber is best for getting to and from anywhere.

The entire home is set up with the fastest fiber internet available. Pool is open from April - September every year. You will be able to stream shows from multiple devices at the same time. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with top of the line Samsung Smart TV's as well as 3 more TV's in the living areas and game room. YouTube TV is provided so you can see all the live programming you want and you can use your own logins for any other streaming service. Game room is an amazing space equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, plenty of seating, and a 65" Smart TV .

If you want to have the pool heated, just let us know and we can remotely heat it for your stay. It is an additional $30/day if you would like it heated, but totally worth it during the cooler months. Pool is only opened seasonally (typically May 1st - September 30th). We sometimes will open earlier depending on the weather.

- "We had a great time with our 3 young kids! They enjoyed the pool, hot tub, swing set, spacious backyard, basketball hoop, air hockey, and video arcade. The property was exceptionally clean." - "The amminities were nice at this property. The owner is a bit much with their continuous followup, and obsessition with making sure you know thier "rules". I thought it was great that there were house rules, but the owner stressed them no less than on 4 seperate occasions. The only other concern is the nuber of security cameras the seemed to activate for no reason. May indicate the owner watches this actively. Aside from that the house is fairly solid if in a bit of disrepair a number of loose tiles in the bathroom and the decking has seen many better days. Overall a solid stay and way better than a hotel. This property is also located on one of the lowest crime areas in Indy, which is a huge plus. I am not sure I would go with this same property for my next stay, but it was a fine property and a solid stay. I do not believe you will be unhappy with the property if you stay here but just be aware the owner is a bit much, and will send mini novels for you to read and fast responses seem expected. All thing considered I can recommend the property, as long as over communication is not going to bother you."

The beds aren't the greatest but they'll do for a short stay - if you are planning a long stay just beware you'll have a sore back potentially... Let Dan know the ages of the people staying so your teenager doesn't have a waterproof cover on her bed LOL... that was hilarious but was an easy fix for us. Overall we had a great time in this house and it had nearly everything we needed. We did have a small list of things that we wished it had (and we provided those to the owner). :) Great house and the master shower is amazing! It appeared to be broken. Use of closet in all rooms would have been helpful. Washer has a musty smell No screen in bathroom window - would have been helpful, particularly with no fan. The owner didn't reach out to us with check-in details, but no problem, because he was immediately responsive every time I texted him."

The space
The home is tastefully furnished with modern touches to provide all the comforts of home including a fully furnished kitchen.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms contain 2 full beds, and 2 bunk beds. All beds have Zinus Green Tea comfort memory foam mattresses.

The living room contains sofas and 50" 4K UDH Roku Smart-TV to unwind and watch all your favorite streaming platforms!

The home is hooked up with high speed ATT fiber internet.

There is also a brand new 2024 LG washer and gas dryer in side room with water heater & water softener.

The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bath and loft area. Laundry area is located in basement.

We also have three twin-size cots with foam mattresses available for additional guests. Plenty of adults have used the cots and loved them! Please look through the bedroom arrangements to make sure it fits your needs.

While our place is child-friendly (provide a pack n play), it is not child-proofed. There's a fun play space located in downtown Greenwood at the community center called Kid City. It's a great place to let the kids explore, and it's close to Craig Park and Mrs. Curl's ice cream shop.

We have a firm No Smoking/Vaping policy and No Parties policy (in line with AirBnB's policy). We are pet friendly for approved pets that are well-behaved and house broken. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds. There is a one time fee of $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional approved pet. There is a $250 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded.

This is a 2 story home, all bedrooms are upstairs as well as the full bathrooms. We have 3 queen beds and 1 king bed in the master bedroom. We have one half bathroom downstairs. There is a fenced in backyard with a patio, fireplace, and grill. Along with outdoor furniture and a table to enjoy a night outside. The kitchen is stocked with basic necessities. Each bedroom has a bedroom and a closet. The master bedroom has a bathroom in the room.

Late 80's 2000 sq. ft. Ranch house in a nice safe quiet established neighborhood. Shopping and several restaurants nearby. Indianapolis Int airport only 18 miles and downtown 14 miles. Several Guest favorites nearby including a popular Winery within 10 minutes and one of the largest Woodworking Schools within a 20 minute drive. Clean and comfortable and little extras to make your stay as nice as possible.

Not a child proof home as no children in the immediate family. OK for older children. The 2 Twin Beds are TwinXL. Has 2 full baths and the laundry room has a stool, sink, and mirror for the 1/2 bath. Also have 2 twin air beds available if needed. Normally can offer flexible check in and check out times if needed. TV's in Living Room and all three Bedrooms. All bedrooms have light block out curtains. A large variety of complimentary beverages, food, and personal items provided at no extra charge. All food and drink items are complimentary so feel free to help yourself to anything you like during your stay. I will reach out to you a few days before your arrival to get your special requests for breakfast items, snacks, drinks, fresh fruits and such as my son shops for you the day before your arrival.

One is a master suite with it's own private bath with tiled shower...don't forget that we provide all the luxury bath and body wash, shampoo, and condition from Soap Box that features Sea salt and Blue Iris.

All of the beds are equipped with high end, Luxury, Vodyssey Sleep System Mattresses. Sleeping somewhere other than your own bed doesn't have to be uncomfortable and with these luxury mattresses made right here in the USA, we think you will have an amazing night's sleep.

All of the bedrooms are equipped with alarm clocks that also serve as wireless charging stations for your phones. Be sure to take advantage of this hidden gem!

The main living room has ample seating with a 65" Smart TV. The room is open to the kitchen and dining area and a great place to congregate while enjoying family time while watching a movie or playing one of the many card or board games.

If you get too crowded in the main living area or the kids want to get away, you can send them to the lower level living area with a huge sectional couch with seating for 8+ people and a 65" Samsung Smart TV as well.

Still too crowded? Well, just go out to the game room for even more enjoyment. Game room includes:

Game room is an amazing space equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, plenty of seating, and a 65" Smart TV .

If you want to have the pool heated, just let us know and we can remotely heat it for your stay. It is an additional $30/day if you would like it heated, but totally worth it during the cooler months. Pool is only opened seasonally (typically May 1st - September 30th). We sometimes will open earlier depending on the weather.

A cozy, updated craftsman home in the heart of downtown Greenwood that we affectionately call "The Pearl". Walkable to restaurants, shops, parks, and a convenience store. Only a 20-min drive to downtown Indy, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Zoo, Fountain Square, and the convention center. It's a great hub for your greater Indianapolis adventure!

It's a great space for families, small groups, and co-workers with an open layout that allows everyone to gather together or spread out.

The space
The home is tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including extra pillows and blankets. There is a master suite with full bathroom which includes a walk in shower is located on the main floor along with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bath and loft area. Laundry area is located in basement.

We have a total of four beds and a queen-sized hideaway sofa. We also have three twin-size cots with foam mattresses available for additional guests. Plenty of adults have used the cots and loved them! Please look through the bedroom arrangements to make sure it fits your needs.

While our place is child-friendly, we are not child-proofed. We provide a baby gate, pack n play, and kid dishes for your stay. We do have some toys and games stocked in the loft. There's an incredible play space located in downtown Greenwood at the community center called Kid City. It's a great place to let the kids explore, and it's close to Craig Park and Mrs. Curl's ice cream shop.

We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We are pet friendly for approved pets that are well-behaved and house broken. We charge a one time fee of $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional approved pet. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded.

Guests have access to the entire property (except for the garage). You will access the property via a smart lock keypad on the back door (off the driveway). Upon booking, we will provide you with a unique access code that works on the back door. Feel free to park in the driveway, it is all yours.

This Beautiful Lake House is the perfect getaway for the whole family. Outside features the Hot Tub, Patio, Fire Pit, and Covered Dock overlooking the 7 acre lake. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a small lake that doesn’t allow motor boats. Within a 1/4 mile from Valle Vista Conference Center. We’re located in the heart of Old Greenwood but just a few minutes from Indianapolis. Everything is close by including Food, Shopping, and Entertainment. Downtown Indianapolis is just 15 minutes away.

The space
Come stay in our Cozy Lake House, 1200 square feet of your own private space. You have access to a fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with extra pillows and blankets, closet and dresser. Enjoy family time in the open living room lounging on the reclining sofa. Play games on the large dining table that seats 6. Fish and play in the lake during the day and enjoy s’mores at the fire pit in the evening in the fenced backyard.

The space
Beautiful modern and classy home located in a family-friendly neighborhood. This gorgeous space sleeps 8-people comfortably with all the essentials for a great stay. There are easy to access walking trails a short distance from the house that provide wonderful views and exercise. Provided for your stay is a quaint coffee bar and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. This 4-bedroom home allows plenty of space for family and friends to gather comfortably. We hope you get to enjoy this home as much as we have!

Guest access
The entirety of the home is yours for your stay. There are two parking spots provided in the driveway, we just ask that you do not block in other neighbors if additional vehicles are present.

A code will be provided on the day of check-in that will allow you to enter through the front door entrance.

Enjoy the newly renovated open-concept kitchen and family room! Outside, you can enjoy the large fully fenced in yard on the oversized deck which has an additional treehouse upper deck. This home is great for small gatherings but also for a quiet, peaceful, clean and safe spot to rest and relax. You can get to downtown Indianapolis in 15-20 minutes if you are in town for a conference or convention.

The space
As you enter through the front door, you will encounter the dining room and large kitchen! Just down three steps is the family room with a hallway leading to the bunk room with 4 twin beds, a half bathroom, and the laundry area. On the upper floor you will find the Primary bedroom equipped with a King size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite updated bathroom. Also on the upper floor are the other two bedrooms and hallway full bathroom. One bedroom offers a Queen size bed and the other is furnished with a King bed. As you venture to the backyard, you will find several areas to enjoy the yard including the gazebo with porch swing, the full deck or the upper level "treehouse" deck!

This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood where quiet hours are maintained after 10pm.

We are also a smoke free home. There is no smoking inside the home or outdoors anywhere on the property.

Our family stays in this home several times throughout the year, and we love to keep it welcoming, clean, and functional for your group and ours!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home! We keep the garage locked but it is accessible in case of emergency.

Early check in is often available. Please send us a message to request an earlier check in time.

We do have several areas with steps. Please be aware we are not wheelchair accessible.

Pets are welcome! There is a $100 pet fee. Please add all pets to your reservation request.
