'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs.

Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.

All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc.

Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view.

With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Check the with owner a day or two before you arrive.

Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children from crawling age to 12 years.

Access to the apartment is via a path with 21 steps and a handrail.

Dramatic sustainable house designed for relaxed holiday living by Mapleton local Philip Boorman who has many awards for his outstanding Architectural work and furniture designs.

Located on the escarpment in the centre of the 125 acre site. This privileged isolation has allowed the house design to be opened to the expansive surrounding valley and mountains by the extensive use of timber framed bi-fold doors and windows. Solar panels generate the power supply and roof water is collected in tanks for filtered reuse within the home.

The original survey plan of 1904 noted:

If you would like to indulge in a massage, please let us know as we have an in-house massage therapist who will come to the studio for your comfort (you will need to book in advance as she is a busy therapist). This home has comfortable open plan living areas, and a well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including electric hot plate, oven, microwave & coffee machine. Wide wrap around decks provide a smooth transition from indoor to outdoor living, with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.

While at Bruny Island, our family loves "screen down time, family up time", enjoying the beach, reading and games, so the TV is small and hidden behind a picture. There is no wifi at the house, however there is great 4G reception for mobile devices.

'Seventeen Steps to the Beach' is a luxuriously-appointed beach house right on the beach. The open-plan layout assures breath taking views throughout, including a massive deck leading straight to the beach and ocean. The deck or the beach are the perfect locations to lie back on a bean-lounge and read a book, sip wine or soak up the sun.

Beautifully and professionally styled and furnished, every effort has been made to keep the spacious 'shack' feel whilst maximizing the amazing beach, coastal and water views. The only thing more spectacular than the view inside is the view outside!

The kitchen, by 'shack' standards, is large, featuring Caesar stone benchtops, state-of-the-art appliances incl. fridge with filtered ice-maker/drink dispenser, European cooktop & oven, dishwasher, POD coffee machine & integrated microwave. There is bar-seating plus separate dining with doors leading to the deck. The living area also has doors opening-up for maximum outdoor access to outdoor dining, BBQ (portable electric) available and adjustable shade.

The 'shack' faces N.N.E, picking up the sun all day, with excellent insulation throughout. Reverse-cycle aircon, portable heating + electric blankets are on all beds if required. It's doubtful you would want to block the view, however a flick of a button & UV protection sheer blinds electrically roll down.

THE EVENING STAR is in the Bright Wine and Alpine High Country. It is situated in a picturesque valley on the outskirts of Bright in the highly sought out and popular area of Wandiligong .

A 5 minute drive to the centre of Bright or an easy bike ride along the shared walk /bike track . The beautiful stylish modern home overlooks a picturesque River Reserve and its mountains , creeks and river . The open plan design of the house, the huge glass doors, windows and wrap around decks all take full advantage of the beauty, tranquility and magnificence of its enviable setting. Neutral ,natural, earthy colours and materials are used throughout the house to further compliment the beauty of natures calming colours . Guests tell us the house has a welcoming open, bright and light feel which helps them to relax and let go of their day-to-day anxieties , especially when they see the welcoming complimentary bottle of local wine and nibbles to enjoy.
If you don't want to cook on your first night, the Wandi pub is just a short walk away. There's also a wonderful fresh food market Nightingale Bros a little further past the Pub that sells the best local fresh produce, amazing cider and apples from their orchard. 5 Things that you MUST do while staying here:

1. Visit Mount Buffalo national park. It is a half hour drive, and visually spectacular. You must do a walk, and see what the world looks like from this amazing rock formation. Take a swim in the pure granite swimming holes or hire a canoe on lake Catani.

2. Have a coffee or lunch at the Wandi Maze. It is a 5 minute walk from the house through the historic diggings. Try a piece of the enormous delicious passionfruit sponge cake!

3. At night under a clear starry sky, you simply must stargaze from the deck of The Evening Star. The deck has been designed so that you are immersed beneath a truly spectacular night sky.

4.. Go for a day trip to up to Mount Hotham and Dinner Plain. On the way up to Mount Hotham you could stop off and walk across the Razorback to Mount Feathertop. The views and sense of space from up there are truly mind blowing. However if you just feel like hanging around Wandi and chilling on the deck of The Evening Star- there's no better place to be!

This luxuriously presented two-storey absolute waterfront townhouse (with its own private lock-up boat pen for your toys located adjacent to boat ramp to the river) is located in the beautiful Moorings complex, which offers great amenities such as tennis court, jetty and swimming pool with spa.

The property provides you with personal barbeque and outdoor dining area with 6-seater dining setting and cantilever umbrella.

Downstairs, you will find the living area with television and a renovated kitchen equipped with new appliances and plenty of bench space.
The sliding doors from the downstairs living area lead you to the waterfront outdoor dining area.
The laundry is downstairs (complete with laundry basket, clothes airer, washing basket and pegs) with an attached separate toilet with vanity facilities.

Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms (both with ensuite bathrooms) and balconies, each with outdoor seating.

Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and televisions and a luggage rack for each is provided. The television in the main bedroom is on a full swivel. It can be pulled gently towards you from the wall and then swivelled to the left to suit your desired viewing angle.

There is a wall-mounted air conditioner downstairs. The upstairs area has ducted air conditioning.

There is a narrow remote entry lock-up garage which allows internal access into the home.
Under the stairwell inside the home, you will find a storage area which houses the ironing board and iron, floor sweeper etc.
Inside the garage on the wall (accessible from the interior of the property) you will find a rechargeable Dyson stick vacuum cleaner.
There is a separate downstairs outdoor area with seating, also accessible from the living area. There is a wall mounted exterior clothes line beside that area.

Adjacent to the property, there is guest parking with spaces for four vehicles.

The property is a short walk to the town centre and the RSL Club and the property is only a short drive to the gorgeous beaches of Sussex Inlet and surrounding areas.

Sussex Inlet has a taxi service and both the RSL Club and the Bowling Club provide courtesy buses which can be booked per phone.

This is a non-smoking property but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors (with exit doors closed) and butt bins are provided for all outdoor sitting areas for that purpose.

Only minor negatives were the rangehood was a bit oily/smelly educe for a good clean and some of the lounge room chairs were a bit stained from previous guests. Pearl's Garden offers a large private bedroom beside the front entrance so guests have easy access. The room has a king size bed and a single floor mattress is available if required. Guests have use of shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge room with tv, laundry facilities and large garden. The house is located in a quiet street with plenty of room at the front for parking, and close to the Warrnambool Racing Track.

Continental breakfast will be available each morning for guests to help themselves.

_Experiencing the cool street with lots of restaurants & shops (High Street - Northcote).

The space
_ This private ensuite room is on the ground floor. There are few stairs to enter the house. The room has indoor and outdoor space with some basic furnitures and amenities. It has a private bathroom inside the bedroom. There is a heater in the room during winter or a fan during summer (no air-conditioner).
_ The room has a laptop-friendly workspace and it locates on ground floor. If there is any issue with wifi, guests should use their mobile data from their phones to have wifi.
_ Free on-street parking ( I have no liability for any damage or loss from guest(s) or their friends' vehicle. Guests and their friends park vehicles at their own risk.

Guest access
_ Guests need to have minimum height of 1.65 m to use the lock.
_Guest can only access to the ensuite room and courtyard. The entrance is shared between guest and host. There are few stairs to enter the house.

We have a cozy and tidy bedroom available with a queen-sized bed. The room is equipped with either a heater or a fan, but please note that there is no air conditioning. Our home is both pet-free and smoke-free, and we do not host gatherings or parties. As we have a child, we are looking for someone who is kid-friendly.

A private bedroom with great natural light and a north facing view in a fully furnished modern apartment in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, sharing with 1 other.

The space
You will stay in a clean and tidy private bedroom with queen bed, desk where you can work if needed, fan, a built-in wardrobe with hangers, and more. In the bathroom, there is a hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel will also be provided for your convenience. A washing machine with washing detergent is also available.

Feel free to use the coffee, tea and cooking essentials located in the kitchen (Kettle, Espresso Machine, Coffee Grinder). The 65 inch OLED TV in the living room has access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Apple TV+ and Binge via the Apple TV.

The apartment is well furnished, spacious, and you'll be staying in easily the best location in the whole of Melbourne.

I will note that the photos are a bit old and don't fully represent what the apartment looks like today. It is largely the same, but the furniture is arranged differently in your private bedroom in order to maximize the space and there is just more stuff in the living room compared to the photos (e.g. more items being stored). Also the living room couch has been upgraded to one with a chaise lounge.

Guest access
You will have access to a fully furnished bedroom, living room, kitchen + dining area, bathroom, and washing machine. Feel free to use the 65 Inch OLED TV. You can use the PS5 or the Apple TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney Plus and Binge currently subscribed to and watchable via the Apple TV).

You will have access to a full pool with an amazing view of the city or you can work on your cardio and get fit in the gym.

During your stay
You will be staying in a private bedroom, and sharing the apartment with myself (I am a full time worker in my 30s - I'm out at the office 3/5 days of the work week and generally stay in my room on weekends).

If you need any advice/help I am more than happy to help, but I am also happy keeping to myself and keeping out of your way.
