We use Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in both bathrooms.

Boro Bungalow features two bedrooms, one full bath with tub/shower, fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living space. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and spacious closet. Guest bedroom hosts a queen bed. Both beds have BRAND NEW mattresses. Clean and well appointed, home includes washer and dryer, porch and a firepit.

This cabin is located on the river bank of the Canoochee River in Claxton, Georgia. This is a hidden treasure in south Georgia. The river is great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. During most of the year a vessel larger than a kayak will not be able to navigate the river.
Note: Presently, winter months are not available to be booked. The past two winters have had excessive flooding. Host will make these weeks available two weeks at a time as the water level is adequate for access.
This is the dream world for a nature lover. The cabin is located on the riverbanks of the river. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the river. Wake up to the sight of the river each morning. Stroll down the river bank to enjoy the serene sounds of nature. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed and a queen size bed. The loft has a twin size bed.
No pets due to allergies.
Wifi: Skyroam hotspot. Do not depend on this for work or school deadlines. 1 GB is given upon check in. Extra can be purchased from the host.

This whole cabin is for you to use.
The access roads are not "county maintained". You will travel down 1.5 miles of dirt roads. However, my compact car handles it well. You will find it worth the bumpy ride!
Your vehicle will be dusty on a dry day and muddy on a rainy day. You will not escape with a clean vehicle.
Kayaks are available for your enjoyment.
I will be available by phone. If you prefer, I can meet you at check in. However, most guest just like to make themselves at home. I live 30 minutes away; therefore, it is not difficult for me to meet your needs.
The cabin is located on the river in the woods. Other than the possibility of other guest in nearby cabins, one would feel they finally found the secluded place they needed. It is most possible during some times of the year, one will not see or hear anyone other than themselves and nature.
There is the small community of Claxton, GA a few miles up the road. This city has everything one may need. There is a grocery store, several Dollar Stores, several fast food restaurants and many gas stations. Claxton is the home of "Claxton Fruit Cake Factory".
Savannah, GA, a favorite tourist spot, is only an hour away. Statesboro, GA, the home of Georgia Southern University, is 30 minutes away.
There is no public transportation.
No pets due to allergies.
No firearms or smoking inside.
The river is unpredictable. If it rises to the point of limit access, you will be contacted and given full refund. Winter months are currently unavailable. Upon request, the host will release winter dates.
This is located in a remote area. It will be just you and nature! This is a narrow river with stumps, therefore, only a "small" boat with a trolling motor can be used. This is also sometimes limited. This river is not adequate for jet ski, motor boat, etc. Also, in late summer the river is so low, kayaking becomes more work than pleasure.
A total of 4 cabins and one yurt are owned by Kimberly. These are located in various locations along the river.

Provided bath linens are one set per guest (one bath towel and one wash cloth).
Cleaning fee has not been charged/transferred to guest. Therefore, guest are expected to leave the cabin as received.
It is a simple life. Guest whom are looking for the "resort" experience will be disappointed. White glove and high maintenance guest will not be content.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Statesboro that boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a very comfy sofa bed. The home is situated just outside of town but is within a couple mins of Georgia Southern campus & golf course, Paulson Stadudium, Tormenta Soccer Field, Bulloch County Agriculture Complex, Ogeechee Technical College, and only about 10 mins from Splash in the Boro Waterpark. The home is located on a quiet cul de sac so you can feel like you're at an oasis.
The space
With 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, everyone their privacy. Walk in closets in every room as well as a full bath in each as an Ensuite. 4 couples could easily stay here and you had a 3rd wheel, they get the sofa bed!! There's a concrete patio out back with a grill and a quaint bistro set on the front porch for morning coffee.

There is a pool that is about a 2 min drive to get to. Typically, it's quiet but this is a college town! Towels are provided by me and a few chairs as well. I just ask that they are returned to the home when you leave the pool for there is an extra charge.

Surrounded by a beautiful 1930’s Bed and Breakfast Victorian home and a running plant nursery our home is located in a quaint little town called Hagan which was once a prosperous lumber town. Settlements along the route of the Savannah and Western Railroad which still runs began to prosper and become established as towns.

This home was constructed in the board and batten style with lots of light and open space.
A farmhouse style bar height table gives a secondary place to sit for dining, homework, or preparing for the day ahead.
We provide a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and teas, along with a microwave and mini fridge.
2 built in sitting areas in the sun room allows for unwinding after your travels or extra sleeping areas.

We no longer allow pets. Unfortunately many past guests refused to keep animals off the furniture, and since soft surfaces hold allergens that may effect someone’s stay in the future, we’ve regrettably had to go to a no indoor pet policy.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space offering a workspace and comfortable seating. This side of the house gets a lot of natural light throughout the day but especially in the afternoon. Right outside the door is your own private bathroom with tub and shower.

The space
“The Virginia” is behind door #1 on the top level of our two story home and has its own private bath. It offers a double bed with a memory foam topper, two sets of pillows and sheets of Egyptian cotton to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A club chair and a work space is available for reading a good book, writing a note or working from a laptop. A full private bathroom is located just outside the room with hotel style towels and wash clothes and some toiletry amenities. A newly added hospitality suit is next door which offers a full refrigerator, purified water dispenser, microwave, toaster, Keurig and a slow drip coffee maker.

Guest will find free parking throughout this community. Airbnb guest will have free assigned parking on the property. There is no public transportation, but most restaurants , library, walk park and grocery stores are under 2 miles walking distance away.

During your stay
We, the host, occupy the master suit down stairs and are available to guests on an as needed basis. We are laid back and enjoy interacting with our guests, but we realize folks like their privacy and we respect that as much as possible. However, we are available if needs arise.

The East and South porch is covered to provide pleasant sitting places, out of the summer sun. We have about 6 acres of piney wood, hay fields, and my garden area. Nice areas to walk and do birding. In the winter months, the old camellia bushes that surround the east side are full of blooms, accompanied by narcissus, azaleas in mid-spring, and roses and annuals for the summer and fall. The blueberry bushes are ready in June and the figs in July. The flock of Hamilton Hens lay at will. Possums eat the cats' food nightly outside my bedroom door. Deer visit their lick behind the old barn. My dog accepts them all as family.

The king sized bedroom is on the top floor at the southeast corner, opening right beside the hall bath.
Guests share a common kitchenette and TV room. They are invited to enjoy the big porch and grill, the gardens, birding, walking around the property, and collecting fresh eggs from the Hamilton Hens. Ramps are in place into the house, but there is no ramp inside. There are eighteen steps to the stairs.

The entire top floor of my home, about 2200 sq feet, is prepared for guests. There are two separate bedrooms, sharing a hall bath, and two bedrooms with bath ensuite. Guests share a common kitchenette and TV room. They enjoy the big porch, and deck with grill, the gardens, birding, walking around the property, and collecting fresh eggs from the Hamilton Hens. Ramps are in place into the house, but there is no ramp to the upstairs.

You will have access to the top floor, and my washer and dryer downstairs. Let me know if you'd like to browse my supply of books, or swap paperbacks. My bedroom and office are downstairs on the East side.

During your stay
If you would like for me to shop for you so that you will have groceries at hand, please send a list and things will be in place when you arrive. It is much fun to cook out on the grill on the western deck after the ball games, where the grill is old but adequate and there are chairs and a table. Because I do not have a commercial kitchen, you are responsible for your own meals. However, I will have coffee, tea and small snacks in your kitchenette.

Other things to note
You are one mile off the West Side Road and one more mile from the Veterans Memorial By-Pass. It takes me slightly less than 15 minutes to drive into the GSU campus. Ogeechee Tech is closer by, while the Mill Creek Park takes about 20 minutes on the ByPass. There are many restaurants, fast food outlets, and pizza places all around campus.

An addition room with a day bed w/trundle can be added for $30 night extra. The two rooms are side by side with a private bath conveniently located just outside the rooms.

A newly added hospitality suit offers the comfort of home and is a shared room just down the hall. The upstairs could be shared by other Airbnb guest on the opposite side of the hallway.

“The Margaret” (Door #3) is on the top level of a private home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With hardwood floors throughout, this spacious area offers 1 tastefully decorated bedroom with a newly renovated full bath. We have recently added a hospitality suite with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, keurig and slow drip coffee maker and a 5 gallon purified water dispenser. A basket of goodies are to be enjoyed by all our guests as supplies last.

Guest access
The house faces Smith Street but guest will enter the private drive from Spring Street. A parking place will be assigned. Guest can enter the home through a semi private door with a keypad entry with their own special code. Detailed instructions are on the check in/check out section once reservations are confirmed.
