I had a bit of trouble getting connected to the right person who would let me in the building, but once I met her, she was extremely gracious and helpful-even with deciphering a matter connected to my mobile phone. Check-out was fairly straightforward, though there was no mention of where to take the sheets and towels. I spotted the bin downstairs, and so will know for next time. Also, there is no way to safely place the room key, when Reception is closed. There is a key box, but it requires a code, which I did not have. I was able to leave the key with a housekeeper."

You live in this amazing floating house, close to town with all its necessities. The room is in the basement and has for obvious reasons no windows when it is below the waterline. The room is 8m2, and it has a comfortable 90cm bed and a dresser.

15min walk to the bus that takes you to Slussen in 10 min. The slope from my house to the busstop can seem a bit challenging.
15 min walk to Nacka Strand from where you can take the ferry into town
