'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs.
Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.
All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc.
Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.
The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view.
With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

Dramatic sustainable house designed for relaxed holiday living by Mapleton local Philip Boorman who has many awards for his outstanding Architectural work and furniture designs.
Located on the escarpment in the centre of the 125 acre site. This privileged isolation has allowed the house design to be opened to the expansive surrounding valley and mountains by the extensive use of timber framed bi-fold doors and windows. Solar panels generate the power supply and roof water is collected in tanks for filtered reuse within the home.
The original survey plan of 1904 noted:
"All the country here on shown is of an Extremely Rugged and Broken nature."
This rugged landscape has protected the area from encroachment by subdivisions for over 100 years, providing flora and fauna with largely undisturbed area for species listed as endangered, such as the Coxen Fig-Parrot and the Regent Honey eater, to thrive.

Kings Studio is a warm, cozy and romantic hideaway. It is fitted with a new bathroom and kitchenette. Sunshine streams into the airroom all day long and a warming gas log fire is perfect for those nights when you just want to snuggle in with a glass of wine and a picnic! There is a brand new split cycle system installed to also keep you cool in the hot summer months and warm in winter as well as a cosy gas log fire.
Kings Studio is totally private with its own entrance and is separate from the main house.
We’ve just completed a mini makeover, painted the walls, ceilings and floors and added new furniture, rugs, couch covers, linen and used a neutral colour palette, which we believe will help our guests to really relax and enjoy the time away. Plantation shutters also offer you both privacy and light control. You have your own private deck to sit and enjoy the bird life and the soothing sounds of running water cascading over the river stones.
We can provide a gourmet platter ($125) delivered to your door. Please book in advance as we source local and organic produce (where possible).
If you would like to indulge in a massage, please let us know as we have an in-house massage therapist who will come to the studio for your comfort (you will need to book in advance as she is a busy therapist). Ladies (1 hour) $120, and gents (1 hour) $150 plus relaxing facials $95. Our massage therapists are fully qualified with many years of experience.

Springview Retreat is in a class of its own. Situated on a 15 acre property that used to be part of a much larger dairy farm. The original "Springview" farm house is about 100 meters from the cottage. HILLBORNE COTTAGE is a self-contained two bedroom cottage in the beautiful Perth Hills at Sawyers Valley. Hillborne borders on, with safe easy access, to the Railway Reserves Heritage Trail, the KEP Track (walk, cycle horse ride) and the National Trust Golden Pipeline Heritage Drive (Mundaring Weir to Kalgoorlie) and Alps Reserve.
The cottage is perfectly situated for bush walkers, cyclists, and horse riders with numerous tracks and trails all within a stone's throw of "Hillborne", about 5 mins drive, 15 mins off road cycle ride from Mundaring and 45 minutes from Perth. The Munda Biddi Trail, one of the worlds longest off road cycle trails starts in Mundaring.
The cottage, has very comfortable two bedroom accommodation with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two king singles. It has a fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area with TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living areas, fans in the bedrooms. A large veranda with BBQ to enjoy the beautiful views over the valley and the spectacular glow of the last rays of the sun disappearing up the gum trees.
All linen and towels provided. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar provided and our own free range eggs when available. PLEASE NOTE : MINIMUM TWO NIGHT STAY.

Our family holiday home is a special place by the beach to step away from the busyness of life, take a deep breath and rest.
Magnificent 180 degree views of the beach and D'entrecasteux Channel. With large windows and spacious decks you'll find it an ideal spot to watch the movements of the sea.
This home has comfortable open plan living areas, and a well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including electric hot plate, oven, microwave & coffee machine. Wide wrap around decks provide a smooth transition from indoor to outdoor living, with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
With 2 bedrooms, the home sleeps 4. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed & ensuite access to the home's bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. A porta-cot is available on request for a baby. The comfortable mattresses are fitted with electric blankets and warm woolen doonas. Quality linen and towels are supplied. The bathroom has two way access and there's a separate toilet.
No41 Dennes Point is a perfect home to simply do nothing - just relax and unwind.
But ... for those with energy to burn the opportunities abound - walk South on the beach to magnificent coastal rock formations, spend time on the beach, fish, bring your own boat, play tennis (racquets are provided, the court is 5 minutes walk away).
The Jetty Cafe is a 15 minute walk or short drive. They serve hot coffee and delicious meals.
Take a drive south for short or long scenic walks, surf the waves at Cloudy Bay, visit Cape Bruny Lighthouse, the Cheese Factory, Oyster Farm, or take a cruise on the Pennicott Wilderness Journeys. There's so much to see and do.
The home is well insulated, double glazed, heated and cooled with a heat pump/air conditioner. We rely on rainwater and a quality filters are installed for excellent drinking water.
While at Bruny Island, our family loves "screen down time, family up time", enjoying the beach, reading and games, so the TV is small and hidden behind a picture. There is no wifi at the house, however there is great 4G reception for mobile devices.
Sorry no pets due to quolls, potaroos, echidnas and birds.
