A cozy, updated craftsman home in the heart of downtown Greenwood that we affectionately call "The Pearl". Walkable to restaurants, shops, parks, and a convenience store. Only a 20-min drive to downtown Indy, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Zoo, Fountain Square, and the convention center. It's a great hub for your greater Indianapolis adventure!

It's a great space for families, small groups, and co-workers with an open layout that allows everyone to gather together or spread out.

The home is tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including extra pillows and blankets. There is a master suite located on the main floor along with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bath and loft area.

While we are child-friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do have a gate available for the staircase and a pack 'n' play.

Approved pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. We have a No Smoking and No Parties policy. We charge an additional $200 cleaning fee if either of these policies are disregarded.

This Beautiful Lake House is the perfect getaway for the whole family. Outside features the Hot Tub, Patio, Fire Pit, and Covered Dock overlooking the 7 acre lake. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a small lake that doesn’t allow motor boats. Within a 1/4 mile from Valle Vista Conference Center. We’re located in the heart of Old Greenwood but just a few minutes from Indianapolis. Everything is close by including Food, Shopping, and Entertainment. Downtown Indianapolis is just 15 minutes away.
The space
Come stay in our Cozy Lake House, 1200 square feet of your own private space. You have access to a fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with extra pillows and blankets, closet and dresser. A full bathroom w shower that is stocked w shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels and rags. A convenient half bath off the main bedroom. Enjoy family time in the open living room lounging on the reclining sofa. Play games on the large dining table that seats 6. Fish and play in the lake during the day and enjoy s’mores at the fire pit in the evening in the fenced backyard.

You will have access to the entire house, carport, back yard, and dock all to yourselves.
Other things to note
We don’t allow any smoking in the house or near the doors. If needed we encourage using the fire pit.

- "This property was great. Very clean. Plenty of room for 5 grown men. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The back yard is amazing with the gazebo overlooking the lake. We sat out there for hours enjoying good conversation and pizza. Note, the house is on a busy street, but we hardly heard the traffic at all. The only issue is that the driveway is a single car driveway and we had a 4 door truck with an 8' bed and it was nearly impossible to get in and out of the driveway without going in the grass or crossing over into the other lane. A couple of issues for everyone to be aware of. First, one of the bed's is really uncomfortable. There is literally no structure to the mattress. The other two beds were super comfortable. Two, there is only one shower. The listing said 2 bathrooms, but one of those bathrooms is only a half bath. We managed with 5 men, but if you had 3 couples (6 people) staying in this house it would be really hard with only one shower. Everything else was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

There is ample parking at the home for multiple cars comfortably. If you don't want to drive, Uber is best for getting to and from anywhere.

The entire home is set up with the fastest fiber internet available. Pool is open from April - September every year. You will be able to stream shows from multiple devices at the same time. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with top of the line Samsung Smart TV's as well as 3 more TV's in the living areas and game room. YouTube TV is provided so you can see all the live programming you want and you can use your own logins for any other streaming service. Game room is an amazing space equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, plenty of seating, and a 65" Smart TV .

If you want to have the pool heated, just let us know and we can remotely heat it for your stay. It is an additional $30/day if you would like it heated, but totally worth it during the cooler months. Pool is only opened seasonally (typically May 1st - September 30th). We sometimes will open earlier depending on the weather.

- "We had a great time with our 3 young kids! They enjoyed the pool, hot tub, swing set, spacious backyard, basketball hoop, air hockey, and video arcade. The property was exceptionally clean." - "The amminities were nice at this property. The owner is a bit much with their continuous followup, and obsessition with making sure you know thier "rules". I thought it was great that there were house rules, but the owner stressed them no less than on 4 seperate occasions. The only other concern is the nuber of security cameras the seemed to activate for no reason. May indicate the owner watches this actively. Aside from that the house is fairly solid if in a bit of disrepair a number of loose tiles in the bathroom and the decking has seen many better days. Overall a solid stay and way better than a hotel. This property is also located on one of the lowest crime areas in Indy, which is a huge plus. I am not sure I would go with this same property for my next stay, but it was a fine property and a solid stay. I do not believe you will be unhappy with the property if you stay here but just be aware the owner is a bit much, and will send mini novels for you to read and fast responses seem expected. All thing considered I can recommend the property, as long as over communication is not going to bother you."

We didn’t read the part about guests may be staying in the downstairs part of the house, so we were nervous about that. However, it was no problem…we never saw each other! - "This property was just what we needed and was the perfect getaway for our family. The communication from the property owner was fantastic! The beds aren't the greatest but they'll do for a short stay - if you are planning a long stay just beware you'll have a sore back potentially... Let Dan know the ages of the people staying so your teenager doesn't have a waterproof cover on her bed LOL... that was hilarious but was an easy fix for us. Overall we had a great time in this house and it had nearly everything we needed. We did have a small list of things that we wished it had (and we provided those to the owner). :) Great house and the master shower is amazing! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space if they need to get away! A+ Thanks, Dan and Team for a great stay! We just wish the dog limit was over 50 lbs! :("
