I didn't have housekeeping come in so I can't comment on that but the room was in good shape when I arrived. They have the (small) refrigerator and the microwave hidden behind a door, which was nice because I didn't hear the refrigerator noise at all. I turned off the HVAC unit because it was kind of noisy and I didn't need it in the spring weather. The shower was nice. although the spray was a little weak. The shower head was high enough which it often isn't as I'm tall. I am going to put in one pet peeve. They had three pump dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Someone who wasn't thinking clearly designed these containers. They are grey, with legible black lettering for the brand, and nearly invisible light green lettering for the product. (light green on grey; really?) It is difficult to see that there is even any lettering, much less read the label to see which is which while you are in the shower, at least for those of us with reading glasses. Fortunately I noticed it before I took a shower, so I knew which was which."

Other things to note
To make your stay hassle-free, I provide all essential household items, such as laundry detergent, cooking basics, dish soap, toilet paper, and fresh towels. A monthly cleaning service takes care of the common areas, though I do ask that everyone helps keep our shared spaces clean and tidy in between.

With up to five people living here, it’s important to maintain consideration for others. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen so that everyone has a welcoming space to cook. Although living with others can sometimes require adjustment, it’s also a great way to form new friendships and enjoy communal experiences. Guests are welcome to have visitors for up to two nights, with approval needed for longer stays.

The space
To make your stay comfortable, we have this room available for your use only to stay and sleep like a baby. It has a SMART TV, a work area with a lamp and padded chair, small but comfortable, also with the right to use the full bathroom with shower, which is shared.

And for smokers, there is a space outside the house in the garden, under a tree there is a comfortable porch-like sofa for your use.

This room is great for the cheap traveler. There is a trundel bed under the bottom bunk so it can sleep 3 people. Room is small *repeat the room is small* we have seemed to be getting a lot of remarks about this so I want to clarify that it's one of the cheapest bookings out there because it's size!! However there is a little side room for luggage with a desk as well- if you leave the door open it adds more space :) There is a kitchenette and bathroom shared with other guests.

The space
There is a kitchenette with a microwave, rice cooker and a portable stove top for cooking as well as a mini fridge. There is small room that goes off the bunk bed room that is also for you. There is a desk in there for your use. You may also sit in the backyard and use the grill out there! The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other guests

The space
Guests will have their private room (with flat screen smart TV)to themselves. Guests will also have access to a shared bathroom (downstairs or the main level), as well as access to a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 60" Smart TV, and patio. The patio is completely private with access to a private pool. The private pool will be closed after Septemper 9th,2023

Please note that this is a shared listing. You will have a private bedroom, but the rest of the living space is shared (including the bathrooms).

This is a great, central location for anything you want to do in the Salt Lake Valley. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown, and 30 minutes from popular ski resorts. **NOTE: We may be able do same or next-day bookings (if requested by 8 pm before check-in date. Please message us through the Airbnb app before making reservation request**).
